After being a customer for years, I can not come here any more. They are so rude that I can't take it... I have been so close to cuss more then a few people out here for their attitudes. They rush me, make me uncomfortable, and have even sat me in chairs that are broken that stab my back while I'm getting my pedicure and manicure! I have brought in several friends of mine and they experience the same thing with them. One of my friends would bring her moms here to get her nails done and they made a huge deal to accommodate her with how to take off her SNS because she had cancer. So sad... I still continued to come here just because I couldn't find a good place to do my SNS, which they do a good job....but the rude service they give me is unacceptable especially because I am polite, kind and not picky. One time I even cried because I was having such a bad day and just wanted to relax and I felt so frustrated dealing with their attitudes. I decided to update this review because I hope they read it and that Kevin, who is the boss and the only one that is polite tells his employees to step up their customer service. Cause I'm coming to get my nails done, and I pay and tip, so I want the service I am paying for and so does everyone that goes into an establishment and spends money. No ones asking anyone to be over the top nice but if you hate your job... get a new one. read more

I came in as a party of three to get a dip powder manicure and a regular pedicure. We had made an appointment so we were seated right away. My manicurist asked me if I wanted my nails cut and filed, so I told him I wanted them to be a stiletto shape. He asked if I meant narrow and I had to pull up a picture and show him what I meant. As someone who gets manicures regularly, I have never had a manicurist not know what stiletto nails are. Once I showed him the picture, he was able to begin shaping my nails correctly. However, he began to file in the middle of my nail, which meant filing my skin down as well. I told him several times to please stop filing because it was hurting my actual finger but all he did was file the file down because it was "too sharp" and then continued to file the exact same spot I had asked him to stop filing. I finally pulled my hand away and asked him to please stop again and we both noticed I was bleeding from him filing the same spot over and over again with a jagged nail file. He apologized quickly and finally stopped filing there. He filed the rest of my nails without a problem, but they start narrowing in the middle of my nail and it looks like dinosaur claws. The actual powder didn't take very long at all, which is not typical for a dip manicure. All he did was dip my nails in a couple times each, but he didn't file them or reshape them and they look very thick. When he was done, I didn't even know because he just walked away and didn't say anything. My pedicure was fine but also felt very rushed. I then had to sit there without shoes on and with wet nails and nobody to help me put my shoes on, which had been pushed out of my reach. I said excuse me several times and no one helped me. So I had to slide out of my chair and reach for my own shoes. On top of an ugly, chunky dip manicure that isn't even shaped right, I had a crack on one of my nails the very next day. And not even a week later, my nail chipped and the whole rest of the dip powder came clean off. Clearly, the dip powder manicure was done incorrectly for it to just come right off. Overall, I felt rushed and not taken care of. The manicure was awful and they didn't even apologize for making me bleed. I will not be coming back and I suggest you look elsewhere for a dip powder manicure that is nicely done and not rushed. read more

I was coming here once a month to do SNS, an incredible new way to paint and care for your nails. It takes quite some time - a little over an hour, depending on if you're doing designs or who your technician is - but I always leave there happy. I wanted SNS because I've heard great things but the amount of filing and drilling he did was not ok. I showed the manager and he just said next time I won't get him. I am new to this area and am on a constant prowl for places to tend to my self-care and beauty needs. My friend and roommate checked this place out on Yelp so I decided to tag along. First impression: Shop is clean, we were greeted upon entrance by a woman. Pretty busy as almost all of the technicians were occupied with customers -- good sign. It didn't take long for us to have someone tend to us. My friend had Kevin, I eventually had Nikki tend to my service needs. I had an old set of gel overlay nails and wanted to get them removed + manicure. Nikki recommended a gel nail French manicure for my low maintenance need and the woman beside me raved that it is great if you can't make it in every two weeks to get your nails done. I also ended up getting my eyebrows waxed and cleaned up by Nikki and she did an EXCELLENT job (she must have noticed they were looking a little raggedy because she asked if I wanted them done while doing my nails, lol). Let me begin by stating I like the cleanliness of this place and the location. The workers are a bit welcome, could be improved. The service is average as well. My friend is a regular here and she always has great mani pedis which is why I gave it a two and the polish application on my nails was great so I also decided to be fare an give it a three(maybe I just got a bad tech. ) unfortunately I made the mistake of not asking for my ladies nails however I will tell you guys, make sure to let them know anything you don't like and how you want things done. I got a gel polish remove and gel applicant. She used her own nail to scrape the polish after soaking it in acetone which was a ver discomforting feeling but, I gave the benefit of the doubt. When it came time for my cuticle, she didn't even push back, she ran the tool up nails once per nail as though she did. As you can see in the photos, when it came to cuticle cutting, she held no mercy on my skin, she literally cut so deep it's been hurting ever since I left. I finally decided to speak up at that point and told her "please be a bit more gentle". After saying so, she barely even cut my cuticles, I was so upset. She had no in between, it was either all or nothing for this woman. When it came to polish application (I did d550) after the second coat she asked if I wanted a third an after taking a glance I asked if she would which she gave me an attitude about. I liked the way the polish was applied however, the service for me was horrible. I am very disappointed with this nail salon. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish zero stars was an option. I arrived to my morning appointment a bit early to check-in and go through the polish options, however I clearly was not welcomed there. Not one tech acknowledged me and when they finally decided to speak to me I was treated as if I did not belong there. I feel discriminated against. Once checked-in, i was told a nail tech would help me in 10minutes... cool, not too long right?? WRONG. Ten minutes turned into an hour and not one nail tech came to me. Got a gel mani/ pedi here once. Pedi was okay, though they failed to put nail polish on the entirety of the nail leaving the sides exposed. I went to get my acrylic nails removed and I really regret it. The nail tech used a plastic tip to rip off every single one of my nails. It was incredibly painful. When some of the tips wouldn't come off she would use the e-file which ended in a heat spike that was incredibly painful. The nail tech didn't seem to care very much that she injured my nail even though I audibly shrieked. I will definitely not be going back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! read more

