I ordered the Non-Veg Lunch Special which comes with rice, naan, two meat entrees, and a side salad. The highlight of my meal was the naan, which was amazingly fresh and buttery. I had such a great experience at India's Spice Grill! The food was absolutely amazing, and you can really tell everything is made fresh. The flavors were rich and authentic, and everything we tried was delicious. The garlic naan and cheese naan were especially standouts super flavorful, soft, and perfectly made. I'm giving this restaurant a 5 stars for the food! The food is delicious ! There was only 1 person who was working there and he was pleasant, but not very attentive, but maybe because he was busy behind the scenes. Even though he was nice, service is not 5 stars. I had to ask for more water a couple of times. I also had to get up from the table to ask for takeout containers and for the check. It would also have been nice if he told us the the spinach with cheese was $2 extra each on the lunch special. This place was a nice surprise. Found it through Yelp and thought we'd give it a try. From the get-go, the owners were accommodating and happy to see us. It felt like being welcomed into their home. We ordered a pizza, garlic naan (the best we've ever had- so light and fluffy!), butter chicken that my youngest son devoured, chili chicken that was similar to fajitas, samosas... everything was delicious! We ended up talking to one of the owners, Daljeet, for some time; we just felt really cared for and accommodated- it was a lovely visit and meal! Good mom & pop shop if you're craving Indian food and don't feel like driving to Little India in Artesia. Owners were warm and welcoming. I love it. I ordered all vegetarian: Sag, korma, biryani, and garlic naan. Everything was delicious, especially the korma and byriani. The sag was salty. Skip it if you're watching your sodium. I accompanied my meal with Greek yogurt as I always do, plus it offset the salty sag. I will not let the sag turn me off because everything else was nice. India's Spice Grill's diverse dishes are full of flavor and aromatic spices. There is something for everyone. The portions are generous and at an affordable price. A must-get is the Whole Tandoori Chicken marinated with yogurt and spices and roasted in the clay oven. It's tender and flavorful (not spicy). My daughter devoured her portions, which is a win in my book. This will be a regular order for me. Boneless Chicken Biryani was also a hit. It was packed with flavor in every bite. We also devoured the Aloo Paratha, pan-fried whole wheat bread filled with potatoes and spices. We enjoyed dipping it in the curry. Butter Chicken curry is my go-to order at Indian restaurants, but our dish was more on the chunky side. It's as if the ingredients got separated. Isn't it usually visually smooth and creamy? Either way, it still tasted good. We've also ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Curry, it's pretty standard and you can't go wrong. This is a small family-owned restaurant, and you sometimes see their kids dining in or hanging out. The owners are friendly and love sharing their Indian cuisine with the community. We always do takeout, and our food is usually ready on time for pickup. If you choose to dine-in, just keep in mind that this used to be a pizza spot, so it's naturally on the smaller side. We got samosa chaat, palak paneer, chicken tikka masala, mango lassi, and rasmalai along with a couple breads. Everything was really good though the chicken had too much salt for me. Today I decided I would try a new spot with my beloved friends. It took us a while to come across this establishment and I am more than glad destiny brought me to this place. The food came out in a timely manner and it was very fresh. The chicken was nice and tender and the butter naan was soft and buttery. It was very delicious, and although it was a little pricey I believe it was worth every penny. I cleaned my plate off and was very full in the end as the portion sizes were very filling. So, we just moved to Cerritos about 6 months ago. We love Indian food. We have been slowly trying the Indian restaurants that dot Pioneer Blvd. They all have been good and solid. A few weeks ago, we noticed that there is a new restaurant called India's Spice Grill on Artesia in a strip mall where Seven Syllables resides. I didn't think much of it because I thought Pioneer was the place to go. Today, I decided to order takeout from India's Spice Grill. I'm LITERALLY BLOWN AWAY by this food. We ordered Chicken Biryani Naan Palak Paneer Chana masala Raita & chutney Everything was absolutely delicious, generous and really well priced. This order could have fed us for three meals. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The owner is very kind. He said that he is from Northern India but he learned to cook from a Bombay chef. I've found my new go to Indian restaurant. I'm thrilled it is small family business, owned and run by someone who puts care and craft into his dishes. read more

I bought a $50 certificate from restaurant.com. when i tried to use it the same day, the server said they do not accept. furthermore, all the prices on their web page and printed menu were raised, without any note on web page or the menus used by customers. I refused to buy any food after that, assuming that a restaurant that dishonest , could not be trusted to have safe food.
