This Subway is spotless! Dining area swept, tables wiped and overall a great dining experience. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted then ordered my deeeelish tuna sub. All veggies are fresh and the cookies!!! CMON fresh daily and I've been here back to back just to see if the cookies were actually this great! I've always enjoyed a good Subway sandwich now and then, but I can no longer justify the prices--especially at this location. I recently ordered two (2) 6" subs: one turkey and ham with all the veggies, and one chicken bacon ranch with double chicken. I also grabbed two (2) bags of chips. The total? $28. I paid it, but that was the final straw. I won't be supporting Subway anymore. Their pricing has gotten out of hand. I'll gladly drive a bit farther to Jersey Mike's--better quality and a much better value. Totally worth it. read more

Happen to stop in here on a Wednesday for a half of a turkey sandwhich and just my luck Wednesday's we're part of the weekly deal so Wednesday was already half price turkey sandwiches. That was the big win of the day for me. The two ladies working the front were so polite and very sanitary. I watched them wash and dry in between customers and get new gloves each time, and of course had their masks on. Cleanly environment and great customer service. Just wanted to thank the staff for always being so friendly. This young lady at the counter was bombarded with three high school students that wanted to split a foot long in three and all had different toppings and meats in their third. Excellent Customer Service! I entered on a Saturday afternoon around 2:00 pm. I was immediately greeted by a nice young lady named Raj. She was upbeat, personable, and made an amazing sandwich. In addition, she gave me a few subway sandwich papers for my costume. As she was making my sandwich, another female entered the sandwich making area and greeted me. Worst subway ever! I walked in during a slow period as one person being helped in front of me,as I walked in. The young employee seemed to be doing a fabulous job- however I got an older lady who may have been owner/manager as wearing a polo shirt. she was very rude and put out by my being a customer. She ended up putting less than the subway bare minimum amount of meat on a turkey sandwich? How cheap can you be to NOT put subways minimum requirements?! And from there it continued with her lack of ingredients- and her hurried, rude behavior. I ended up leaving without the sandwiches as I refused to pay money for such a poor experience and product! Never again will I go here- and I will definitely share my experience with everyone I speak to. Very poor! read more

Worst Subway ever! While I was standing in line (which was long because the two employees were so slow), I was watching the girls making the sandwiches for those who were in line in front of me. I should have taken a clue and walked right out the door. They skimped on meat and produce unlike any place I have ever seen. When I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki she gave me hardly any meat & I complained. She then dumped the meat off my sandwich back into the bin of chicken (gross), and again gave me about 3/4 of a scoop of chicken. I told her in all my years of going to Subway I have never received so little meat on a sandwich. She gave me an attitude and said, "well we do it by weight". In retrospect I wish I had told her to put in on a scale then, because i know it was less than Subway standards. Anyway, she skimped on the produce too. My sandwich was almost all bread. They were super stingy with the toppings and were arguing whether to charge me for a quarter of an avocado or half on my 6" veggie sandwich (no meat mind you). Floor was filthy as well. This is my first yelp review and I literally downloaded the app just to warn other potential customers of the horrible service at this subway. Today was my fourth visit to this subway and my last. I do not even know where to begin because everytime I have been here it is the same girl working and she has absolutely no costumer service skills and no respect for paying customers. My past experiences I have been patient with her even though she gives an attitude and rolls her eyes for no reason at all. Today my fiance and I were in a rush for lunch and ran into this location to grab a couple subs. My fiance was helped first by the young blonde gal, as soon as the second girl working had her gloves on she precedes to ask the young man behind me what kind of sandwich he wanted. I kindly told the young girl that I was getting a sandwich and she hardly acknowledged me besides looking at me. I proceeded to tell her what kind of sandwich I wanted and I see the young blonde rolling her eyes at me...again. The girl making my sandwich was very unfriendly and so I asked them for their names. The blonde girl asked why and I once again asked for their names. She responds by telling me "we don't have to tell you our names" so I responded by telling her that it was ok I will just look at the time on my phone and call the manager and let her know what time I was there. The young blonde rudely responds to me by saying I will call my manager now and let her know you are calling. 1) If she felt as if she did nothing wrong she would not feel the need to call and prep her manager. 2) She starts glaring at me while man handling my fiance's sandwich...literally throwing it on the counter to wrap it. She calls her manager and is belittling the situation, laughing telling her manager that a customer was going to be calling and complaining about them. She was on the phone with the manager for a few minutes telling her that some "teenage girl" thinks they had an attitude, however she did not know why. I told her that I was actually 2- and that I could explain to the manager why I was upset enough to want to call her. The girl laughs and says she is actually 2-. Whether I was a teenage girl or not I am still a paying customer and should be treated with respect. The manager agreed to talk to me and I explained my experience. The manager was very kind and I told her that these girls are making her business look bad. My fiance was motioning to me that he wanted to talk to the manager and as I handed him the phone the blonde gal says to me in a very snarky way "you two are going to be soo happy together". As I walked to listen to my fiance's conversation with the manager I hear the same blonde gal bad mouthing me to the other customers in line...obviously someone knows their behavior is innapropriate if they have to justify themselves to other customers that were not there when this took place. I work in customer service and I never would have the audacity to treat a customer the way I was treated today. Although the manager was very kind, I will not be returning to this subway and I will be telling those I know to not give their business to this location. I feel bad for the manager because these girls are representing her business and are completely butchering it's reputation. The employees making your sandwich are the face of the company and should have customer service skills. I gave one star because of my positive experience with the manager. Also, before I wrote this review I read the only other review for this location which states "the young ladies working today are not friendly at all" clearly this serves as further evidence for the poor customer service at this subway location. I will be bringing my business elsewhere because a longer drive and a longer wait is worth it to be treated with respect. read more
