Hi, I went to Hollywood In The Game yesterday and had the time of my life!!!!! I was treated like a King by the staff during my entire visit. Jared in the food area was fantastic to me even though he was extremely busy!!! I stayed inside and played the games which were great. I won many of the great prizes they had to offer. I can't wait to go back with my friends and have more fun. They made me soooooo happy!!! Everybody should go and have as much fun as I did!!! read more

Where to start.... This place is a whole lotta fun!!! First off they have a great selection of games. They have a few amazing VR experiences which are also really fun. Very fair prices for the games and very fairly priced prizes. You come back with a lot more tickets than you think. Now for the attractions. The bumper cars are really cheap and a lot of fun, so is the mini bowling. And the go karts.... The go karts are some of the best you will ever ride. Very quiet and very fast. They don't smell and they are not obnoxiously loud. I can't speak about the mini golf and the ropes course but they look cool from what I can see. And lastly, the food. The food was great!! Not what you expect for an arcade. You can tell the food was made with passion and love. Super impressed by the pizza and impossible burger. Overall a very clean and safe arcade experience. We had our son's 5th birthday party at Hollywood Park. We had a glow party!! It was so much fun!!! The kids had a blast, the pizza was great, and the unlimited bumper cars were a huge hit!! All the kids got cards with money for games and there were more than a few stuffed animal claw winners (which you know means that it wasn't impossible to win)! I would highly recommend Hollywood Park because of the cleanliness and friendly staff. Everyone from the party has been texting me about how much fun they all had, adults and kids alike! Worst experience ever games our very over priced the lady manager called security on me because I brought cupcake sin when we first arrived they did say no outside cupcakes in cafe but my guy ask one of the cafe workers and she said it was fine the manager asked her did she tell us yes she said nooo even the African American worker who was at the entrance said new management is over charging on games I will never ever go ther main event is way better not to mention they slide was out and the other outside ride was broken only thing kids had to do was arcade bumper cars and go karts don't waste your time or money read more

I never thought it was possible to lose so many balls on a mini golf course. Lack of upkeep means the balls won't return from some of the holes where there is multiple passages for balls. read more

Went to Hollywood Park to play miniature golf with the family. Course is clean, well lit, properly maintained. All waterfalls were running and the landscaping was nice. The holes could have been a little tougher, but we only played on the Tree House course. Overall, quality course for $7. read more

Been coming here for years it's a fun place but warning DO NOT EAT HERE food is very very overpriced almost 4.00 for a slice of pizza and if you order cheese fries the only fill the container half way and put a cup of cheese sauce in the container and call that a order WHAT A RIP OFF. Had my daughter's party here and the hostess did hardly anything. I had to clean the table, consistently remind her to provide beverages, and serve the food. If you want pay $120+ to only use their tables on the second floor. You will be satisfied. not handicap accessible. read more

We have taken our junior high students here multiple times for field trips. The students always enjoy themselves. The pizza is excellent. The snacks are always a big hit for this age group. They really enjoy playing video games and occupying themselves with the other activities that are available. The party packages are reasonably priced and the staff is easy to work with. I highly recommend visiting here for a family outing or a field trip. read more

Great for kids. Had my daughters ninth birthday day. Friendly staff and we were able to play bumper cars and Lazer maze ( not tag) which was actually fun and challenging. wasnt really packed and there were games for all ages. Yes you have spend money, but you will have a great time. Buy the VIP card and games cost less to play. My son had his birthday party there. He turned nine. Safe place for him and his 12 friends to roam without chaperoning. We had the party room upstairs. Check it out. I play on y hings just like a kid. Great for kids! My daughter celebrated her 6th birthday here. We arrived late because the party was after school & she had to get ready. They didn't boot us out of our tables at the scheduled time & let us stay in our reserved party seating until the party was over. All the staff were great at treating my daughter like royalty. They gave her this little light up thing to wear around her neck that alerted staff that it was her birthday & they were sooooo nice to her. I want to say the hostess name was Jasmine or Amanda (shame on me for forgetting) & she was awesome! Our guest repeatedly complemented our party and my daughter felt so special. Waste of money! I haven't been to Hollywood fun park in about a year, possibly two, prior to new management. More or less it's just how I remember it with one important issue, price. They changed the pricing tier so now you get so much less. I remembered the $45 package you would get you unlimited play for three hours on most video games, excluding the ones that cashed out tickets ( but the package included a gift card for those), mini golf racing cars and some other attractions. Now you are limited to a $25 gift card for video games (lasted my kid 20 minutes), 2 rides on the go carts and unlimited turns on the less popular attractions like the ridiculously cramped bumper cars (it was just my son and his friend and 5 empty cars in a tiny room with no space to maneuver). Also, they are poorly staffed. Every time we wanted to ride the go carts, slide, bumper cars or basically everything that required a staff member to supervise; we had to flag down an employees but first we had to find them. I wish I had gone to great America or gizmos instead. I'll never go to HFP again. read more

Not impressed. At all. If I had kids I wouldn't take them here. It's like Chuck-E-Cheese plus mini golf and go-karts. Sounds good in theory...but it was relatively miserable. We came her for my niece's b-day party. The food sucks - really greasy, overpriced, and just tastes nasty. They don't really have that many games. Their mini-golf was not that impressive....I've been to better. It's SUPER crowded, you can barely get by or stand anywhere without running into someone. The service wasn't that friendly. For a huge group of us they only had 2 large pizzas and 2 pitchers of drinks, which was a rip-off. And they kept rushing us because there was a party after us, so it was hard to enjoy the experience. The only interesting thing was the Hollywood memorabilia around the place. Nope...wouldn't come back. read more

I wish to offer a glowing review to Anthony, the manager, and Sloan, one if the ticket redeemer agents. I went with my mother and sister on Wednesday, July 23. We were enjoying various games when we noticed a rowdy group of young men. We did our best to ignore them, but after a while they were truly invading our space. After Anthony noticed, he stepped in to halt them and attempt to make them understand that they were being highly disrespectful. Granted, 1 or 2 in the group were trying to be respectful. Anthony kindly offered us a fee free plays for our discomfort. When we collectively ended up winning quite. Few points, it took us a while to redeem points. Additionally, they were within 30 minutes of closing, but Sloan never made us feel rushed or that she was annoyed. I mentioned that we wanted to offer a review in Yelp and wanted the manager's name. She told us "Anthony- he's my dad". But, of course!!!! Great customer service, manners and decency runs in the family! overpriced, overcrowded, games from the 90's , rude staff and really slow and dumb when it comes to ordering food

If you ever want to visit the ghetto, then come here on a weekend night. It is dirty, trash laying everywhere, horrible service. if you are brave enough to come on a weekend, prepare to wait for an hour to turn in your tickets and get pushed and shoved by other customers and throw trash on your table. I used to come during the weekdays to minigolf and play a few games with my kids but the last time I came i had to hit my ball across sticks and tree branches and my ball got stuck in EVERY single hole with the special drops. and it took about ten minutes for anyone to get my ball out each time. plus, they have these buttons you press for assistance but noone ever shows when i hit them. plus all their video games are really old and have yellow screens. since i have to give them one star i will say that their go karts are fast and their games work well, but that is all. every thing else is terrible. read more
