A disappointment! They were a great restaurant when they used to be on Torrance Blvd in the past. Lazeez is now located in a small strip mall on Sepulveda shared with Starbucks, Jersey Mike's, Everytable, Subway, and others. The process is that you walk up to the counter and order your food. They call you to pick up your food. Not much in service happens after that. They don't smile at you nor do they go to your table to check on how you are doing. I did have to return to the counter because they forgot to include the extra sauces that I paid for in my order. While we were waiting for our food, several people walked in, looked at their menu/prices and walked away. We dropped $53 for two combos and beverages that were not so good. Gyro plate and falafel plate were mediocre in flavor. Sorry this is just not a business I would support. 2 stars. I do wish Lazeez all the best.

Oh La Zeeez! How I heard about you through the wind chimes. I visited on Labor Day at 5:50pm, and boy was it getting BUSY! I kid you not, within the next 15 minutes, 10 more parties came in for a mix of dine-in and to-go orders. The girl running the cashier looked extremely young, but she was decently nice. I felt bad she kept having to explain to each guest the medium/large plates because the vending machine blocks the menu where it indicates how many sides come with a medium or large plate. Medium being 2 sides, large being 3 sides. I had ordered a chicken and steak kebab with spicy potatoes, hummus, and rice. It came with pita bread. I also ordered a beef shawarma a la carte. The chicken and beef kebab plate was absolutely delicious. I thought it was a great portion. The spicy potatoes had a nice KICK to it. It got my tongue TINGLING. I really did enjoy the spiciness in the potatoes. The rice was delicious. I personally love long-grain rice so I am always biased about the rice. I could taste the saffron, it was aaaahhhhmazing. The hummus?? Creamiest hummus I have ever had, it felt like it came out of a soft serve machine from yogurtland except hummus. The beef was extremely tender, easier to bite into, no effort was needed. The chicken-- juicy and flavorful! The portion is large and I could have 2 meals out of it. The beef shawarma was pretty good. It was too oily for my liking, and there wasn't that much filling in the shawarma. It was primarily the meat and some cut-up onions. It was served with some pickled cabbage, at least I am assuming it was. The only downside was that after I had ordered and a rush came in afterwards, I ended up waiting close to 30 minutes for my dine-in order. Others had to-go orders fulfilled sooner, or other dine-in orders after me were completed. Also, I only received the kebab plate first and the shawarma about 5 minutes after. Customer service was okay. Wait time was a little discouraging. The plaza has very limited parking due to there being other popular establishments next to it. I'd def come back for their kebabs!

I'm so happy that La Zeez Pita Grill is back! I loved the old location on Torrance Blvd and was quite bummed when they closed last year. Their new location is now in Harbor City on Sepulveda Blvd. Aside from being a restaurant; they also now have a bakery too! This means we can all enjoy our old favorites like kebabs and shawarmas but also try new items like Manakish. For my first visit here I got a small Chicken Shawarmas platter. It is 16.55 for a small platter whole a large is $20.69, for small platters one gets a pita and two sides and large platters one gets a pita and three sides. For my two sides I got basmati rice and hummus. The Chicken Shawarma is as good as I remember. The marinated chicken is full of flavor. I loved dipping it in their garlic sauce and pairing it with the hummus and basmati rice. La Zeez definitely knows how to make some good Mediterranean food! I'm already looking forward to trying out more dishes at this new location. Some items I want to try are their Loaded Fries with Shawarma, their Mixed Kebab Plate and their Manakish! I have a feeling I'll be a regular here soon ;).

Lazeez Grill serves up some of the best Meditteranean food around. It's fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared. The beef Kafta is full flavor and generous portion. The hummus is top notch, smooth and creamy. The grilled veggies are amazing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a family-owned and operated, very casual restaurant[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. You order at the counter and they will bring your order to the table. All are made to order. My takeout order was still hot when I hot home. The cashier up front need more training in customer service. He look unapproachable and cold and unwelcome. Prices is worth it comparable to the amount of food. Looking forward to coming back and trying other items.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Lazeez's new location captures much of the essence of their old location, while upping its interior design and seating capacities.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their chicken shammies are still as delicious as ever, with generous portion sizes and paired well with their garlic sauce. Their prices are my only gripe with them; the shami combo (coming with one side and a drink) is surprisingly more expensive than their shami plate (2 sides, no drink), and not by a couple cents either. While I enjoy their food and their quality is great I'm not sure if they're as affordable as they used to be.

Food was great, got the beef and chicken shwarma plate. So delicious, the meat was tender and seasoned well. I enjoyed it very much. Will definitely add this spot to my list of go to lunch spots. The service is wonderful, very nice and warm welcoming. 5 stars, no less!

Got a beef shawarma wrap. The beef was tender. The wrap was grilled and crispy. They've been only open for a short time so it does take some time to get your food.

went to Lazeez when they had their soft opening. I was quite disappointed in how my food was presented. This is how my food came out. Only one beef kafta, seemed stingy, and the highlight it came out partially broken. I don't understand why the restaurant would allow a plate like this to be served. Also the fries were not hot, soggy and limp. Honestly the plate looked pathetic. For almost $20 it was not worth it. My partner got the chicken shawarma wrap. It literally was just chicken inside and nothing else. At least include greens and tomatoes to make it more filling. I did like their pita bread

Grand Opening! We went today & had the chicken shawarma platter with hummus/salad. The shawarma was DELICIOUS (they are serving samples outside if u want to try it 1st). We also took home 1dozen spinach fatayer (mini pies) which they cook in a special oven in the restaurant--apparently these usually need to be pre-ordered because they take an hour to prepare. Will definitely be back. I want to try the chicken kebab & maybe the soups next. I love Mediterranean food so totally stoked that this place opened up!

Been here a lot of times and their food is . Since this location opened, I have been here at least once a week! Love their Cheese Manakish since I am a CHEESE lover. Chicken Kebab plate is worth trying and also I love their Spicy Potatoes and Grilled Veggies. Kinda pricey but worth paying for.

I finally had the chance to stop in for a solo early dinner, but unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to my expectations. I ordered the Lule Kabob Combo ($22), which included skewers of minced beef and chicken, rice, veggies, pita, hummus, and a side salad. The highlights of the meal were definitely the salad and the grilled tomato; the pomegranate seeds in the rice were also a nice touch. However, the meats weren't to my taste--the chicken had an odd aftertaste, and while the beef was better, neither really worked for me. Adding the provided sumac and lemon helped, but I wouldn't order the kebabs again. Additionally, the hummus lacked creaminess, and the pita tasted like it was mass-produced rather than fresh. On the positive side, the portion sizes are very generous for the price point, and I left feeling full. I also have to mention that the patio is adorable and very "Instagrammable," so it's a great spot if you're looking for a photo-friendly environment. A quick note for future visitors: they are currently having issues with their card reader and are requesting cash or Zelle. It felt a little unusual to be rung up on a register only to pay via Zelle, but it wasn't a major deal. While I appreciated the atmosphere and value, the food itself just wasn't for me, so I likely won't be returning.
