The customer service at this bustling burger mill yesterday was outstanding. I walked into this In-N-Out resolved on buying a Neapolitan shake & hoping against hope that I would not have to wait eons for it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Most In-N-Outs buzz with customers now, & the ambience here was no exception.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got in line, & I noticed the line thinned out quickly due to the promptness & tactfulness of the cashier. Once I made the front of the line, I noticed the cashier smiling courteously at the preceding customers as they took their receipt. Then she directed her attention to me with the same most professional & highly polished demeanor. Her name-tag read: Serena. She is one of the few employees I've seen at In-N-Out who can maintain the upbeat persona required at In-N-Out without seeming fake or trying way too hard. Serena asked for my order with the same genteel smile on her face. I ordered a Neapolitan shake. Serena congenially chimed that she would have the shake ready quickly. A good cashier/staff at a fast food place will find a way to identify smaller orders and get them out expediently. Serena did just that. I waited less than a minute, & Serena went out of her way to hand me the shake directly rather than have me wait to hear it called out on the PA system. An employee who exhibits tact, intelligence, & a sound work ethic deserves promotion &/or recognition. In-N-Out might do well to consider how to recognize Serena's management potential.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The store is clean and the staff are very nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff are always busy taking orders, making food or cleaning. On rainy days, this store offers free hot cocoa for kids. The food is fresh made to orders. They are in Rodeo 39 center so there is a lot of parking. We usually eat here then go shopping and grab drinks in the plaza after :)

Went to this location on a Thursday Night, drive thru was not so busy. The person taking my order was nice and the service here was pretty quick. Ordering and getting the food took 10 mins. I got the double double with fries which was about $10. The burger was really good and juicy, It tasted amazing with the whole grilled onions. The fries were good and even better when their special sauce, "spread". [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great Price, Service was Quick, Very clean from the outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Always a go to spot and can never be rated under a 4 star.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Restroom available inside but not clean and no toilet paper or handsome.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] French fries are fresh and hot and delicious. Rootbeer soda is popping and so refreshing today. The coffee is hot and fresh even at 6:15 pm on Thursday night. Tyler and staff are working hard here just need to clean the restroom and replenish the handsome and toilet paper because this location in Stanton is very busy here. Good night. Always a warm welcome into the drive-thru or in-person ordering counter at this Stanton burger joint, and the quality and freshness of the burgers and veggies are no exception when it comes to this location of this popular franchise. Due to adjacent neighborhood there may be some questionable characters lingering but doesn't hurt to buy them some food to help the drugs wear off. The lines can be long, but there is a long dedicated driveway and the adjacent parking lot is managed well to work well with nearby businesses. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is bright and service speed is prompt.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My go-to is a mustard fry bun with a whole grilled onion and grilled chopped onions, and chopped chilies with spread on the side. Milkshakes are okay but fries are to avoid. Great late night spot open until approximately midnight daily!

She helped recommend different burgers and modifications for my whole family of picky eaters and was very accommodating, answering all of our questions about their menu. First time coming to this location and it does not meet the In n Out standards I was expecting. They were out of the regular lemonade, out of ketchup, no napkins and the stations for the drinks and condiments were unkept. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dogs in restaurants are becoming very common place. There are so many obviously non service animals, especially small dogs, that restaurants are permitting in, including In-N-Out[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Today I came for lunch. Next to my booth there were two ladies who were doing their own private baby photo shoot and taking up two tables. The baby was cute and everything seemed okay, until they laid their dog on the table. Honestly, that is so wrong and not okay to do. These ladies were very inconsiderate and oblivious[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Just think of the customer who is going to use the table afterwards, which I did. They inquired if a dog had used the booth/table as obviously he/she left some "traces" behind. The employees had seen the ladies and the dog and did not say anything to them. I am surprised that the restaurant is okay with this. It is really not sanitary[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Makes me to not want to eat inside the restaurant again. I will need to advise all my friends and family to beware and bring something to sanitize their table before eating at this Stanton In-N-Out. On a positive note my food was good.

