    Lavender latte
    Jenny T.

Food: This lavender latte was DELISH. Definitely one of the best flavored lattes I have ever had! Even though I asked for it to be decaf. Service: It was 5am on a Sunday (Thanksgiving week), and there was no line. The drink was also fast! Ambiance: Cute store near my gate. Their pastries also looked DELISH! I will be back here next time I am in CLE.

Mediterranean chicken wrap, dirty iced chai, and siete chips.

WOW! "Airport food" is typically scary in my past experiences, but this spot is next level. I would eat here in my day-to-day life, no doubt. Service was very accommodating and the lady was very sweet. Great quality ingredients, great portions, and definitely fresh and made to order! 100% will be back when I'm in Cleveland. Ditch the corporate places and definitely opt for local.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Don't go here if you want to have a good morning. A woman whom refused to give me her name after the incident occurred working Monday morning June 30, 2025 had a extremely aggressive and hostile demeanor and disposition completely unprovoked and unwarranted. I expressed an issue with my drink, (I am never one to complain but I wanted to enjoy my drink and would have paid for another one) she didn't acknowledge or respond to me. She looked at me, then proceeded to continue what she was doing. I waited about 5-6 minutes and asked her again, do you have any recommendations what drink was on the sweeter side, still to no avail, no response. I waited and asked her again, and she yelled at me. I asked if she was okay. She screamed "Are you okay? You're not okay, you're my not going to be okay if you keep talking to me."... in an extremely hostile and low vibrational manner. I asked the other employee, "Could I please speak to a manager?, could I have her name?". He refused to tell me her name... She went in the back office and brought me back a piece of paper in which said "Fuck you". Just an all around unprofessional, terrible experience. Terrible start to the morning. Employees represent our companies, and when you have an employee that projects unwarranted hostility it is a very bad look. Hope no one else has to experience this.

Inca Tea Cafe is located near the C7 gate ate Cleveland Hopkins. They have a small store front but it is very welcoming. The menu is located overhead and they have options presented in the cases and in front of them. I stopped in wanting some caffeine while passing through Cleveland on an early morning flight. I'm glad I stopped in. The usual suspects in caffeine delivery can be found in Cleveland Hopkins, but if you are patient you can find a gem like Inca Tea Cafe. The line wasn't long as it's past the main branch of the airport and requires a bit of patience to get to. If you enjoy tea, then be patient and find Inca Tea Cafe. I ordered an iced black tea version from the board and it was prepared quickly in an interesting brewing system. I hadn't seen it before. I was skeptical when ice was simply placed in a cup below the brewer as often "iced tea" is simply hot tea that was put in a cup of ice which melts the ice and dilutes the tea. This however did not. The tea was quite flavorful and I enjoyed it. The service was quick and friendly. They have breakfast and lunch options as well including a "beyond burger" for those that are plant based or simply wish to ditch meat for a meal. I'll certainly be back.

Inca tea has two locations at Hopkins airport in Cleveland. It's one of the *healthier options* in this airport. They have a mix of pastries, cold and hot beverages, and other types of foods. My go-to is their kombucha- Inca makes their own and it's so good. It comes in a can. I wish they had more flavors though- sometimes I can only find one flavor at this cafe, but my local whole foods in Cleveland has 3+.

Love Love Love Inca Tea Cafe! I fly in and out of CLE airport every week and this is my go to spot for any drink and food I need before my flight. They have a wide and unique variety of hot beverages as well as cold pressed juices. Pastries, mini quiches, muffins, gluten free and vegan options, avocado toast! Typically there isn't much of a line and I'm able to order and be on my way within 5-10 min. I love the quiche and cappuccino. Oh an the chia pudding cups w fruit are perfect if you're in a rush and don't have time to wait for the quiche. Go check them out next time you fly!

Fresh brewed in front of you!

Parking can be challenging, there is a very small lot in front with 2 regular spaces and 1 handicap space; plus there are several spots on the street, all of which were full. I ended up parking on the nearby side street by the Burger King. Inside the cafe there are two distinct sides, the right side is set up as a coffee shop with the service counter, some high top tables and some comfortable seating; the left side is set up as a dining area with a bar. The decor is bright and modern with some touches of whimsy, overall very nice and comfortable, the kind of place you can relax and take your time. The menu is set up with a number of categories: breakfast, paninis, salads, wraps, flatbreads, wafflesicles and drinks. Prices are reasonable and there are some interesting items. I had a certificate for $20 so I ordered the Smashed Egg Avocado Bagel, the Bang Bang Shrimp Wrap and a big Chocolate Chip Cookie. The staff was great getting the certificate redeemed and guiding me through the menu. The food came out in a very timely manner, presentation was simple and straightforward. I had plenty of food for a very nice lunch. The egg and avocado bagel was interesting, the bagel was a bit soft for my preference, it was topped with a generous spread of egg and avocado mix plus some fresh spinach leaves. A very nice and healthy breakfast sandwich, a bit milder in flavor then I prefer, but good. The shrimp wrap was a good sized flour wrap around cold cooked shrimp with shredded cabbage and a great spicy sauce that perfectly complimented the wrap. This was excellent, the cool meaty shrimp contrasting with the crunchy cabbage and the zippy creamy sauce. I would highly recommend this if you like a bit of spice. The warm cookie was a great way to finish my lunch, very soft and gooey, packed with high quality chocolate chunks. About the only issue I had with the cookie was that it was hard to eat with just my hands, I ended up using the fork for most of the cookie. Jade Owl Cafe is a great local place to grab some high quality food, pastries and drinks. It is woman and minority owned, very well thought out and executed. The food is fresh and tasty, service was great and the overall experience was just what you could expect from a cafe. If you are in the area give them a try.

