It seems like most of the positive reviews are when the father ran the business. Now it is the son. Paul installed two mini splits in 2022 and with another company installed solar panels shortly thereafter. The first mini split leaked freon so they came back to flush and reinstall. I don't use it often, but turn it on periodically, let it run and clean the filters constantly. The unit stopped working after one day. I had to call someone on the mountain to come before I left the country. They told me what had to be done. I called Paul and as usual he was very condescending (maybe it's why others complained of this). He cut me off and repeated a false narrative of what I said. The new workers heard him and they were shocked of how he was so disrespectful and gave some goofy explanation of what was wrong and that it was my fault as I didn't treat it like a car that sits constantly. The workers were shocked when they found the issue (but didn't try to blame anyone). The workers that fixed it live locally and have an incredible reputation. I will never use Paul again. I work in an industry with mostly men and they have always treated me with respect, unlike Paul. read more

I don't recommend using this company! Made the appointment with the office, the girl told me that there is a travel charge which I understand because i don't live in town $100.00. When the service guy the owners son Paul gets here to do the service, he checks the unit. He turns on the unit. I asked the guy hey should I open all the vents?‍ At this point the unit has been running for about 10 mins. As he hooks his gauge to the unit, my husband asked him if the unit is low on Freon there's a leak? The guy responded not necessarily. My husband asked him if he could shoot some dye so if there is a leak he could see the problem and fix it. He didn't. Paul added some Freon. This service call was done two months ago and it's summer and it's miserably hot! And the a/c unit is not working!! This customer is not satisfied thanks for ripping us off! The owner says he's trying to help and says "I know what the problem is ...you have a freon leak" hmmm less than 2 months ago when his company added freon...replaced the control board... Stated on the the invoice that there was no leak found." Want to stand by that statement ? Of course not... The owner simply hangs up... 1 star is generous. I had Brley's AC install a new unit on my condo a few years ago and it was a good experience. They helped me get financing and installed the new unit really fast. I recently had them come out because the heater portion of the unit would come on and then shut off. They called me back right away and gave me the option of having them come out on a weekend or wait until Monday when it would be cheaper. I opted for Monday and they came right on time, serviced my unit, and now it works great. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. read more

Good service but super expensive. They would charge on material like 10 times its worth and surprise you on the final bill. A fuse box cost $15 at home depot charged me $169 for it and that does not include labor $400 total. labor is similar to others but when he make that kind of charge on material then others would be much cheaper. So I call this guy they come out and say they checked everything and says it lacks pressure and needs more freeon (RC22) then he puts 3 pounds in it and says it should hold. Well, the next day it didn't hold, don't get me wrong but I call and he is defensive that his son didn't say it was fixed. Well, then what? testing my system on my money and then he tells me that it is old and I need a new one. Then why not tell me that the day before and not waste my money? I have had 3 restaurants and this is the first guy that didn't try to fix anything and just said it was old and get a new one. I have worked with many different people but this guy father and son are a piece of art. Don't call them, I called my guy in LA, he charged me 50 bucks for driving out to Bakersfield and guess what he said don't worry he got me and now it works like a beauty. If you don't know your business or don't know what you doing don't rip people off. I wish I could give a zero. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY.
