We ordered some pot stickers and roll appetizers. They were very good. I ordered the "C4 Panang" with shrimp. The one word to describe this dish is "AMAZING!" The flavors were deep and complex. I thoroughly enjoyed every bit. The service was also excellent. My son ordered a dish with "Fried Snapper" which he enjoyed very much. I consider my son an expert in Thai food since he's been to Thailand and lived in England where the cuisine is heavily influenced by India and Thailand. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. Our waitperson checked on our table often but not overly intruding into our table's conversation. And the "Fried Ice Cream" and "Mango Rice" were unique and excellent endings to a great meal. Enjoyable balance of rich and fresh, beautiful colors, filling without being sleep-inducing. It's more expensive than drive-through sausage biscuits or a taco stand and there's a wait if you don't call in your order ahead, but there is some tasty stuff here made with decent ingredients and presented well. Once again, it would have been worth the price without the coupon and I understand why this parking lot was busy after church hours. We'll definitely be back.
