It had Fritos on top, chili, cheese, the burger and mustard. (I held the onions.) It was one of the best if not the best chili burgers I've ever had. The fries were very good, but the onion rings were fantastic. I'd definitely get a side of them with every meal here. Service was good and fast, and the venue was clean. Overall, I had a great experience and if I ever happen to be back in Lindale, I'll have to stop back in and try the rest of the menu.

She was even asked by the staff how she wanted it cooked - they followed it and it was cooked to perfection. It too, came with fried okra. We both had endless sweet tea. Adult beverages and a very nice bar are available for those who partake. Karaoke weekdays and local live Texas Music artists on the weekends for $5 cover charge. After the first few bites by each of the party, it had so much breading, you just couldn't eat them and no one did. The catfish plates immediately followed the onion rings which was disappointing as well. But the onion rings were so awful that it didn't matter. Our plates were delivered and expecting 2 nice pieces of catfish, each of us had 3-4 pieces of small over fried fish. I don't recall such a horrible meal ever. The onion rings were brought to the attention of the waitress and she just said the cook was new and not very good. Most of the waitresses were teenage girls with very little training and basically just shrugged it off. Needless to say, I will never step into this restaurant again and to be quite honest, fail to understand how it can remain operating !
