Went to Inchin's on a Monday around 8pm and it was pretty busy! We didn't have a reservation, but only had to wait about 5 minutes before our table was ready. We ordered the Paneer 65, Chili Garlic Noodles, and Szechwan with Tofu. We expected the paneer appetizer to come out first, but all the dishes ended up arriving at the same time Paneer 65 (5/5): This is my all time favorite dish from Inchin's. Cooked Manchurian style with a crunchy outside and soft inside. Seasoning was perfect! Chili Garlic Noodles (3/5): Big portion size but tasted somewhat bland - had to add hot sauce and vinegar to give it a kick Szechwan with Tofu (3.5/5): Generous portion size, and it had more seasoning than the Garlic Chili Noodles, but it also could have been a bit more flavorful Overall, the portions were great but I thought the entrees lacked flavor. I would skip them and come back for the appetizers instead

Went here to satisfy an Indo-Chinese craving, but it was a avg experience. For appetizers, we tried the spring rolls, which unfortunately tasted like the store bought ones. But, the paneer tandoori momos were AMAZING! Genuinely so delicious, the tandoori coating was so flavorful and even the paneer stuffing was yum. For the entrée, we had the vegetable coin Manchurian. The coins were really tasty, but the gravy was just average and didn't stand out much. That said, the staff is super friendly and attentive, and there's plenty of seating.

Ordered delivery from this place awhile ago. Food was good but it seemed like it might have been toned down a little bit to suit non-Indian tastes. The couple of times that I've had Indian style Chinese food previously, the flavors seem stronger (spicier, saltier, etc.) but this was good as well. I could be wrong though as I'm definitely no expert on Indian style Chinese food. No complaints and will likely visit the restaurant sometime in the future.

Always a good time at inchins! The decor is nice and a good place to celebrate something. The food was great! The ak47 chicken was no joke! It was super spicy but still tasted good which is not always the case when places prioritize heat. The chicken could've been juicer but over all yummy. The chili chicken was fantabulous! Juicy chicken pieces, slightly crispy, bathed in a nice soupy gravy. The chili garlic noodles were solid nothing interesting there and the vegetable coin Manchurian was yummy too but Also not extraordinary. The coins were flat and tasted like mini aloo tikkis. Service was standard and attentive even though they were pretty busy.

Located in Downtown Sunnyvale, parking is plentiful. The interior has a lot of seating, making it good for large groups. The larger tables are partitioned off so it feels more private whilst not feeling enclosed. The noise level is average and music wasn't blaringly loud. Service was great. We were updated quite frequently as to our food status. The food was very yummy. I absolutely loved the mango salad. The flavor and texture were perfect. The mango lassi was way too sweet. Other than that, the consistency was good. The Mongolian beef was good too. It was tender and juicy. A bit on the sweet side though but overall solid. Tap to pay is accepted. Overall, Inchin's Bamboo Garden is a good place. The food is good and service is great too.

The food was average, but the overall dining experience was good. We went here on a Sunday afternoon. We had no trouble getting a table, as the restaurant wasn't very crowded. The restaurant's decorations were nice and added to the atmosphere. It has a nice vibe to it. The staff were friendly and the service is good. We started with Chinese Bhel and Crispy Chili Baby Corn--both were decent. We followed with Burnt Garlic Chili Fried Rice, Paneer Lababdaar, and Malaysian Parathas. The food was decent, though it didn't really stand out. The Chinese items were more flavorful and enjoyable than the Indian selections.

Inchin's was pretty highly rated on Uber Eats, so I was looking forward to it. I wish I checked Yelp's rating (a 2.8 at the time of this posting). They're 4.1 on Google. I'm staying at a hotel and needed dinner, so I accepted the $55 bill for chow mein and spring rolls, which arrived in about a half hour. I'll say the food was fine. Spring rolls were not made in-house, and the noodles were very oily. Including a full sized 2025 calendar with my order was an interesting choice. Similarly, they included a jar of pepper sauce that might normally be well-received, but its greater than the TSA limit of 3oz, so it's not coming home with me. I would have loved to save the cost of these gifts, but even more so - I would have appreciated utensils.

Been to this location after such a long time! We had a feeling that food at this place is now a notch higher. Lovely ambiance , quick service. The best was Lat Mai Paneer, crispy on the outside and soft inside, irresistible consistency. Burnt garlic chill fried rice did live upto its usual reputation. My kid ordered KungPao chicken, honestly it was too sweet with tons of ketchup, but he enjoyed it. Overall a 5 star experience!!

Indian/Chinese fusion spot. Tried a lot of their dishes and nothing really stood out. The food is not bad, just average. I came here with a bigger party and felt like the service was a bit lacking. Your milage may vary if you come with a small party.

We enjoyed the service yesterday for our dinner at Inchin, thanks to Srinivas who attended us. He was humble, courteous, attentive and pleasant! The decor & ambiance is gorgeous. Very good fine dining setup. Out of 5 dishes we ordered (chicken 65, crispy chili baby corn, Chinese bhel, sambal lamb, chili garlic noodle), my husband loved the Sambal lamb & I liked the chili garlic noodle. Cocktails were below average but that may be cause my hubby may be an expert. Chinese bhel was too sweet, baby corn was very hard/dry, chicken 65 not tasty.