You enter in and pick which mug you'd like your drink to be served in. I thought this was a super fun concept! (I tried not to think of other germy hands touching my cup though haha). I got a cappuccino which was tasty. And I got a s'mores waffsicle, which was so delicious! We sat on the bar side because there were plenty of clean tables over there. (One table was very cold and drafty so watch out hahah) Service was slow; I think maybe only two people were working. There was a giant garage door which will be so nice to have open in nicer weather!! We were also wondering if the mugs will be switched out for glasses when it's iced coffee season! We didn't have kids with us, but noticed some kids toys, a high chair, and changing table in the bathroom available making this place a kid friendly option! Overall, I would definitely come back !

5/5 STARS!!! NUMBER 1. NUMÉRO UNO!!…read more WOW, QAHWAH HOUSE COFFEE is the best coffee shop in Cleveland and this is coming from a non-coffee drinker. I tried their Jubani, a light roast coffee and it is out of this world. Out of all the Yemen-based coffee shops in Cleveland, QAHWAH HOUSE is my favourite. HISTORY -- They are the original YEMENI coffee shop that existed in the United States, the first. They offer premium Organic Coffee from an 8th generation family coffee farm in Yemen. Qahwah House brought their coffee from Yemen to the United States in 2017 and have grown ever since with locations in over 10 U.S. states. They have 2 locations right now in Columbus, Ohio and 1 location in Cleveland. They are still expanding across the U.S. AMBIANCE -- Chic and cute. Beautiful inside with lovely light fixtures, amazing pictures on the wall of their famers handling the coffee beans, and an overall great design. Right in the center of the coffee shop on the wall is a lovely map of the world that shows the distribution of coffee over the years. TEA/COFFEE -- Their coffee beans are hand picked by humans in Yemen and sun dried on the roof of houses. The beans are a green colour and they use an elaborate and specific process to grind/roast the coffee. I tried the Adeni tea which is excellent plus I asked for light sugar. Because I sat in store, the tea came in a tea pot plus a small cup for me to drink it with. The tea pot is a great idea because it has a small candle underneath it to keep the tea warm. I was given a sample of their Jubani coffee which I absolutely loved. The Jubani is a light roast coffee with ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. The Jubani is very good and I highly recommend it. I'm not a coffee drinker but the Jubani blew me away with the taste. PASTRIES -- They also sell different types of sweet and savory pastries. I got a tomato and olive pastry while I sat in and it was delicious. I also got the Sabaya ($5) which is a light pastry that is supposed to have butter inside but I didn't taste any butter. The Sabaya comes with a side of what appears to be honey or syrup. The Sabaya tasted dry but I only ate it later that night or the next evening (I didn't finish it). SERVICE -- is absolutely outstanding, in my opinion. Everyone that I met was super nice and friendly. Tony, I think that was his name, explained to be the process of how the coffee is roasted in this big machine that sits right at the entrance to the store. He showed me the coffee machine. He told me so many interesting facts about their coffee and about Qahwah House in general which I've already highlighted/written in this review. When I arrived and told them it was my first time here but I don't drink coffee, an hour and a half later or so, I was brought a sample of their Jubani coffee. I was surprised yet happy that they brought me a coffee sample plus I loved the Jubani coffee. With friendly and excellent service, amazing coffee and tea, good wifi, and plenty of tables/chairs, I will definitely be back. TIP: There is a free parking lot. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 119/250 total reviews in 2026 - 960 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 6 June 2026

I've come a few times now and everything I've gotten so far has been good. My favorite drinks are probably the pistachio latte, mofawar, adeni chai. There's a promotion May 1-14 (2026) with their special (black sesame latte) where you can get 50% off of you order off their app. There wasn't an issue ordering off the app, the only thing is that if you order off the app, you don't get the restaurant pager/buzzer so you may have to check in at the register to see if they got the order, which is what I did since it was pretty busy. Ended with the black sesame latte which was aesthetically pleasing like their other drinks--though warning if you don't like the gritty texture like all black sesame drinks are, then maybe this isn't for you. Pistachio latte is still my favorite, but maybe I'll try this again with regular sweetness instead of light. Parking available and free as it's in a strip mall. Staff are nice. Really comfortable sitting space, plenty of tables with people socializing or doing work. Just be warned that it may not be the best working environment at night when more people come to socialize and also celebrate special occasions. Overall solid cafe choice for drinks/sweets/environment. Always full of people when I visit.