Cleanest in n out restaurant ive been to. Plenty of seating and parking. Everything is made fresh to order. We always get the burger and fries animal style and it is so freaking bomb. The buns are actually toasted crispy and the meat patties are juicy and so good . They are pretty fast with the orders even though it's super busy. I only give it 4 stars because the drive thru lane is always so long especially around dinner time read more

I'm a little surprised this location has a 3.5. It does deserve higher, but they do have a couple issues. I worked for In N Out from 95-98 while I was in high school, so I know the company and its standards (store 24 to be exact). We actually counted change to the customers back then without computers and still had to be within $2 error when closing our till at the end of the night. The main issue here is the burnt buns. I've had some that were rock hard on the edges and we would've never let them go out the drive that way. I was a fries guy and had genuine pride in my work. We also used towels back then which I feel absorbed the oil better. The fries here are hit and miss, but sometimes it's due to the potatoes that they receive. Overall I'd say a strong 4.5 is more accurate. read more

TL;DR Good price for quality food with consistent and really great workers. I came in all hot, sweaty, with super oily hair and terrible face but I was determined to get something good to eat today. I ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions, a double-double with a whole grilled onions and chilies, and two fries! In-N-Out typically doesn't disappoint so I was glad to try out their newest location here. Their drive thru entrance is on Beach. We decided to go in since the line looked hella long. Shout out to my girl Janie for having on-point eyebrows while working an intense job that gets crazy in many parts of the day. I said "thank you" and "bye" to her and we both waved at each other. I've been to In-n-Out many times before. Without fail the food is great. This one is no exception. If you eat keto, the double-double protein-style (no sauce) is perfect. The main reason for this review is how fast they are. We joined the end of a long line of cars, and we were... in and out (yeah, I did) in under 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly, efficient, polite, so our experience was great too. read more

Dang I really hate being a "Karen" but I come here every once in a while to get my burger fix as one does. I always get protein style because truthfully the buns are a bit large and filling. And I'd say I've gone consistently maybe once a month. And each time I've gotten a regular burger with a bun and not protein style. I get that it's busy but I mean I don't get how it's unreasonable to expect to get what I ordered lol. And they completely rush you after they hand you the bag so you can't even check if it's right until you get out of the parking lot, and it's such a hard in n out to get in and out (pun intended) of that it's not worth it to go back. It's sad because the burgers are pretty good but the service has definitely dropped quite a lot (not to sound like boomer). But what can you do. I'll definitely keep coming back, and don't you worry I'll check the bags next time and if it needs to be remade, then so be it :) read more

Came to the grand opening! Excellent customer service from employee, Jamila, and food was perfect. Efficient dine in and drive thru ordering process :) Employees are on top of cleanliness and tons of AC indoor tables compares to Magnolia/Trask location. I came here yesterday night for a shake only, the employee Abigail was amazing she gave me the shake right away. However, there was an employee name Brittney that shouted at Abigail for getting my shake right away. That is very unprofessional and she needs to be reminded that, that is not the way to act in front customers and treat an employee. A worker named RUBY was extremely rude. She was giving our family very bad attitude and we can even hear her curse us under her breath. While giving us our order she kept on laughing at us and whispering to her co-worker. Her service makes me and my family feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome at this in n out due to her passive aggressive attitude towards us. We just wanted some burgers but we were met with a hostile worker instead. read more

One name and one name only why I cannot give this usual gem of a company 5 stars-Brittany. How in the world is this person a manager? She's utterly rude, classless and degrades her employees and talks poorly to customers. I have been going to in n out since childhood and generally they are kind and very accommodating people. Not Brittany. She belongs working alone at home for herself because her people skills are not there. You'll definitely know if you deal with her-she makes sure you know she's boss and that she can do whatever she wants. The in-n-out location here is very spacious with tons of tables inside, and a huge parking lot outside. As expected the food is as good as any other franchise. The burgers are one of the best fast food burgers that I have tried, and will definitely have to recommend everyone to try them. The only problem are that their fries and not the best. read more

