Taco Bell is my go to fast food for a quick bite that adds some protein and fiber to my diet with their bean burritos. And recently they added enchiritos back to their menu (very happy about that!). The location is convenient for me. I usually will grab something here after the gym. However, this cyclosporiasis outbreak has me a bit freaked out right now. Customer service was below expectations. When I asked a question, I was told "I don't know," and when I tried to clarify, I was interrupted and directed to check the menu board due to a new menu and unclear pricing. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that the employee assisting me was the manager herself 'nidia'. This interaction reflects a lack of basic customer service standards. Staff should be able to provide clear information or, at minimum, respond with professionalism and a willingness to assist. I don't even write reviews really but if I could give this location zero stars I would. I placed an uber eats order for three Doritos locos tacos and nacho fries. The tacos were completely stale and the fries were rock solid, clearly had been sitting out long before my order was packed. When I called and talked to the manager she said she cannot open a new box of shells, she has to sell what she has before she can do that. She said she can remake my food with the same box of shells??? Why would I want that? It doesn't matter that they've gone bad, they're going to sell people shit tacos until the box is finished. This was our go-to Taco Bell in Temecula but in the last year we have noticed change in this restaurant and it hasn't been positive. The usual workers we felt were great seemed to have long gone...If we have a simple question or if there is a problem or even as simple as getting napkins, There is no acknowledgement as if there are blinders on them. That lack of customer service is frustrating. We have noticed also that there will be a huge wait time when it comes to the dining room and their main focus is rolling out the orders in drive through much quicker. Quite possibly because drive through orders are timed? This last time we ordered through our mobile and picked up through drive through. There was a bit of a wait but we noticed on the inside loads of people sitting there waiting and frustrated looking. When we got home, we did get the items were ordered but the tacos were barely stuffed, my husband's chalupa was **MISSING** the lettuce, which was not even requested! My daughter's chalupas were soft yet stale tasting. How is that possible?! How did this place go from great to just ... meh? I'd rather go to the one clear across town on Winchester than go to this location, where they seem to get it right over there. We gave it a few chances since going downhill and just about have given up on this Temecula Parkway location. This is probably one of few of my favorite Taco Bell's, it's always been a smooth experience both drive thru and going inside. I literally go every other week because right now you can't beat the $7 cravings box! And yes it's a lot of calories so I normally eat two items & save the rest for the next day or share. It's been many years since I ate at Taco Hell and I regret my return the other day, but the wife had a $25 gift card so I went for it. Ordered up two tacos (the kind where a corn tortilla is issue a flour tortilla, whatever it's called), chips with guacamole and some meat substitute (whatever you call it) and a measly bean burrito. The flavors just were NOT there, but I ate it all anyway. My mistake, as I felt bloated and queasy the rest of the evening and into the night. I hadn't been to Tacobell for years... drove thru yesterday, Sunday. I was surprised no one in line. I ordered box 12 crunchy tacos, double beef cheesy burrito (from value menu), crunch wrap (no combo), large slush and soda. The crunch wrap (almost $7) had nothing in it... literally 1/2" thick including tortilla. Sporadic meat, lettuce, sour cream (all miniscule, a tablespoon of each ingredient is a generous description) and cheese sauce was thin and bland. The tortilla slipped against itself because there wasn't any filling. Personally I don't feel the 12 crunchy tacos were worth $30. The shells tasted like cardboard. I was momentarily surprised hearing my total at $50.89 and then dissapointed in the quality of each item... followed by regret at the genuine complete WASTE of money$$$. We came to this Taco Bell after my son saw his doctor down the street. We knew they had happy hour at the time so we could get a drink and a snack. The drive through lane had a long wait. When we got to the spot to order we had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged that we were there. After ordering we were told that our total would be given to us at the window. When we got to the window we waited a few minutes before they acknowledged us and took our payment. The cashier seemed out of it and tried to rush us. When given our drinks, they were only half filled and we were only given half our food. When I asked if that was everything in the bag the cashier said yes. I drove off before I realized the items were missing. The food was cold and just thrown together so the crunch wrap came apart all over me in the car. I was not happy with this location as I know Taco Bell can do better. I would highly recommend checking your order before pulling away and inspect everything before driving off. read more

What I just witnessed at this Taco Bell baffled me.. first off I mobile ordered a meal for my wife and daughter and I pulled up and it was like the damn DMV.. people with receipts that claim to have been waiting 30-45 minutes.. as I'm hoping that I'm not gonna have the same situation because I'm mobile ordered to my surprise. I waited for over 35 minutes and they forgot my cheese with my chips and they accidentally gave me somebody else's order and gave me a small drink when I ordered a large and gave my daughter a Baja blast freeze when she ordered a regular one and every time I had to go up to correct the order they were mad and acting like it was my fault. Never been to this location before and we would never be back again. Hit it up on the way to the ranch to grab food for the whole day. Attempted to order the variety taco party pack with half regular and half Doritos tacos. She tried to charge me the base price of the party pack ($21.99) PLUS an extra $10+ for the Doritos tacos. I had to clarify that I was originally ordering through the app and trying to explain there is a party pack with half and half. She then told me that the app prices are different than their in store prices. After going back and forth, she ended up charging me $26.99 for the party pack and I just gave up. In conclusion, order on the app and pick up in the store or drive thru because apparently their app prices are cheaper than in store as the party pack on the app is $24.99. Having been a customer for many years, I know there were some great employees there that went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and our orders were correct & even double checked. Or after each item you order "is that all" it's extremely frustrating being rushed, asked "is that all" after each item and then getting an attitude about the items you're ordering. Then leaving feeling drained from just the ordering process, getting your food thrown at you, you get back and after all that, the order is incorrect. Or like the other day, you walk into a High School get together & a bunch of kids running in & out, music playing loud, the place is a disaster, smells like a lot of smoking/vaping , so it's the last place to actually go to sit inside and enjoy your food. Why not ask for a manager you ask? Well we have, but conveniently one is either never there, on a break, or this last time, while High School party was going on, a gentleman walked up and said he was the manager. He gave off the worst attitude and was so rude, it's clear him being in charge is the problem. He could care less and in so many words let us know if we don't like it, then leave.
