I love that there is a Filipino store attached because they do sell stuff that the asian market near us doesn't sell and it's very specific. The kitchen employee started my order before she approached the register. The food was served in styrofoam containers, the fried pork in one container and the rice in another. The sauce was served in a small plastic container. The sign by the register puzzled me. Once customers submit gratuity, it can not be refunded. Why would diners require that warning? I truly appreciate the size because for those of us who know what we are looking for, it's nice to be able to get in and out in less than 10 mintues. They have a good amount of frozen meats and fish, a good assortment of dried fishes too. The goat and oxtail meat is some of the best around. They sell other small goods besides food as well. Every person I've encountered is always friendly. Most of the items sold are west african but I've heard they are looking to expand their assortment.