5 stars for the food and service. But people dont read 5 star reviews. 1 star for the parking lot. Too bad this on n out is a mile from my house but i have to drive 5 miles to eat in n out. Whatever money hungry piece of shit that allowed this complex to even be built needs to be tied to someone's bumper snd dragged around for awhile. The parking lot id completely useless unless you have 2 hours to go and eat. You can literally drive to any other in n out and order before you can park at this one. And its only gonna get worse after the rest of these substandard condos open up. read more

I came in with a really big order for a company party and they didn't hesitate to accommodate! Service was great and super quick! Employees are very friendly. Food is fresh, but it takes a while to actually get your order, I had to wait a little over 15 minutes for a cheeseburger. It's great to see the employees cleaning, but it was kinda gross because the guy who was cleaning never changed his gloves. I watched him take orders, handle money, touch door handles to wipe them down and then go touch the bags to hand people their food.....maybe assign one person the job of disinfecting and cleaning so they don't have to touch anyone's order read more

I am so excited this In-n-out finally open :) It is so much closer to where I live, because I just live right across the street from it. The design is like the one open on Talbert and Beach Blvd and the one in Costa Mesa on Harbor Blvd. but some of the cashiers really need a hearing test though, and they need to speak louder and more clear. I have to guess what they are saying. Most of the workers are friendly and nice. I would definitely come here again to give them another chance because I understand that they are new. read more

This in n out is way better than the one on magnolia and Trask. Their service is more prompt, the building and plaza itself is much more spacious to move around and you don't feel claustrophobic being there. Additionally, the fries they make taste much better because they're not either too soggy or too crunchy. They are made exactly like how fries should be made and I'm so glad it's closer to my house so I can head over there more often and when I want to now. read more

Didn't order a shake this time but usually do, they're big servings and the same quality as the rest of the menu. There was also standing water on the floor with no wet floor signs, barriers, or any warnings whatsoever. This was a clear slip-and-fall hazard in a busy restaurant. I calmly brought it to the attention of the manager on duty, Julie, and pointed out how dangerous it was--especially for guests using wheelchairs or with mobility needs, this was particularly concerning. Instead of addressing the problem, she dismissed it as "not a big deal," refused to complete any incident report, gave me a negative attitude with a mean facial expression, and then called security on me as if I was the problem. When the young security guard arrived, he asked for my ID. I politely refused and explained the situation calmly--he looked surprised but not defensive. I have photos documenting the ceiling leak, standing water, and lack of signage. This experience was disappointing and unsafe, especially from a hotel restaurant attached to a family theme park. Management should prioritize fixing hazards and training staff to handle legitimate guest concerns professionally rather than escalating them. I hope Knott's / Six Flags investigates and improves. This was my first time coming to this restaurant.

Service was excellent once you're seated. The young man was quick to bring everything we needed and so pleasant. He had to do everything at the front of the restaurant, and even ran the cash register. There were only a few workers servicing the many needs for the volume of to orders and dining-in customers. He even asked if we liked the foods when I paid. So good customer service. So polite and respectful. Needless to say, we took good care of him at checkout. They work very hard.

A California staple, period! If you come at me with anything negative to say about In-N-Out please swipe left. If you come at me saying Whtaburger is better, swipe left, and if you say Shake Shack is supreme, please go jump in the ocean. In-N-Out has great tasting burgers, wonderful animal fries and best of all it doesn't break your wallet. If you haven't already notice, all the other fast food chains are hella expensive and food quality is a hit or miss, mostly its a miss. If you going to shell out ten to fifteen bucks for fast food, might as well do it right and go to the burger mecca west of the Mississippi. I'm not one to write a bad Yelp however every time I come to this specific In & Out they tend to mess up my order I am a vegetarian and don't eat meat. When I place my order the last time I was there I asked for a grilled cheese instead ended up with a patty and not my grilled cheese and no animal fires :( I don't know why this in & out tends to mess up orders but Maybe it's because they are always so busy :( great staff very polite but they do need to check orders before they hand them out. read more
