India's Flame is a great place for first-timers, in my opinion. They provide a buffet with different dishes to not only introduce you to Indian food, but to possibly help you find a favorite or lead you to a possible favorite. The restaurant is very unique in that it almost has a vintage supper clubby vibe (in the best possible way). The restaurant was very clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There is also a bar with a variety of your favorite liquor. The buffet was very clean and looked very appetizing. Although not very big, it provided more than 6 dishes for you to try. The "nan" (thin pita-like bread) is available through the server and is all-you-can-eat as well. Very tasty! They also have a full menu if you want to order a certain dish instead, but this buffet definitely helps a newby get acclimated to Indian cuisine. This restaurant in particular is a definite must if you are looking to dive into Indian food for the first time, but it is also a must-try for anyone who love Indian food. All day indian buffet! It's been a while since I found an indian buffet restaurant that had more than just a lunch buffet. This is our new go to spot. They had the spinach and cheese paneer dish that I love, along with some awesome tasting veggie fritters in a curry sauce that tasted amazing. The vegetarian choices were pretty good and had some great flavor to them. Unlimited mango lassi and chai tea with the buffet. I'm not sure if the naan bread is unlimited or not cause they only brought it one time and we never asked for more. The garlic naan was delicious. They had an interesting sweet dessert that we mixed with rice pudding and the combo was heavenly. The servers were all really nice and attentive. My only complaint is I wish the ice water had actual ice in it. We love this spot and will be coming back. We paid $14 each for the dinner buffet. One of the servers said the ealier buffets are $9.99. We'll have to come earlier in the day to see if it's just as good. We left full and satisfied. We will be coming back a whole lot. I loved it. 10 stars if I could rate it that high. Can't believe I JUST found out about this location. They said it just opened up 2 months ago but I wish I knew about it the day they opened. We were a party of three for their Buffet on a Thursday. The place is bright, modern looking and comfortable. Their are ample dishes available my only criticism was not all necessarily hot more like lukewarm. The flavors were spot on and having free tea and Mango drink was another bonus. Our servers all males were all so friendly and accommodating. Thank you Magic Man for coming to the recuse with the Chia Tea dispenser. A casual Indian restaurant, probably known most for its buffet. We however ordered al a carte and weren't impressed. The panner tikka masala did not have the tikka paneer so it was basically a normal masala panner. Malai kofta was okay. I found this place through yelp. It was funny, I work inside City Hall as security and I actually met the owner when they came to get their liquor license, I had no idea i was headed to the exact same people though! I had the buffet. Buffets can always be hit or miss but this buffet was fresh, piping hot and delicious. I'm so glad I chose this place, and I hope they continue to get the support they deserve! First time dinner at India's Flame last night. Many tables taken with a mix of folks. Nice atmosphere & very clean. Service was very appropriate for a buffet dinner. You do have any option for a la carte. The buffet has a salad offering, desserts, a lassi drink, 4 veg entrees & 4 non-veg entrees and a few side accompaniments. You also receive a good sized portion of plain or garlic naan. They have beer & wine. Everything was very fresh & had excellent taste. The nice feature on the buffet was that everything had a good description of the dish, for people that are unfamiliar with the tastes/ingredients, I think that is very helpful. Awesome Indian restaurant! All is perfect there. Place is really nice, extremely clean bathrooms, and food is delicious. I have to mention how nice those folks are. Soooo great! Huge selection of buffet items (both vegetarian and non veg) and the food was very fresh. The only other palaak paneer i've had this good has been my mothers and one from Mohan's in Jaipur (but if you go there, I recommend the Mohan's special). Buffet even includes chai (sugar-free, they're even health conscious, but feel free to add your own sugar, no judgement) and a perfect balance of sweet and tart mango lassi. One word... AMAZING! The lunch buffet had lots of options & was super reasonably priced. The Chicken Tikka Masala was perfect with just the right amount of spice. A salad bar, 2 kinds of Naan, & Mango Lassi all included with the buffet.