Rose is super sweet and really takes her time to do my pedicure . The only con I had with her is she didn't remove my ingrown nail. They accept tips in cash only, so if you are planning to tip, please bring cash with you. They seem to have an ATM inside the business, but I don't know about using it... I am all about tipping for great services, but they sure make it difficult to tip. The guy who answered my phone call (to see if they were completely swamped) was not the warmest friendliest person, but I went in anyways (because all of my nails were broken/overly grown/uneven/gross). I got my mani/pedi done (with a special callous removing treatment for an extra fee). My nails do look better now, but I also have several nicks and cuts that are actually painful. I actually bled a bit, but nobody said anything. I didn't get "Oh I am sorry. Are you OK?" or nothing. The guy who did my mani kept wiping blood off of the towel he was using and pouring rubbing alcohol over my freshly cut fingers, which stung like crazy. Stopped in here on a whim for a quick manicure. I had never heard of it before but, it was next door to a store I frequent. They were able to take me right away - it was, after all, a Tuesday in the afternoon. I told them I wanted a basic manicure. The man who helped me was nice but the hand massage was maybe 30 seconds. I received a pedicure and gel manicure here. My biggest problem with my experience is is that my manicure faded within 3 days from light pink to white on half of my nails! I have never had this happen before! Regardless of the color fading, the mani/pedi was mediocre, my cuticles are uneven as well as the nail polish around them on my fingernails and the whole process felt rushed. I also asked if they could match the gel color from my fingernails to my toenails, and the colors aren't even close (especially now ...see image). I would have gone back to get them fixed however they only guarantee their gel manicures for 1 week, instead of two like every other salon. Will not be back here. read more

I treated my mom to a mani pedi yesterday and these are my nails only hours later :/ they did a good job on cleaning my nails but the end result is awful. $80 later, my mom was unhappy with the fact that her tech didn't even push back her cuticles prior to polishing so it looked like her nails were grown out already plus, she didn't even polish the sides of the nails. This place used to be US Nails. Now it's under new ownership. They've redone the place. Brand new state of the art spa chairs. All the tools are sterile. The staff was extremely friendly. They were very sweet & made us feel comfortable & welcomed. They have so many new nail polish colors not too mention that about 95% of the polish is OPI. They also have a lot of gel nail colors. Honestly the worst nail experience I have ever gone through. I arrived later in the day and asked if they accepted walk ins, they did seem rather busy and I thought they were going to say they couldn't take any other clients for the day. However, they said they accepted to do my nails and was going to be a short wait. The wait was like closer to 40 min and when the nail technician finally started on my nails he didn't have the professionalism to give me his time. He started making calls to other clients, and when a customer arrived for her scheduled appointment she was asked to wait another 30 min!!!! Completely outrageous, I asked him if would be able to do an ombré design on my full set and he rolled his eyes and said yes. Needless to say the end product was not at all what I expected! I had already gotten an ombré on my full set before and they never worked with a sponge like he did. It looked like I could have done the ombré at home instead. The price was even more outrageous and disrespectful! $60 for a full set of acrylics that looked like it was his first time doing nails definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Awful. It's 10:30 and my appointment was at 10. I'm sitting in the spa chair to get a pedicure. The water is cold and no one has remotely come over and help me or acknowledged that I'm waiting. I came with my mom for her birthday. Thankfully she is almost done with her pedicure but once she is done I will be walking out. So much for making an appointment. Never will come back to this place. They finally came over to me at 10:30 and said someone will be right with you. I said nope I'm done not waiting any longer. They jumped and all of a sudden someone was able to do it that min. But there was a girl in the back who now is setting up for a walk in pedicure right now. But mine couldn't get done! Very horrible. Very crappy and will not be coming back here ever. Only got 1 star because I had to! They don't deserve even that! They should be ashamed by their service. Don't take my appointment if you can't fill it. read more
