How can you go wrong with In N Out. The boyfriend and I came here after a IKEA and Wally World run. This was a great last minute food stop choice instead of cooking. Mr Man got a double cheeseburger meal and I got a grilled cheese animal style fried and strawberry milkshake. The food was great the service was fast and the young men doing the drive thru were very pleasant.

In-N-Out was the place I grew up eating. Whenever we got burgers, it was never McDonald's or Burger King. It was always In-N-Out, and for good reason. It is the most consistently delicious fast food establishment out there. Every single time I get it, I end up never regretting my decision. Besides the food, In-N-Out has some of the best customer service out there. The employees genuinely treat you with respect and are some of the politest people I've ever met. The building is one of my favorite due to its recognizability. Every single other fast food restaurant has the exact same design, so that if you took off the logo, you would never be able to tell it was them. In-N-Out has a classic and amazing atmosphere. The best time to go is when it starts getting dark and the store logo light turns on. For food, my best recommendation for a meal is getting a 3x3 animal-style, add whole grilled onion and chopped chilies. Then get an order of animal fries, and finish off with a Neapolitan shake. You will not regret it, especially for the price. Overall, one of my most nostalgic places ever.

Note to self - Park away from the drive thru line! If you want easy in and out. Quality/Quantity - Got our usual: 2 cheese burgers, one with raw onions and one with grilled onions. But this time, my wife wanted to try the protein burger. I think she regretted it as it was so messy and I am pretty sure she was still hungry after eating it without bread. Quality and quantity - Consistent. Atmosphere - Indoor/outdoor seating, but this location is mainly a drive thru location. But see my pictures when we got here... No cars in the drive thru. But when we left, the line was so long that we had a hard time getting out of our parking space. It is best to come here prior to entering the main mall, otherwise you have to know your way around as it is located in the back of this location, behind/next to the Shell station and McDonalds. Open 7 days a week from 10:30am to 1am or 1:30am. Service - Good, today I chose to walk in; easy in and out. I usually like to walk in, so I can take more Yelp pictures for you all. Price - $9, I honestly don't even look any more. It is a great value, and a slightly healthier option for fast food. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1948 with your 400+ locations and still keeping it within the family!! Thanks for keeping it simple and good! And congrats on now being in the following states: Arizona, CA, Colorado, Idaho, NV, Oregon, Texas, and Utah!

I was in the area today and saw the huge shopping mall from the highway. First time but I got the same excellent food and service I've come to expect from this fine establishment. When I pulled off the highway I didn't know what I would gravitate toward - I just knew I had endless options in this shopping mall. I think its one of the first times I've ever seen an In N Out parked next to a McDs. Huh, interesting - I suppose each has their own separate fan base!? Double meat animal style works for me. I've been trying more luxury burgers in Oakland recently - and although those have a bit more flavor I still like the value here and the speed and the quality. I like how the fries aren't too salty and they put a tiny salt packet with every fry order. You can never make everybody happy but - I can't stand when customers complain that food isn't salty enough - or enough pepper for that matter. Salt and pepper is on every table in every restaurant... so... idk... don't get me started. I don't think I've ever had less than a 5 star experience at any one of these restaurants ever.

Classic. Always good, always fresh, etc. The prices have gone up some, but it is still worth getting.

A well run in out! The drive thru is often long but we always walk in and get served instantly. Burgers specifications/ customizations are always on point. Service is speedy. Taste is classic in n out.

Toddler review: It's all about the small gestures. In-n-out of course has great service but what made their location exceptional for our toddler was: 1. Acknowledging our little one right away when we went up to order and asking him (vs us) if he would like some stickers. Those gestures bring our little one into the experience and encourage independence, autonomy, and social skills! 2. Offering to cut his sandwich in half! 3. Offering to bring our food to us once we were seated. It's the little things and they were amazing!

Best thing about living next to an In-N-Out is the smell as you drive by! Can't beat the prices, can't beat the great service and you most definitely can't beat the awesome burgers! This location is right off the freeway (like the rest of them). Plenty of parking, plenty of indoor seating as well. Quick service here despite the constant flow of people. Dining area is very clean. Orders are always correct and hot.

