We arrived as the second customer, but she acted as if a later customer was in line first, shooed us off, then gave the last discount card to that customer. Royce chocolate dedicated stores value their service and make sure their customers are taken care of. Please uphold that standard. I've never had to leave a Royce store feeling upset that I bought chocolate until today.
