This spot offers a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes. The interior is super upscale, and there's a fully packed bar with cocktails! I was a little disappointed in the cocktail presentation, as the ones in their Instagram seem much more elaborate and creative than what I received. One upon a time in Haveli was not too sweet which I appreciated but the menu mentioned there is cotton candy on top which it did not have. Mango Lassi was mainly cream and missing some extra kick of flavor compared to other places we've tried it. The Haveli mix grill non veg had lovely presentation and tasted great, I also loved the golgappa and prawn coconut. The food overall was very good, came as expected, and not too heavy. Our server was very kind but the rest of the staff were not as welcoming which is the reason behind my choice for 3 stars instead of 4. read more

First and last time here. Butter Chicken was good but the Service wasn't. Late lunch. Nobody else here and I had to ask for the Check AND a take away box. Over $18 for lunch and it didn't even come with rice. I won't be back. Too many other places with better prices and better Service. read more

This is a relatively new Indian restaurant in my neighbourhood so on a snow day I decided to try it and I was very happy I did. I was the typical boring westerner and ordered butter chicken but I so love it that I had to try theirs and I was not disappointed. It wasn't too spicy which is good for those who aren't keen on spice but love a good curry. I ordered some prantha to help scoop up the left over sauce because I was leaving nothing behind. To add to the good food, the staff were great. They came to make sure I liked it and when I said I had to come back to try their Vindaloo we talked a bit about spice and how they can make it at any spice level. They were just so pleasant and I hope they are successful because they are tasty. The only issue, and really it's not their fault, is that the Dollarama has moved next to it and parking is now a gong show. There is also still scaffolding outside the Dollarama that blocks their entrance. I look forward to going back. read more

On my first night in Surrey, I had no idea where to eat and randomly selected this place because it was next to Dollarama where I figured I could cheaply purchase a couple of bottles of water and snacks for our hotel room. The woman who greeted me was very courteous and helped me order a few dishes since my knowledge of Indian food is limited to naan and a few curry dishes. The food was ready within 20 minutes and every single thing was delicious! Not only that, $30 worth of food stretched out over three meals for two people. My favorite was the naan which had garlic and bits of meat baked into it. Parking was plentiful and free. read more

Do not go here!!!! They do not follow any Covid protocol!!!! Staff do not even wear masks. No signs on floor no signs on tables to block them off no plexiglass between tables. You have to walk past seated customers in close distance to pay at back of restaurant or go to bathroom. The food is good but I will not go back until they follow safety measures!!! read more

When we went in to pick up our food, the guy at the front desk was on the phone and just extremely rude, he didn't smile or acknowledge us. We wait for about ten minutes to pay because the server said she doesn't know how to take payment... our to go order was sitting on a table, not under a heat lamp so when we got home the food was cold.
