Best BBQ in Farmington. Tried the pulled pork sandwich, and my gf had the sliced brisket. We both loved it. The pinto beans are good, too.

That brisket was some of the best this Texas girl had ever had. Sausage was amazing too and the pulled pork was good. My kids ate all of the ribs, which they loved. I wish they had fried okra but other than that, this place wins the prize for the best BBQ I've had in NM or CO by far! read more

Hands down the best BBQ in Farmington. Kind of a pricey splurge for me but very good and the owners are delightful.

We went to the truck by Lowes. Very good food service and the smell is fabulous. We ordered just meat, brisket and burnt ends. It melted in your mouth. The food is outstanding. We definitely will get it again. read more

Stopped at this food truck passing through Farmington and it was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and the couple running it were very friendly and nice. If we lived in the area this would be a regular place for us. They had the food truck set up in a nice little area with tables under some lovely trees. Have I mentioned the food yet? Very good bbq. We had the pulled pork, ribs, burnt ends, beans & slaw. Bummed they were out of potato salad & brisket but was still very satisfied with my substitutions. The ribs were a bit chewy & I didn't care for the rub very much but that's just a personal preference thing. Still very good. My son devoured his pork sandwich. My bf really liked the poppers which are only available Saturdays. This was some finger licking good bbq, great job guys! read more

This just might be the best barbecue we have ever had. Everything from the brisket, pulled pork and sausage was outstanding! I loved the mayo potatoe salad (no mustard) and the cole slaw had a little bit of sweetness. Barbecue sauce had good flavor. Great friendly service. While on vacation passing through Farmington for supplies I decided to get some lunch. The Yelp reviews for this bbq food truck were good so there I went. A beautiful spring day, a nice setting with picnic tables under peach trees and the smell of smoking meats sealed the deal. Lots of choices on the menu along with a special one pound "dino rib", but I went with the baby back ribs and brisket combo with potato salad and beans. The brisket was juicy and tender and the ribs had just enough bite but still fall off the bone tender. Both were really good. Since sauce is such a personal thing I won't be too critical but let's just say I was not a fan. Not to say it was bad, just a bit too ketchupy for my taste. YMMV. It was served to the side and luckily the taste of the meats stood up and didn't need a lot of sauce. Potato salad with the skins and the beans were really good, too. I was stuffed but decided to get the pecan bread pudding to go which was also very tasty. BTW,,,,,the folks working the truck checked on me three times to ask if I needed a refill or if there was anything else I needed. Friendly people and great food are a great combination and I highly recommend Infinite BBQ. read more
