Zoey, our server, took our drink orders as we decided what we wanted. The coffee was fantastic, smooth, hot, drinkable and in my own crafe. Great coffee! Our food order was a senior plate (2 pancakes, 2 bacon and 1 egg) and a 3 egg vegetable omelette with ham added, 2 pancakes with a side of bacon and wheat toast. Did I mention the coffee was great . The order came within a reasonable time and was exactly what we'd ordered. Pancakes were light and fluffy serve with warm syrup on the side. Bacon was perfectly crispy not burnt. The omelette was massive, stuffed with vegetables, mushrooms, diced ham and cheese. We had enough for leftovers, half the omelette, 1 pancake. My 10-year-old says it's the best fried chicken he's ever had, and I loved the collard greens, which reminded me of a Korean comfort food 시래기 from my childhood. The soups and vegetables were excellent too. A special thanks to Gary for his warm hospitality and wonderful conversation about Korea.
