I was told by another company that it would be a good idea to think about replacing my A/C. After waiting almost a month for an estimate and never getting one, I called Oasis after they were recommend by my neighbor. I was given an appointment the day after I called. Chris came out and figured out what I needed. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable, in my opinion including a warranty. I was sent an email contract that I signed immediately. Three days later, measurements were taken and I was told the install would happen the next Monday. Brody and Brian arrived on time and handled everything. They installed the A/C, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. I was shown how to use the new, fancy thermostat and they were done. I called the office to make my payment. Done! Several problems with this company. I am absolutely freezing. Have paid them 3 times this year to fix my air conditioning and heating. Its freezing outside and my air conditioning wont shut off. They told me over a month ago they shut them both off, waiting for new unit. the heating has also came on. I had to remove thermostat from wall to turn it off. These people are killing me. Ripping off Customers!! $20 part OASIS charging $226 and $1494 to replace it. Air conditioner was working fine until I called OASIS to do a a regular basic maintenance $139 I paid and stopped working after their maintenance. They send a technician to diagnose and he said control board needs to be changed. I called the manufacturer to find out the price of the part for me cost $164.34 OASIS PRICE $389.36 and $696 to replace it. Just a plug and play control board. Different people Different PRICE. Oasis response time was fantastic - especially when out A/C was out and it was 105 degrees. They diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. Just had Oasis come out and do the first inspection since we switched over from using the Butterfly people. The technician checked everything found a few things that needed a little bit of help and fix them without telling us our units were in need of repairs. This is the first time ever that we weren't told it was going to cost us thousands of dollars to get them up and running properly. He also showed us how the others weren't removing the panels when supposedly cleaning the unit. They were the only company I could find who warranties their solar panels without referring back to the manufacture. They also had USA made solar panels as an option, which I insisted on. All of my friends have PG&E true up bills at the end of the year. I never have a true up bill, in fact PG&E even owe me, so I know they sized my system correctly. 1st. I have had them install 4 HVAC unit for me. I relied on them to present the best options. I chose what they stated were good units, and three years later when they are breaking down, they tell me I should have chosen a different unit. 2. They do not offer and/or honor labor warranties. This, a few years later when your units are breaking down, the parts are covered but you are going to pay them for diagnosis and then also labor. 3. They are very expensive. Not the most expensive, but still very expensive. The person I replaced them with, who is reputable commonly comes in at half their price. 4. Lastly, I made a personal contact at this company who I discussed a specific situation with, and said they would look into it.... nothing happened. No call back, no follow up, no change in the situation. Sadly, I regret ever doing business with them. I think they used to be better than they are now. Our AC died yesterday when it was 104 degrees. I called Oasis last night at 6 pm and left a message. I got a call back from someone about an hour later saying they would send someone today around noon. (Always GREAT business when someone gets back to you right away, especially after business hours!) The office staff is wonderful! Today Eddie came and diagnosed, repaired our AC, and serviced it for a super reasonable price. Eddie was kind, competent, professional, and prompt. My AC went out the night before the hottest day of this year so far. I called a couple of places that night that were reportedly 24 hours but never received a call back. One didn't even get a message from their answering service (not sure how that's considered open 24 hours). They couldn't come for a few days and they recommended Oasis. They were able to come out less than 3 hours later. The repairman was friendly, efficient and he looked and acted professional. He took videos of all his tests on the roof, showed me, and demonstrated it on the parts again in front of me. That's a very good way to build trust and it was appreciated. They came out twice... and I paid with nothing done.... I had a guy come out and he looked at the system and said I need a flushing of my primary drain and servicing. He would give my details to the office and they would quote me a price. Two weeks later still no call so I called them and they quoted a price. I said yes and made an appointment. When the appointment came the guy was in the attic for 5 mines and said he had to end the service because he found a leak in the primary drain pan and he needed a quote from the office to fix it.... Charged me $70 and said the office would call me for another quote!!!!!!@! Once again they never call... so I call them and they quote me $1200 to fix it.... I've had enough.... I payed there call out fee for nothing at all and then I get quoted crazy numbers.... Do not call this company. !!!!! It's been 6 weeks since I've first called them and all that has happened was I waited for technicians to arrive twice and paid $70 for no work to be done.......... read more

We called this company out because of there so called reputation, after telling whoever on the phone what the issue was and set the appt..so far so good..they showed up right on time but as soon as he looked at it the price i was told for service call went up by 130 along with the 79, so then after arguing with me about what the issue was he told us they can order this part for $159.00 i then pretty much told them to put back what they had taken off and heres your 79 and leave..total scam on that part, I went online and bought the exact same part number he was going to order for 9.97 + tax went to a local store and bought it, 2 hrs later we fixed our own hearing element. Had regularly used Oasis for service and repairs. Service tech's we've have had always are nice. Just recently we had them out to check on one of our office units. Turns out a small motor was out in a unit. Oasis quoted me $450 to install a new motor. We checked online and that same motor was only $159 shipped on Amazon. The time required to install this small motor was less than a half an hour per the tech. Bottom line: Always double check your pricing for materials. There is some serious profit taking going on and an unwillingness to match pricing or even come close by Oasis. Good thing there are plenty of people out there to compete! read more

We have used Oasis Air for the past 15 years. They offer an annual maintenance contract to service my AC in the Spring and furnace in the fall. This contract alone has saved me heartache because they identified repairs before the heat of the summer hit. Plus if you are on maintenance contract and an emergency happens, you move up on the priority list. Huge benefit if it's 106 and your unit goes out. But guess what - it has never happened because they take care of my units regularly. We used them this past winter and installed a more energy efficient AC unit and solar! Saint was on the job site daily to check with his crew. A word about the install crew, nothing but professional! They were careful not to damage anything and cleaned up after themselves daily. There work is also clean - no unsightly exposed conduit running from the solar panels down the fascia boards to the box. It is all tucked away in my attic. Current estimate has us owing only $4 to PG&E for Tru-up. I highly recommend Oasis Air Conditioning and Solar. read more