Left: Hamburger, protein style with extra lettuce; Right: Cheeseburger. Double fries!

The best part about this In and Out location is that there is never a long wait when I come here! The parking lot is never full; I always manage to get a good spot! Fun and friendly atmosphere and staff as usual. Food quality remains the same as the other locations. My favorite item is their fries and ordering my burger protein style when I want a little bit more greens, less carbs ;)

When I have a burger craving, I try as hard as possible to avoid the other places and make a trip to "In-N-Out Burger". Reason being is that they're damn good and another is that they still offer very reasonable prices with the food even though inflation has caused a ton of competitors to raise their food prices to rabidly high levels. This takes me to their one and only West Sacramento location, located in the IKEA/Wal-mart shopping center off of I-80 and Reed Ave. Since I was coming back from spending the weekend in the Bay Area, this was the perfect spot since it is right off the freeway. I arrived right before 5:00pm on Sunday 4/21/2024 and decided to dine in. Much to my delight, there was no line inside which was a shock. As this In-N-Out has the same interior blueprint of many other locations, I won't go into much detail. However, I ended up ordering a "#3 - Hamburger" with no onions. I also chose their Animal Style fries for the extra loaded toppings that I was craving. And a Cherry Coke to wash it down. Service was very quick as my burger and animal fries were ready in just 5 minutes, quicker than 95% of the times I have ordered food from them. The burger was exactly how I like it; spongy warm bun with the perfect amount of meat, lettuce, and tomato. As for the animal fries, they had the right amount of secret sauce, melted cheese, and caramelized grilled onions. The employees here (as with many other locations) went above and beyond. So why am I knocking a star? The "light" pink lemonade was not light and had a ton of sugar in it. Also, the ketchup dispensers were empty as well as trash overflowing. Either way, its hard to maintain perfection with a constant flow of customers going "In & Out" of the restaurant LOL. All in all, this location is convenient and probably one of the better places in this large outdoor shopping center. My rating for the West Sacramento "In-N-Out Burger", an above average four stars.

One of the best places ever to get a burger and fries. The animal style with 4 X 4 with grilled and raw onion is simply the best. The service and cleanliness is excellent. West Sacramento In N Out is truly a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a meal.

I went at 3:15-ish in the afternoon and there was still a line and just one parking spot left, and the tables outside were mostly filled up despite the fact that it was nearly 100° outside and not traditional lunch or dinner time. The young man at the Window was very polite and explained to me that sauce on the hamburger. I have to say that it wasn't really like thousand Island as he described because thousand island I know of usually has catchup rather than mustard. I believe this was a concoction of mayonnaise, mustard, and pickle relish. Burger band was incredibly soft. Patti was teeny nice lettuce nice tomato decent burger, especially for the price. The peach shake was a little more pricey, but I'm fine with paying that for a fresh peach shake and it definitely was fresh peach as I found a piece of peach stem in there which I don't mind. I love that it was fresh. It was a little lacking in flavor really mild on the peach. I was expecting a bit more. This is a fun place to eat, and I would definitely stop here again

We came here on the weekend just before their lunch hours started. We tried to order online to get ahead of the long line we anticipated. Online, it said it would take maybe 40 minutes to get our order, so we decided to get there and order in person instead. They have a decent sized parking lot, but it got full fast as lunch time approached. There's plenty of outdoor seating (exclusively outdoor), and some seats did not have umbrellas to shade you. We ended up ordering a burger, onion rings, and a medium sized peach shake to share between me and my partner. The burger and onion rings were of a quality that you would expect from an old time burger joint. The burger was otherwise alright, and nothing special. The onion rings had a nice crispy batter, but also nothing special. I think people would enjoy this place for the nostalgia if anything. As for the peach shake, when we got it, I saw the color was very faintly orange. As some others have mentioned, it's nice that there are peach bits but they are sooooo tiny. I would have liked larger bits, as one of my favorite fruits are peaches. The flavor of peach in the shake was VERY light. I felt like the shakes were overhyped. I wasn't disappointed to try, but it wasn't what it was made out to be.
