Ordered a steak pita for my son. It came with the skewer still in the meat hidden in the pita (1 star kitchen). When I told the front, they responded like this is typical, "Oh it's just the skewer (1 star service)." After she saw me taking a picture of the skewer, she went to talk to the kitchen. Then she came up and apologized and told me the kitchen said they could remake it or give me a refund (4 stars response after the fact), but at this point my son ate half of it and I already have my mind made up to give a negative review, so I declined.
