Triple patty, double cheese, whole grilled onions, tomatoes, pickles, spread and lettuce wrapped.
Dustin D.

I wasn't always a big fan of in and out. I would say I didn't really appreciate them until we had kids and they got a little older. In and Out is the one place we can go and feed the family for about $10/person. Today my 8 year old and I stopped in for lunch and got our usual. I used to order animal style because that is one of the most popular ways to order a burger. But when I found out you could get whole grilled onions on your burger it changed everything. I realized the thing I didn't like was the caramelized onions. They just don't taste good to me. But let's start from the beginning. As we approach the entrance we were greeted by an employee who held open the front door for us and welcomed us in. After a short wait in line (maybe 1 minute) we were helped at the next available register. As we approach the employee held out a kids activity packet for my son. After placing our order we took a seat and worked on his activity packet while we waited for our order number to be called. My son got a plain hamburger with pickles, fries and a drink My order is a bit more detailed. I get a double, double protein style with whole grilled onions x2 and an extra patty. I also get whole grilled onions on my fries with spread on the side. If you're never had the whole grilled onions on your burger or fries at In and Out I highly recommend you try it. I think the flavor is better than the caramelized diced onions. In and out customer service is amazing. The restaurants are always as clean as can be and they don't ask for a tip. So many fat food and fast casual restaurants are asking for tips. It's just gotten out of control. In and Out has become our families go to spot because of their fast and friendly service. Great food and clean restaurants. I'm excited for the new location opening up just down the street from us.

This is Fast food and it was as expected. Walk up, order, wait for food. It was busy but the restaurant was clean, the employees courteous. The food was good as well. Had the cheeseburger with grilled onions which put the burger over the top for a fast food burger. Ordered fries animal style with cheese grilled onions and sauce, added a nice touch. Finished it with a pink lemonade. Fast summer meal!

With the increase in the price to eat out there is the hope it will be made as requested, nothing elaborate just extra grilled onions and no cheese on the monster fries. Sadly, I had very little grilled onions or spread (some all over the outside of the container makes it messy to open. We've visited this location twice now and each time the order has had an error last time it was cheese on my burger when I requested it have none. On the up side everyone is very friendly :)

The food here is great usually order number 1 combo with double cheese burger with fries and a drink. Service here is ok, it can be better. I was very unhappy about the fries, when I order the fries i told them i wanted it to be hot and not warm temperature of course, when they called out my number for pick up the fries was warm mixed with cold fries, but I wanted hot the person took my order didnt let the back know I wanted hot, so when I got my order the 2nd time I told them is this fries? Because I won't take if its not hot. Here at this location I been getting mixed fries with warm and cold fries. I am a repeated customer and its always been like this so I didnt want to leave a review like this but, I had too cause it needs to be addressed so it doesnt happen to other customer as well. Service needs to be little better as customer upon request. Ambience its always busy here.

My daughters and I went to this location the first week in August. The restaurant was very busy in the drive-through and the inside, but the employees were taking orders quickly, and the food came out in 10 minutes or so. We ordered the cheeseburgers and all of our fries were animal style. Our food was good, but it was pricey for three meals adding the animal style fries to them came up to $40.. Overall, our experience was decent. The animal fries was good, but you have to eat them while they're hot and get cold very quickly.

We're in town visiting family and In-N-Out is 3 mins from our hotel. We decided to stop in last night because everything else near us closed at 9pm and it was close to 9:30pm when we were hungry and looking for a place to eat. Surprisingly, there wasn't a long line or long wait like how the OR location is and how some of the CA locations are. We got 2 double doubles and fries, animal style for all items. Staff was so nice and so friendly. Greeted us with smiles and happy faces and even sent us off and told us to have a good night. It's so good to receive nice treatment from customer service workers. The food was good and fresh, and our burgers were prepared nicely and not sloppy. Parking lot was full of cars but drive-thru only had a few cars. The drive-thru area is not so great. Small and tight and not that easy to get into.

It's really frustrating when you ask them three times to please make sure the meat is extra well done, and there's bits and pieces of raw meat. I'm not sure why their cooks are so bad. The hamburger patty is really small and then can't even cook a burger well done. If people want their meat raw that's good for them but if someone asks nicely to please have it cooked extra well done and they can't even enjoy their burgers that's sad.

I'm usually happy when I come to In-N-Out. But this time the lines were long, which is normal, but I asked for a light or medium well fries and got burnt fries and hard fries. They don't even taste fresh, very disappointed!!! Everything else taste good

Drive thru, run very efficiently

Very nice service, it was busy but drive thru went exceptionally quick. The burger and homemade fries were super good. Love In-N-Out

Upon arriving the place was packed but we were able to order fairly quickly. It took about 10 mins for our food to be ready. The food was 10/10 flavor was there and juiciness of the burger was great. The in and out is like all the classic in and outs along with good amount of seating inside too.

One with the garlic butter Parmesan rub and both tossed in teriyaki sauce. Of course, my order was all flats. I also order a side of Sneaky Slaw to try. The spice isn't for me but I added a "secret" ingredient and enjoyed my dinner. The decor is bright and inviting. The music is at a decent level. The restroom is always clean. I'd definitely come back to try something different next time.

