Everything was cooked fresh. There was a wait but I would rather wait for my food than to have stale old food. The place is clean and new. The cheeseburger and Philly cheesesteak were good and hot. The burger really didn't need a second patty in my opinion, 1 was enough. The Philly cheesesteak on the other hand could've used more meat so next time I would get double meat on that. INFERNO IS BACK!!! Yup this was an iconic spot in the south bay for having amazing halal burgers and I'm glad they reopened! Overall: Food is a 5/5, but price is a 3/5 (its pricey) I got the Cheesesteak spicy style and upgraded to a combo and it was $23 before tax so around $25 which is super steep, but the food delivered! The cheeseteak was great and I would definitely recommend the spicy. You can pick either onion rings or fries as the side and if you pick fries then you get a ton more fries so I'll probably get the fries next time Service was fast and there's a good amount of seating on the inside. I'm so glad Inferno Kitchen has reopened in the South Bay (formerly known as Inferno Grill), they used to be my go to for desi-American cuisine. They reopened in a small strip mall, with limited parking but there is street parking available. The interior is a tad bit bland as they just opened but they have plenty of seating. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, which was made to order with delicious thin cut steak, caramalized onions and pepper and smothered in provolone cheese. It was delicious, and had a nice kick with some of the peppers added in. My only drawback is it was a bit pricey for the portion size. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area. read more

Had an amazing first experience at Inferno Kitchen Halal. Was greeted by a kind man who I'm assuming was an owner because he asked "how I heard about them". I live nearby and noticed the new business. They have a very large dining area which is very clean. I ordered the cheeseburger special to go, my goodness the ingredients tasted extremely fresh, the bun was super soft, the burger patty tasted like one I would make for myself at home, seasoning was popping out of it and not in an overpowering way at all, onions had that fresh and flavorful taste too. Tried the cheesesteak and the mushroom burger, and both were fantastic! I'm from the east coast and it's awfully hard to find a real deal cheesesteak here, but this one was solid! They even use the right type of bread which is a big deal for authentic cheesesteaks. Surprisingly it's also hard to find a killer burger around here and the mushroom burger was awesome. Over a decade ago, the father used to run this place, and now the son has brought it back--and somehow made it even better. You can really feel the passion and legacy in the food. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The standout for me was the Philly cheesesteak--it was absolutely amazing. Perfectly cooked meat, great seasoning, and everything just came together so well. On top of that, it's fairly priced, especially for a halal Philly cheesesteak, which is hard to find done this well. It was my first time getting bun kebab at this place. It was really good, but it needs a little improvement. I would say to make sure that the meat and the bun is fresh. The meat tasted OK with the rest of the stuff like onions and tomatoes. It was missing an egg so maybe I would try to put in the egg.And can give mayo, overall I would give it a 6 out of 10. read more
