    Three meat combo

Friendly service, Ordered the three meat combo with coleslaw and loaded baked beans. Brisket sausage and ribs. The brisket was kind of dry had an OK flavor. The rib was pretty good. The sausage was by far the the star of the plate. The loaded beans and Coleslaw we're OK the black berry cobbler was pretty delicious.

Treasure and secrets found! It's all about the meat! Although this is a food truck, they take great pride in providing a large comfy and shaded outdoor picnic area on a gravel lot. Well staffed with friendly service, they will check on you to make sure you are enjoying the food! Now for a little secret- It's not on the menu but you can order a 1/4lb of all the meats if you want to create your own sample platter! All were good but the standout favorites were the pulled pork and beef brisket. Maybe I'll try the sides next time but like I've said in all my other bbq reviews, it's all about the meat!

We ordered from here for our get together. Everyone kept talking about how they come for the sweet potato cheesecake (an interesting combination). Everything was good. The potato salad, the chicken, the beans, the rolls, and oh the brisket. The brisket was so tender you barely had to even cut it with your fork. (I didn't try the berry cobbler, the peach cobbler or the sausage however). The sweet potato cheesecake was good, not outstanding, with the pecan topping and a smaller piece. After also a big breakfast, I was absolutely stuffed. It also came with a peach ambrosia lemonade- yum

Enjoyed sitting outside, the weather was nice.

So glad we stopped by for lunch. Delicious! Highly recommend spooning by. Didn't get any food pics, it was that good.

What a find out here along the MINI Takes The States 2018 rally! First off - this is a food trailer. Let 's get that out of the way. The picnic tables are situated near trees, and there seemed to be plenty of shade. Environment is "rustic" but functional. It's 100 degrees this evening, but "it's a dry heat." I could have easily eaten dinner in the shade. Plenty of parking on a parking lot or on the street. The woman who took my order is a big reason for the 5 star rating. She was very cheerful, welcoming, and helpful without being overly verbose. The food came out promptly. Maybe 4 or 5 minutes. I had the 2-meat combo plate with Brisket and Ribs, with bbq beans and potato salad ($15.00). The smoke on the brisket and the ribs is subtle, but sneaks up on you. Good aroma, and good texture. This brisket is among the top 5 I've had (I rank Bludeso's in LA higher, but Bludeso's intense level of smoke sticks with you, and you're "cured" of your smokey bbq cravings for weeks). Not quite as juicey (greasy) as Lockhart Brisket in Texas. InfiniteBBQ's serving portion is generous: I only ate 1/2 of the serving! Ribs were smokey, meaty and juicy. BBQ beans were decent. Potato salad was very good, with a subtle dusting of seasoning salt. I like this salad, alot! Generally, I consider this a good value for the $15. The server mentioned they do a Kings Hawaiian Bread Pull Pork sandwich. Kings Hawaiian is popping up everywhere! I'll have to try the sandwich the next visit. So if Donald L drove 2 days and 440 miles for this bbq, I luckily stumbled across this (using Yelp) after 3 days and 1,400 miles. So if you're cruising through Farmington, NM and want BBQ, this is a great place. I'd come back on my next pass through!

Best BBQ in Farmington. Tried the pulled pork sandwich, and my gf had the sliced brisket. We both loved it. The pinto beans are good, too.

Hands down the best BBQ in Farmington. Kind of a pricey splurge for me but very good and the owners are delightful.

The best and never disappointed! Dino ribs, sliced brisket, dog in bun, and beans. I would say more, but you have to go and enjoy.

My spouse had the brisket enchillad and raved about it and the Texas Twinkie what a great app and so tasty with the smokey flavor.

I had the Texas Cubano sandwich and it's outstanding. It was a blend of brisket and Cuban sandwich with bacon. It came with very good fried okra. Wife had the Junior TMX burger and it was HUGE ! She was even asked by the staff how she wanted it cooked - they followed it and it was cooked to perfection. It too, came with fried okra. We both had endless sweet tea. Adult beverages and a very nice bar are available for those who partake. Karaoke weekdays and local live Texas Music artists on the weekends for $5 cover charge. The restaurant is part of Pistol Annie's shop - Miranda Lambert's winery and shop. The shop closed at 6pm though so stop here and have lunch or dinner at the adjoining restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

It was quite busy when we arrived, but there was no wait time and we were seated right away. We decided to share our meals and got the chicken and steak fajitas for two and the triple dipper opting for the big mouth bites, southwestern eggrolls and Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. Everything was great, fajitas were piping hot, juicy and plentiful and the triple dipper which is my go to when I visit Chili's was good per usual and I'm not sure what was done differently with the avocado ranch but it was extra delicious this time around. I ordered the dragonfruit lemonade to drink and it was really good, despite their being no actual dragonfruit in it. Our server Nicholas was friendly and very attentive and kudos to Chili's for having a military discount! Not sure if we caught them on a good day, but we had a great experience and even better food.

The Nashville hot chicken was covered with the saltiest hot sauce I've had the displeasure of tasting! The fries were limp and tasteless. I was hungry so I forced myself to eat about half the sandwich and fries. Highly recommend they redo this take on hot chicken or take it off the menu - yes, it was that bad. Usually like Chili's, but this was a huge disappointment!