I'm not a lobster fan but they have so many options besides that, including shrimp, other seafood, salads, bowls and burritos. They offered discounted salads last year and I loved supporting them, so I'm glad they brought them back. I came at a great time, around 430, as there was no line. I ordered my favorite: the Asian salad (cucumbers, sweet potatoes, red onions, broccoli) with grilled chicken, half spinach half romaine. I also got their spicy honey ranch salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, fried onions, corn, pepper jack cheese) with falafel, same base. The second salad comes with a ranch packet *and* a spicy honey packet, very generous. I enjoy the mix of flavors and textures of both of these salads. I ate one same day and saved the other for the next day (I've asked for protein on the side to make it easier to heat up). The employee who took my order and gave me my food was friendly. Make sure you have a credit/debit card or phone because no cash is accepted. The only off thing was that I was given forks in my bag, which hasn't happened before. They're big on sustainability and don't have straws, napkins and silverware are available by choice. Such a great deal and it's a filling meal. Definitely recommend Angie's and really hope they open up more locations, especially near me!

Stopped in via the drive thru to give this a shot for the first time…read more I got 2 meals: bacon boys plain with fries and zucchini sticks. The raspberry tea was really flavorful and so were the fries. Drive home didn't make the zucchini the best but still pretty flavorful and massive lol . Was not expecting them to be that big but worth the extra $1.60. Burgers were flavorful and had a nice fatty flavor. I also appreciate the cook on the bacon it was perfectly cooked. The cashier at the window had a nice smile and was very kind. Overall was good food and quality seemed well: made up for the long wait but not sure if the price is justifiable. $40 for two burger meals at the fast food place seems a little wild to me but I'm glad we finally tried it.

Alright, we'll go with the onion rings. Nope, also out, pretty disappointing since that was the lure. Well, still wanted to give them a shot- Drive through service was friendly. Ended up getting Avocado chicken sourdough sandwich with side of fries. Taste was good, but the texture was frankly gross. The bread was so soggy, like French toast before you cook it. It was almost mush- definitely better ways to layer a sandwich so this doesn't happen. The chicken & avocado ratio was good. Kids got a grilled cheese & fries to share. Decent, but nothing fancy. Husband got the spicy chicken sandwich with of course, fries. Again, it was good, fine portions, but nothing noteworthy that will make you want to go back. The fries needed salt or a seasoning. They were bland, fried up potato strips. We weren't offered any sauces, so not sure if they have anything signature to make a difference there. Total came out to just under $50.00 for those 3 fast food meals.. (without any upgrade extras like the zucchini.) Unfortunately, this restaurant missed the mark for us. There are easily better alternatives for the same, more cost effective dining options. They also have a feedback website advertising on their to-go bags, however the link is a dead end and out of date.

Just tried this place for dinner. Outstanding food and eating-in experience…read more Their KRISPY KRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN is FAR better, MUCH more highly superior, to any of the other fried chicken chain outlets we've tried before. Cooked just right. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Excellent, fresh flavor! As it is prepared to order, expect about a 15 minute wait time for the chicken... but WELL worth that wait, as it turned out. Fries and Onion Rings sides were PERFECT, and tastier than most. Interesting, varied menu, too! Very generous portions... and the chicken pieces were real, actual sized pieces of chicken... not like the canary-sized tidbits served up by today's fried chicken chain outlets! Although the seating area was VERY small (store front operation,) the facilities were bright, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, patient and most helpful as we worked our way through their surprisingly large, and varied menu! Reasonably priced, too! Overall... a happy find... and now one of our go-to favorites! Just wish they had a LOT more locations closer (to us!) Surprise/Sun City areas would benefit from having closer access to Outta Bronx sandwich/hot dog/wings/Krispy Krunchy chicken locations! I think it would catch on in no-time... assuming today's quality, and value, remained the same, of course. I'm, generally, hard to please... but Outta Bronx/Krispy Krunchy chicken seems to hit it on all cylinders! VERY pleased. Mark us down as huge fans!

Outta Bronx - A Very Disappointing Visit and an Even Worse Follow‑Up…read more We've been customers of this spot for some time, and up until now, the food has always been solid. Unfortunately, our latest experience was far from what we've come to expect. Our order was wrong from the start -- something we caught before leaving -- and we were told our food had been handed to another customer, so it had to be remade. Annoying, but understandable. The real issues showed up once we got home. The mac and cheese tasted stale and simply wasn't edible. The Reuben was another disappointment: barely any meat, what little there was had been overcooked, and the sandwich had almost no sauerkraut. When I flipped it over, I could literally see more toppings through the meat than actual meat. The only thing that resembled their usual quality was the chicken fingers. What pushed this experience from disappointing to unacceptable was the phone call I received from the owner, after I emailed their website to share what happened. My intention was to give them a chance to address the situation privately rather than jumping straight to a negative review. Instead, I spent nearly half an hour listening to the owner defend the food, insist the items we ordered weren't their "best sellers," and tell us to choose different items next time. They claimed nothing could be wrong with the food and that we should have just eaten it. They also said the mac and cheese wasn't their responsibility and told us to complain to Krispy Krunchy Chicken because they "just microwave" what they receive. When asked whether a replacement would resolve the issue, I said yes -- only for the owner to then accuse me of taking money from their family and saying they personally wouldn't complain about food they didn't like. I was told to just eat it and avoid ordering those items again. I have this all recorded. If you're going to ask whether a replacement would make things right, why turn it into an argument afterward? This could have been handled quickly and respectfully. Instead, I was told I was bothering them by emailing on a Friday night, and the entire call felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Calling a customer on a Friday night to argue is not how you keep loyal customers. After enjoying this place for some time, it's disappointing to see how poorly concerns are handled when something goes wrong. Update: I believe the response to this shows what I outlined above. I do not know this owner personally. I met them twice at the restaurant when getting my orders and both were good yet brief experiences. I also do not understand how there is fraud in contacting a restaurant, via their contact us email address, to inform them of issues you had with an order. Their call to me, in response to the email, was not a personal call and entirely business related. This simply shows that this is the type of response one can expect if they have any issues with their order.
