I really enjoyed their tandoori chicken and dahi puri which i thought had the most flavor. They also have some Indo-Chinese items on their menu. If youre in the area, stop by and give it a try

1st impression walking in, it's really clean and professional looking in the dinning room. Looks like it would be cosy at night. So I ordered the Chicken Hakka Noodles, and the Chicken Samosas...the Chicken Samosas, were crispy and delicious with ground chicken and spices inside. Paired with the Mint and tamarind chutney, delicious. Ok so the Chicken Hakka Noodles, were amazingly delicious, the fresh peppers and onions, and cilantro, pairs with the tender spiced chicken, and the Hakka noodles, the heat started to show, but it's so good, I had to go with it. I will be back for the curry dishes...

Most of the foods we ordered to go were spicy--samosas, Bombay grilled fish, tika masala, garlic naan, palak paneer. The Samosa was very filling-- can't eat more than 1 per sitting. The Bombay fish was good and spicy. Tika masala has big chunks of white chicken meat ( I only like dark meat). The palak paneer has too much cheeses for my liking. The naan was just o k--nothing special about it. Maybe it was the stuff that we ordered, I wasn't thrilled about the food. We ordered food to go, so I cannot comment on the ambient or service. When we picked up our food ( around 7 pm) there weren't that many people in the restaurant.

Great little Indian spot tucked back behind a large shopping area (certainly hope people don't just pass by it). Very well set up for the small volume of customer seating. Service was friendly and attentive. Lunch buffet is an option through the week. With that said there is NOT a lunch menu because of the buffet option. A want to say there was 7-10 items to choose from in the buffet. Overall food is good. And I assume is better during the prime dinner hours. Definitely recommend and worth the visit.

Nestled way in the Summer Lakes subdivision right behind the Brazos Town Center off of FM 762, sits a fantastic hidden Indian find -Indigo Indian Restaurant. The authentic dishes that come out of the kitchen here are not to remain a secret. The lamb chops come out freshly grilled, the goat meat is tender and cooked in its oils and flavors, and the vegetables are fresh and complement the dishes very well. Let me just say I hate it when meat taste "gamey" like someone shot roadkill and put it on your plate lol so trust me if I like the lamb and goat here then that is not happening with their flavor. I only gave this place 4 stars because the main dish that I came for, Goat Paya, was not available. What?! It just stings when you go to a restaurant for a certain reason lol but lucky for them, I'm hungry. When you first sit down, they will bring you a cup of peanuts and some ice water and the ambience of the restaurant put you into a soothing spirit. Decorations capture periods of time in India on the walls through photos and the theme of peacock feathers are in the designs. I love this find because here we are in Rosenberg and that's the last place you think you will find "Indian" anything!!! I'm excited because they are supposed to be opening up an Indian spice market next block over! I love how Houston flavors have extended out to the rural communities. So take a drive down 59 south, go explore Rosenberg and you still won't be far enough to escape the flavors of India!

Overall, a disappointment. Ordered one of the goat curry dishes. It was a very small bowl for $18, had had very little goat meat - probably about half was bones, although it was flavorful. It came with rice. You do not get naan with any entree, which is very odd -- it's an additional purchase. They have canned and bottled soft drinks. I went with the iced tea thinking it would include free refills like most other restaurants in the USA. Once again, you must pay for every refill of tea. Another big turn off was when only 10 minutes into the meal, the server came out with the card reader in hand asking if we'd like to order anything else. She was ready to process our payment. The Houston area has so many places where you can get good Indian food and not be Nickeled and Dimed like you will here. Skip it if you can.

Cute place! Friendly service! Great food! We tried the vegetable samosas and loved the crunch and the spice level. Also enjoyed the masala fries, Koorma goat and chicken Szechuan noodles.

New restaurant that just opened up. outstanding food and service. we had the chicken tika masala, hyderabadi goat curry, veggie biryani, and two orders of garlic naan. ordered spicy and although spicy, wasn't "indian" spicy so if you're into spice, ask the server to spice accordingly. sometimes ordering chicken meat can be dry but not here. the naan was also excellent. soft, flavorful with a slight crisp. tika masala tasted authentic and full of adequate spices. doesn't just taste like cream and tomato sauce. rly delicious and i can't wait to return. don't take my word for it, try it and see for yourself

The food was good I ate it all. The pani puri was so good it was full of so much flavor. The butter chicken was good too. The service was good too. I came back a second time and got tikka malasa it was really good!! And I got a mango lassi also so good and my grandpa said they know how to season real good everything has the right amount of flavor!!

Never really have taken the time to write a review, but I had to for this instance. We've been excited for Indigo to open for a while and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Such a lovely place with pleasant staff. Very helpful explaining and recommending choices. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with an order of Veggie Samosas. Amazing appetizer with a tasty filling and a slightly flakey exterior. The Butter Chicken was savory and paired perfectly with the rice and nann. Both the butter and garlic nann were so delicious by themselves, but even more delicious when dipped into the butter chicken. Feel very fortunate to have this new addition to our neighborhood.

We had the family garlic naan I forgot which karahi but the chicken breast with a cream based sauce, mango lassi, chole (chickpeas), lahori fish. It took me this long to go because I kept looking at their prices and couldn't justify, but don't be like me and let it scare you away. The portions are definitely more than enough for 2. They are not stingy with their portion size. Looks like their weekday lunch prices are pretty decent so I'm going to have to go back for that for sure. Pretty much everything we had was great. I will say next time I want to try a more traditional tomato based Karahi. Family size Naan was $10 it's probably like 3 regular naan super fluffy not dense so it's easy to eat. Chole was perfect great flavor all around chickpeas were soft. Mango lassi was good but I think it was too heavy for me so I may pass on it next time and leave more room for food. Not sure what kind of fish they use for the lahori fish but the flavors were great, I feel like it should come with fries and I wish it was another type of fish but otherwise on point. The Karahi was chicken breast, really good flavor if you are introducing someone to Pakistani food,it's cream based so it's milder but still has great flavor. My bill was around $87 and I definitely had leftovers. I suggest not going alone if you are getting off the regular menu and not weekday lunch.

Turned out to be a reality vs Instagram situation. The food didn't look anything like the posts and the taste was mediocre. The meats were bland and nothing was special about our meal.