I visited the Sunnyvale branch after a long time (perhaps ~10 years) as I used to visit Fremont and San Jose closer to work and friends. I liked the Sunnyvale branch since it was good in service and food both but was far. Fremont was worse in taste and service. San Jose was worse in service, taste, and food quantity. I had gift cards bought from the Fremont branch and didn't use them for a long time, so I went to Sunnyvale to use them. The ambiance was good as before. As expected, the food was the same in taste. We ordered Chinese Bhel, Vegetable Coins, Schezwan Fried Rice, and Schezwan Rice Noodles. Everything was good in taste except the quantity for coins was not per price but we still loved the taste. We were not disappointed by the visit and would recommend this branch over any other branch, if any, still operating (fremont closed).

Obviously it's strawberry and milk so not super crazy but I enjoyed this a lot because they used fresh strawberries mixed in with it! I also got the crispy tofu , a solid salt n pepper tofu with a peanut dipping sauce. I liked the sauce but maybe would have preferred something a little lighter. Like a sweet and sour or something. The parking lot isn't massive, but finding a spot isn't difficult, if my experience is anything to go by. Solo and duo diners are usually seated at normal tables, but large parties have the option of sitting in shoes-off washitsu rooms with tatami mats. The menu is very large, with specific sections condensing their vegetarian & gluten-free offerings. You get a paper menu detailing their specials, and the rest of the menu is accessed through a QR code (which I am personally not a fan of). True to its self-identification as a Japanese fusion tapas spot, the menu ranges from sashimi to soba to risotto korokke to pizza and so on. I recommend eating family-style with a group, as portion sizes are definitely tapas-sized, and trying a little bit of a lot is the best way to experience what Gochi has to offer. Though the atmosphere is great for a date night, the two-seater tables are set up very close to each other, so there won't be much privacy. Most of the dishes I found to be good, but perhaps not exceedingly impressive. The yuzu ceviche was stellar, with fresh fish and a strong citrus flavor, but the accompanying potato chips were a little thick and lacking salt. The sashimi was beautifully presented and fresh, but the pieces were a little smaller than I had expected. The risotto korokke was alright as well; the sauce was great, but the risotto inside was a little bland. Overall, I thought this to be a decently enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is great, the service is good, and the food is varied and interesting. The dishes range from being pretty affordable small dishes to a little too pricey to be worth what you get, so I'd definitely spend a little extra time perusing the menu. I will likely return to try some of the other items in the future.

We ordered a variety of dishes to share, and it was one of those meals where everyone at the table found something they loved. One dish I was surprisingly impressed by was the Ankimo (steamed monkfish liver in ponzu). I'll admit, the word liver immediately made me hesitant, and if they hadn't told me what it was, I probably would've been less nervous trying it. But I'm really glad I did because it was incredibly buttery, smooth, and rich. It almost melts in your mouth, and I honestly think it would pair perfectly with a bowl of steamed rice. We also ordered the Hiyayakko (cold tofu with ginger & scallions), which was a really refreshing starter. The tofu was silky smooth and delicate, and the ginger, scallions, and soy-based seasoning added just enough flavor without taking away from the freshness of the tofu. It was simple, but really well done. We also ordered the Salmon Mayo Yaki Onigiri. While it was good, I think this is the one dish I'd probably skip next time. The crispy grilled rice ball itself was delicious, but there just wasn't enough salmon mayo on top. It felt like I only got a tiny spoonful, so once that was gone, it was mostly just rice. Since my family couldn't decide, we ended up ordering all three clay pots: the Sake Oyako Meshi (grilled salmon & salmon roe), Unagi Meshi (BBQ freshwater eel), and Tori Soboro Meshi (braised ground chicken). Out of all of them, the Unagi Meshi was easily my favorite. The eel was tender, slightly smoky, and coated in a sweet-savory glaze that soaked into the rice underneath, making every bite incredibly satisfying. The clay pots also gave the rice a nice crispy layer on the bottom, which added even more texture. We also shared two of their signature pizzas: the Mentai Kinoko and the Nasu Curry. I wasn't expecting much since it's pizza at a Japanese restaurant, but they were honestly so good. The crust was paper-thin, crispy, and light, so it didn't leave you feeling heavy afterward. The Mentai Kinoko had a great balance of spicy cod roe, snow crab, mushrooms, bacon, and cheese, while the Nasu Curry had a rich curry flavor that paired surprisingly well with the eggplant and cheese. Both were huge hits with my family. The restaurant itself has a warm, traditional Japanese atmosphere that makes it feel cozy and inviting. The server was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the menu and recommend dishes when we couldn't decide what to order. Their recommendations definitely did not disappoint. My whole family left happy, and it's one of those restaurants where I already know I'll be coming back to try even more of the menu.
