They were also very responsive to my questions beforehand. I would definitely recommend. As a side note for anyone removing palms, the sawdust left from a palm stump grinding is very fibrous and not at all attractive so you may want to consider asking them to take away most of it (and only leave what's totally necessary to fill the hole left from grinding.) She made me feel heard and made it a point to deliver great customer service.
