I LOVE the concept of this place. However, it's poorly executed. For starters, removing seed oils is admirable, but then serving your entrees at incredibly hot temperatures with plenty of fat in black plastic is a recipe for toxic chemicals and microplastics. You're trading one evil for another- arguably worse than restaurants who serve their entrees in metal or ceramic bowls. Yes, they have seed oils, but they're not creating plastic waste and serving tikka masala à la microplastic. Some of these chemicals stay in your body forever. Black plastic items can be toxic because they are often made from recycled electronic waste that contains dangerous flame retardants and heavy metals. These toxic chemicals can leak into food or contact your body when the plastic gets hot. Putting hot food in plastic is unsafe because heat causes harmful chemicals like BPA, phthalates, and microplastics to break down and mix into your meal. Fats act as an aggressive extraction medium that causes harmful chemicals and microplastics to dissolve and leach rapidly. My recommendation? Dine in customers should be able to eat off reusable dishware. Maybe you could offer a way for people to bring in their own containers for to go. The chicken tikka masala was also disappointing. Flavors were almost watery and bland. I eat a LOT of Indian food, and after reading the reviews I expected top tier, but I'd actually rank it among the worst I've tried. The rice was fine but similarly bland and the texture was somewhat dry. Spice level 3 was negligible. Chicken was nowhere near tender, portions were stingy and I ate the whole thing in one sitting unlike other reviewers mentioned. I wish they'd had lamb. The naan looked and smelled incredible but again, disappointing. It tasted burnt and also like almost nothing. Smelled like garlic, tasted like neutral oil. Generous portions though. The mango lassi was delicious. I was glad it's sweetened with sugar and not monk fruit. Not interested in non nutritive sweeteners. The to go cup is interesting because the straws are too small and lassi should really be sipped. Portions not great even with upgrade fee. All in all I paid $26 for a meal I ate reluctantly. I will warn that when ordering to go, the packaging isn't the most secure and my food spilled all over the inside of the bag very easily. The Chicken Tikka Masala was very oily, bland, and the chicken was dry. I was really disappointed by how oily it was, especially when they advertise how "clean" the ingredients are. At this spot you can see inside a huge wall of windows to where employees were making fresh naan. Great to see the naan is legit! Periodically they'd look up and smile, like genuinely. Kept seeing this place pop up on social media, i love supporting small businesses so had to bring the fam for some dinner! When we arrived we were pretty much the only ones inside besides the staff ... which there was a lot lol They were friendly but one call out as a former business owner is to have the staff greet people as they come in with. Simple "welcome". It creates a nicer atmosphere than having to grab the attention from the staff to order. We ordered the food and I'm not sure if the guy taking the order was having an off day but my wife added the cucumber salad and then he never added it on and my wife had to remind him lol. Then I ordered 2 dishes but when it came out I guess they only put in 1. So we had to go back up and order the second dish. This is a huge opportunity to increase revenue by training staff on how to upsell and recommend more products for larger orders. The place was clean though and the food came out fast and hot! The dishes were full of flavor. I did wish they had more meat in each dish but in this economy, I understand I love the fact they don't use seed oils or artificial ingredients! I really like their mango lassi. One personal preference is I wish it was slightly colder with this heat. It was chilled but not COLD. As in, you can see the employees in their awesome uniforms complete with head covers just like back in the days! I went to the drive-thru yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to see they have a huge window where you can see them hard at work making fresh Naan Bread! Although their menu is limited, it has all of the basics you could want/need. I love that they offer 5 spice levels, so if you're like me and can't hang, go for the 1 or 2. I ordered 1 which is pretty much no spice. The Butter Chicken was so creamy and delicious! I think next time I'll try spice level 2 for a lil kick. I opted for the combo which includes a drink and Garlic Naan. I wanted the Mango Lassi so there was an extra $.75 upcharge for that. I do wish it was a bigger size! That drink was yummy!! The entrées all come with Basmati Rice. It didn't look like a lot, but honestly, I could have gotten 4 meals out of it. I was a lil piggy and ate it in 2 sittings, but I could have definitely stretched it out. My stomach was busting at the seams, but I couldn't help myself!! I actually wanted to go back again today, but I was able to fight off temptation. Next time, I'm going to try their Chicken Curry.. You can't and shouldn't sleep on the Garlic Naan. Right off the bat I noticed a decent amount of seating and overall a clean environment with open windows and room to walk between tables. We ordered the tikka masala and butter chicken with the drink and naan. The service was super friendly and on top of things. The guy who I believe opened this place was talking to other people and really making it a friendly environment. He told us how he chose the food boxes to be the healthiest choice, free of PFAs and BPAs and with great space. He really thought this place out which was appreciated. Spice level 1 for both of those dishes and it was perfect. Their flavors are legit and so tasty. The whole place smells so good when you walk in as well! All of the dishes were cooked perfectly; the two chicken dishes included big chunks of moist chicken pieces and the naan...oh my gosh. First they are huge; cut in half for two pieces and were the perfect wrap for the chicken! The mango lassi was so delicious and creamy and thick...getting a large next time, LOL! SENTRY - WATCHING RESTAURANTS Tikka Drive 80 W Warner Rd Chandler, AZ 85225 This is the only drive through Indian restaurant in the valley. The owner is Punjabi and has strict rules for how the food is prepared. I found this so interesting that I had to try it. Companion and I arrived at 5:00 and were seated immediately. This is not a fancy restaurant, but it is immaculately clean. There are only 6 main dishes on the menu, because the owner wanted to be sure that they would be popular and always made to his standards, which I must say are quite high. He uses no seed oils in his cooking and there are no freezers on the premises. Food is made fresh when ordered and is made with real ghee, which is most unusual for a public restaurant because of the cost involved. There are 5 tandoor ovens on site which meet the most current health standards in the U.S. I ordered the Butter Chicken Combo which was a 36 ounce container of chicken and Basmati Rice. It also came with a big portion of garlic naan and a soft drink. The portions are big to say the least, and I barely was able to finish it, though the naan came home with me. Companion ordered the Chicken Curry Combo which was the same size portion. Companion was unable to finish the meal and took a big box of the food home along with the naan. Other items on the menu include Raita, Mango Lassi, Chicken Korma, Chicken Tika Masala, as well as two vegetarian/vegan dishes. Considering the amount of food that a person gets, the prices are most reasonable. Service is fast even though each dish is cooked to order. Companion ordered the Mango Lassi as we were leaving, and I must say it was the best one I have ever tasted. It was made with much more yogurt that most places use, and was thick and creamy and full of flavor. Omg, this is my absolute favorite food right now, especially now that I'm pregnant! Fast, delicious, and always comes out steaming hot without a long wait. I've had the butter chicken twice already -- definitely my #1! The chicken korma is also scrumptious. I chose spice level 3, which was the perfect amount of spice where you still fully enjoy the flavor of the food. The portions are huge too! You can eat now and still have plenty left for later. And the garlic naan... SO big and packed with flavor! I'll honestly be trying everything on the menu at this point. I've already sent so many people there and I really hope they open more locations soon. We need one in Phoenix and East Mesa ASAP! read more

Very impressed for my first visit. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and the food was out of this world. The chicken korma was first rate and came with a very generous portion of chicken. I was most impressed with the fact that the food stayed hot the entire time I drove home to North Scottsdale. I didn't even have to reheat it.
