Passing through San Marcos , stopped here with our large part my and we were able to get a long table. You order then take It to your table. The wings were good the salad was small but good .

Industry is a good place to go for a bite to eat or place an order to go. Usually order to go is the fish sandwich and cheese quesadilla. Usually split the order. Both items are very delicious. Both comes with a side of chips. The prices are reasonable. If dining in the service is nice. Seating options inside or outside. Prices are reasonable. Menu seems to have something for everyone. Worth checking out.

Very chill casual fun vibe spot!Staff are all very friendly & helpful. You do have to go order your own food or use the order app on table. I didn't care for the app personally. Once you order, they bring food to you. Then on you can just call on any server & they will bring you drinks. The wrap I ordered was so delicious & refreshing, not spicy, side sauce to use, but not needed. Paired with just the right amount of yummy chips. Would order this again for sure!!

The place is self serve which I was surprised especially with the prices. The hamburger was just okay. The chili was just okay too. It was thin broth. The chicken sandwich was ok. Sad beer choices. Ran out of the tallboy beer. Loud with open air seating. The open air was nice but the wood picnic tables not so great. We did water served to us but we waited on ourselves. So, there wasn't any service.

Hosted our rehearsal dinner here for 60ish people. Easy to order and sit wherever. Food was great, one of the only places in San Marcos to host this many people.

Service was great! The food was okay. I was very hungry so I did eat quite a bit of it. Maybe try it for trivia night sometime. The house margarita was tasty.

Pretty good fried chicken Sammy. Best part was we asked the staff to put on the love island finale and they said YES!! :D but had to dock some stars because unfortunately a friend did contract food poisoning from her chicken tenders :-(

The food and service were both amazing! My husband had the brisket tacos which came w chips and salsa. The tacos were flavorful and a great size. The salsa had SO much flavor and the perfect amount of spice. I love spice! We shared the blackberry wings, which came out hot and fresh. They started sweet and ended with a nice kick. I had the Indistry bowl with diced chicken. It was huge, and like everything else, delicious. My favorite part was the Brussels sprouts. We definitely will be back again!

We tried out Industry last night. Setting is nice - it was a little loud inside. We sat outside on the patio and the weather was perfect. We shared the nachos and catfish. Both were delicious. The green sauce on the nachos was really HOT - be prepared. We had drinks - a Pilsner and a frozen drink - pre (something). Food came out quickly and stay was friendly. Our only problem was they charged us $3 to add avocado to the nachos and barely put one little slice cut into five small pieces on it.

Great food great service ! A go to when in San Marcos. Perfect atmosphere! Great people

Dropped in when visiting family and chose this casual, no frills spot with a large parking lot and plenty of open seating. Because it was the weekend, their brunch menu was on (along with the regular food menu) and they had mimosa specials. Service is very casual but friendly - you can either order on your phone via the QR code, go up to the counter to order/start a tab, or just hang out. Overall the food was decent but nothing special. The menu does have a wide variety of items, though, so there's something for everyone! QUICK FACTS: - Parking? Yes, ample spaces in a large lot. - Reservations? No, a very casual restaurant. Just walk in, seat yourself, or sit at the bar! - Happy hour/deals? There are daily deals on alcoholic beverages and weekday happy hour is from 3-6pm. FOOD RATINGS: - Green chile queso (3/5): Chips were good. Queso was flavorful but almost a little too thick and salty. It would solidify pretty quickly unless constantly stirred/dipped in. - The "Sweet Benny" (2/5): Thought this was an interesting way of combining pancakes, sausage, and eggs, but honestly I would rather just eat them separately next time. The sausage was small and the ratios were off. The red pepper aioli was just okay. Needed more of their pecan syrup (didn't really feel like there was any at all).

    What time is brunch till?

I believe it's until 2pm I left around 1250ish and it still was a the line that was close to the entrance door.

Anything for us gluten free folk?

    Yes! LOTS of options!

Wanting to eat here, but I am a very clean eater. Are the ingredients clean? What oils do they use when cooking?

    Good for kids?

I don't remember a kids' menu and I don't see one online--there are some more basic flavors but not smaller portions/discounted prices, and you're going to want one of the picnic tables near the register rather than the tall bistro seating near the… Read more

The kitchen consistently turns out high‑quality dishes made with fresh ingredients, and you can taste the care in every bite. The chef has clearly built a knowledgeable, confident staff who deliver a smooth, top‑tier dining experience from start to finish. I've eaten here many times, and nothing anywhere has matched their "Par 3" plate -- chicken salad, tuna salad, and egg salad served on crisp lettuce. Simple, fresh, and absolutely unmatched. The staff is always pleasant, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. They're not afraid to tell you what they personally enjoy, which makes the whole experience feel warm and authentic. San Marcos is incredibly fortunate to have Tarbox & Brown. In the two years I've been a regular, they've only continued to raise the bar -- and that says everything.

You'll experience the inviting ambience we've enjoyed the minute you step along the courtyard then encounter welcoming and accommodating hostesses. You'll discover the same unique, rich, warm interior we discovered; an elegance to be appreciated, which bows to unpretentious Texas hospitality. You'll again be greeted by a helpful, charming, engaging waitperson. Our latest waitperson was Sami, a delightful young lady who tended to us as if we were her only table. You'll discover a menu with great selections with Chef Monty's personal flair and reasonably priced. If he can free himself, you'll most likely meet Monty, both owner and chef. It's hard to imagine a nicer guy unless it's Kyle, the manager! Palmer's atmosphere is suitable for casual conversation over a meal, for Sunday brunch, an anniversary, or a romantic date night. One of our favorite activities is evenings in the courtyard with wine and appetizers. Also, it's difficult to resist their desserts, by the way! Reservations are accepted on a limited basis, but "call ahead" is always available. There, I've said it. Against my better judgement, you now what I you know. The rest is up to you.

The food portions were surprisingly small for the price -- honestly small enough for a toddler. However, i prefer the Graduate plate and I will say the mashed potatoes were incredible and probably the best I've had anywhere but the pot chop tasted like turkey and had no flavor. Unfortunately, the service was the biggest disappointment. Our waiter never really welcomed us or made us feel appreciated as guests, especially for such an important occasion with a party of 13. As the graduate and guest of honor, I felt completely ignored the entire night, which especially upset my mother. He mainly interacted with only one family member the entire evening and came across as cold and uninterested. I understand he may have had a broken wrist or was having a difficult day, but it still felt disrespectful and lacking basic hospitality. I might consider returning someday to try the regular menu instead of the preset graduation menu, but I definitely would not want the same waiter again.