Parma Heights is so far, guys. So so far... So after fangirling over the lush, girly decor and taking ALL the pictures ever, my 5 friends and I ordered at the counter a bougie drink and a plate of food each. There's abundant seating in this two story cafe so we found a table and waited between 5 and 10 minutes for it all to be ready. Despite my goal to stop spending money on beverages, I spent $8 on a regular sized iced decaf carrot cake latte with almond milk. Delicious and definitely instagrammable, but RIP to my money. I regret not taking the lovely glass it was served to me in, but my conscious kicked in and I didn't pilfer it. Haha! For dinner, I originally wanted to get a pizza but changed my mind last minute due to it being 90 degrees outside. So instead, I got an italian panini with a side of potato chips ($14). I don't like mayo so asked that be taken off. The only sauces they have are mayo, hot sauce, and horseradish mayo. I got the horseradish mayo on the side, but didn't really use it. I hope they can add mustard and ketchup to their sauce lineup in the future. All in all, I spent about $24. All 6 of us had very instagramable food and drinks. They looked better than they tasted for the most part. I liked my drink and panini but didn't love it, especially for the price. My friends lavender lemon loaf was gorgeous, but sadly dry. I love the look, like the menu, and wish Cafe Blanc wasn't so outrageously far away! I'd love to get brunch here with my gal pals! I wanna get one of their dessert crepes, please and thank you! QUICK REVIEW (read this if you don't want to read this whole review): Try the potato pancakes. Great food and service. Slightly more elevated cafe. Busy during peak morning/afternoon hours and most likely less busy in the evenings. I have not been in the evening yet. Free parking lot and free wifi. FOOD - there are lots of food options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have sandwiches, salads, pizza, and pastries. I arrived around 10:20am so I wanted breakfast. I read that the croissants are okay but I haven't tried them. I ordered the potato pancakes, blueberry hibiscus tea (hot) as a dine-in order plus a slice of almond cake as a takeout order. The potato pancakes ($19) was delicious. It comes with 3 thick potato pancakes topped an egg on the center and with bacon bits spread all over. The potato pancakes also come with sour cream on the side which I didn't realize so I moved that to the side of my plate because I don't like or eat sour cream. I would order the potato pancakes again as a savory breakfast item but $19 is a little steep for the price. The blueberry hibiscus tea ($4) was a refreshing drink served on a mug. If you enjoy the combination of white tea leaves, rose hips, natural blueberry, and hibiscus then this tea is for you. I also ordered an almond cake slice ($6) but to go. The almond cake is a light and tasty cake with sliced/shaved almonds on top. SERVICE -- Friendly. Me and one of the shorter female employee had a nice laugh when I went down later in the day to order an almond cake. They started getting busy when I arrived after 10am on a weekday but I was able to walk right up to the front counter to order. The buzzer handed to me buzzed probably within 15-20 mins and I went down to get my order. I believe the tea that I ordered was ready first. Overall, I'll definitely be back. Prices are higher than a traditional cafe. The plus is that there is free wifi so it's a perfect spot to work on your laptop. The saffron karak chai was very good and comes out piping hot. I would prefer if they served this in an actual mug (rather than paper cup) especially if dining in. It was filled to the brim and spilled, not to mention putting a steaming hot drink in a paper cup. Nonetheless, the chair was good. More folks eventually started to come in so I can imagine this place gets noisy as it fills up. There was a women's group meeting all sitting in a circle on the floor in the front of the cafe. Perhaps they host group events? Not sure if there were any vegan options or egg free desserts, but check out the chai.

When he was finished he chatted with staff and drank his coffee. One customer pulled up a chair behind the counter. The entire experience seemed wholesome and genuine. The coffee was very good and we enjoyed chatting with the couple at the table next to us. When they left we ended up chatting with a couple at another table. Everyone was very friendly. This is a gem of a place... truly it's like stepping back in time... in a very good way!!…read more They have SOOOO many options for coffee (iced or hot), pastries, & breakfast sandwiches! We ordered off their "star studied drinks" menu.... We went for The Elvis.. a peanut butter banana mocha.... & OMG!!!! Might be my new favorite coffee! Our first order we didn't think they had any breakfast sandwiches, but there is a little menu at the front... so keep your eye out!! We went back to order some sandwiches... and guess what? Ordered another Elvis to share bc it was THAT GOOD!! Their sandwiches were delicious and classic! The cook even delivered them himself and he was so so kind!! I will 10000% be back... idk if I can try another coffee besides the Elvis, but I'll try!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!! Definitely give this cute cafe a try! You won't regret!
