My husband found this gem during our weekend in Tucson. The food was exceptional. It is primarily North Indian cuisine. The service was attentive. They noticed when my husband's beer was low and they offered a new one. They provided to go boxes when we requested. I like that they asked for our preferred spice level because my husband and I like different levels. My husband ordered the shrimp biryani, and I had the lamb naan. My lamb naan was delicious! It was well seasoned. I like that their naan is crispy. My husband enjoyed his biryani. He requested it at a high spicy level and he said that it was delicious and spicy. Indian Twist is a medium size restaurant. It seems to be family run, and it is semi informal. Think jeans and cloth napkins. No plastic silverware. We were there on a Friday 6-8pm. It wasn't crowded. When we left, it was about half-full. Some guests were from the connecting Wyndham hotel. They have 2 entrances. One in the hotel and its own entrance outside. read more

The service was attentive and speedy. My only criticism would be that the restaurant has a lounge feel that does not parallel the high quality eats! I love Indian food and I was really excited to support this business. I stopped by around 8pm and ordered Matar Paneer to go. It was really delicious, but unfortunately within a couple of hours I was very ill. I can say with a high degree of certainty it was because of that dish. The restaurant has other good reviews, so hopefully it was just a fluke. Maybe ordering something more popular would be a good option here. read more

We decided to try Indian food. This is a very nice restaurant. Staff is very helpful so we could eat gluten free and the meals were delicious! First visit we had butter chicken and chicken vendaloo. Oh how tasty! Second visit we had chicken pakora, tandoori chicken and lamb vindaloo. Wonderfully done. Not over spicy dishes and the rice complemented each dish perfectly. Lady Matilda and I visited this establishment at the end of our journey into the desert. We were both tired beyond the telling of it. Indian Twist is one of the few restaurants on the sirport strip that foscuses on quantity and variety in a specialty menu. We ordered light fare of chicken-rice and naan. It was warm and deliious, served quickly. We noticed that the few patrons there were not hotl guests. They were either locsls who chose to come for the food or came from other hotels looking for good food. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quiet and calm. We enjoyed the experience despite being too tired to truly absorb the experience, which says a lot about the vibe. They experienced network issues when we tried to pay but they chose not to keep us and sent someone to our room to settle the check when it was fixed. The restaurant is not part of the hotel, so they bill separately. Be warned. The water is tap. read more

Chose this place based on reviews on comments on Reddit and it was worth it. $70 meal for 2 included two orders of garlic naan, two mango lassi drinks, two meals and two sides of rice. I'd say it was worth it. Plus leftovers for lunch tomorrow! I had the chicken tikka masala, a delicious classic. I asked for mild spice and the flavor was still great. Just discovered this new Indian Twist location inside the Best Western by the airport. The indoor space is huge, even larger than the location on Swan and Ft. Lowell. They have table, booth, bar seating, and patio seating. If you enjoy the other three Indian Twist related restaurants, this location is just as tasty. Living in the Rita Ranch area this location is much closer to me. (South and Southeast siders check it out!) We went in at noon and it was very quiet, I think they're still trying to get the word out. They could use some bigger signage to help draw people in. Ordered the chicken tikka masala and chicken curry and they were great. Also ordered some naan and it was just as light and just the right amount of chewy and crispy as the Swan location. If you're hungry after a flight or in this part of town, show them some support, doesn't disappoint! :) read more

I am glad we decided to try this place. It is located inside a hotel but it does have its own entrance. We were immediately served water after sitting down and placed our drink order. They did have wine and beer available. We ordered a mango lassi, vegetable samosas, and chicken curry. I think there was a mango syrup in the lassi instead of fresh mango, but it was still pretty good. The curry was phenomenal. The flavor was great, we ordered a medium spice level. It was pretty spicy but we like spicy food. Definitely order the Garlic Naan, you won't regret it. Excellent service and delicious food. read more

I had the Butter Chicken with a level 2 out of 5 spice it had great flavor, but was very mild next time I will go with a 3 or 3.5. We love Indian twist. So much we went to the new one they opened at best western by the airport. Do not get mild though because it is mild. They were having issues with the AC when we went there, but luckily it was not that hot. The food was excellent. Had samosas and chicken tika marsala was excellent. Chicken was tender and the sauce creamy and delicious. Ordered it with a side of their garlic naan. Our food arrived at a timely manner. We will definitely be back. This restaurant is a gem. We had the lamb tikka masala. With naan and chicken in chickpea appetizer. We asked for Rita - ( not on the menu, but the chef made it anyway- it was delicious) the tikka masala lamb also was excellent, and a decent portion, good sized chunks of meat. We like Indian food and we're unsure of where to go while visiting Tucson. Took a chance here and glad we did. I got the Chicken Tikka Masala and DW got the Butter Chicken. Mine was great and DW's was even better! A topper was getting the lamb naan, fantastic, and you could eat by itself as a meal it was so thick and hearty. So tasty. Don't let the "located in a hotel" throw you. This is a really good meal. We both ordered a "7" as we like our food spicy but didn't want to go overboard. It was plenty spicy. The food was very flavorful and delicious. The service was pretty fast and the waiters were friendly. The restaurant was very bright.

The food was amazing, I usually shy away from trying new places and foods as a very picky eater but I will absolutely be back. Finding the restaurant was a bit of a challenge as is is tucked into a corner in the same parking lot as a hotel but it is in fact its own little building. As for the staff, they were very friendly and attentive. As soon as I got seated they immediately bringing out water and taking my order and the kitchen was very quick as well I waited all of maybe 10 minutes for my food. I was worried that they were going to make my food "white girl spicy" and I am usually disappointed because I like my food SPICY. They however did not do that and I was very pleased. Over all I'm gonna give this place a 10/10 for food convince and service I'll be back with my husband and friends in the near future! read more

OMG. This restaurant is in the best western hotel Tucson airport. As authentic as it can get. Really glorious food. We had the lamb curry, bindi and chickpeas. Nicely prepared, generous portion, very flavorful. Comes with rice and the service was excellent. Server was happy to refill our rice bowl if you wanted more.
