I could not let this spectacular experience go untold…read more.. This week, I decided to check out the new deals on Audi q7. This will be our 3rd Audi. Love the truck, but the prices have gotten out of control. After getting a trusted recommendation to Audi Great Neck (795 Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY 11021), we thought we'd see what they were offering. We wanted to match to what we had with a new (rare) color and the "black" package. To our surprise  Drew Russo and salesman Joe Mortell were a great big help. Not only did we get exactly what we wanted, but it was delivered within a week. They went above and beyond to make sure we walked out of their happy customers!! We were in/out without all the haggling and games that dealerships like to play. Pick-up was just as easy, signed, and drove off. Thank you, ANDREW  RUSSO, and JOE MORTELL for the very professional service, easy experience, and putting us in exactly what we wanted!! See you in 3 years!

Audi Great Neck filed the application for registration was late, and they cannot give an ETA on when it will be complete. I've been trying to resolve this issue via phone calls and emails for 3 weeks. There is no sense of urgency on the dealership's part, to the extent they respond at all. tl;dr: this dealership sold me a car but refuse to provide the title or register the vehicle. Nightmare to work with. Would not recommend. --Update as of May 17-- Audi Great Neck has yet to provide an ETA or explanation. I still do not have title to the car I purchased. I still do not have a registered car. It has been more than two months now. In response to "Colin J." from Audi Great Neck: GM Jorgina Beto emailed me on May 6th to say that an update would be coming the next day. It's now May 17th, and still no update. Jorgina has ignored subsequent communications.

Unfortunately for me, he retired, good for him, not for me. I was given a new service advisor. They had to change my ac compressor that went on me. Upon diagnosis, they also found an "oil leak." I took their word for it and said ok, take care of that too. I had an aftermarket warranty and they did not pay the whole amount. I totally understand that I had to pay the difference in both labor and parts, which is fine. but they could not tell me why they were charging me more labor hours than the warranty company would approve, and they are both getting the labor hours from the same source. I understand I had to pay the difference, but the unexplained extra labor hours is what did it for me. I also had them do an oil change and a tire rotation. I specifically asked them for this and they said, yeah, no problem. When received my vehicle, I noticed that the tire rotation was not done. I know because I had a curb rash on 1 wheel and it was still there in the same place. I went in, and asked again if they did the rotation and they said yes. When I brought it to their attention, I was told, "oh, they must have missed it". At this point, I don't even know if they changed my oil or just said they did it or was there an actual oil line leak. I am a very loyal customer and I don't like to feel that I have to question these type of things. Experience was very disappointing. At this point, I'm thinking about looking for a new place to service my vehicle.

The experience was lackluster at first, but was turned around and ended well. The long version: I was looking for a family vehicle, and after looking around a bit, I found that Great Neck Buyers and Sellers Inc had a very clean 2012 Land Rover Lr4 with 81K miles. Listed Price: $16,695.00 I verified that it was there. Kay was very pleasant on the phone. I was coming from 1 hour and 20 minutes away, and scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I was already approved for the loan with my bank. When we got there we were introduced to a salesman name David. David was an excellent salesman, I have no issues with him. He was just doing his job so I don't blame on him. He quickly let me know that The price was not the real price in that I would have to add $1,995 down payment to be at the price. So the vehicle's actual price was: $18,690! Anyway, we where allowed to see the vehicle, but it was not ready for a test drive. I insisted that we test drive, but was brought in to do paperwork instead. I figured ok, no problem. I explained, as we start the paper work, that I was already approved by my bank. That news seemed to trouble Dave, he mentioned that we MUST finance with them. They don't like you buy without financing through them, since the owners make money with the banks and so they require you to finance. But he was nice enough ask for an exception, and he got it. He then proceeded to go though some numbers, so he got a piece of paper and started adding in more fees (he did waive some). By the time we got to the finance guy here is what it started to look like: $1995 down payment $1099 Prep Fee $295 Doc Fee (waived) $525 DMV Fee (insane) The straw that broke the camel's back was when he mentioned a warranty, and I told him that I had one included in my bank's financing. He had to ask for permission to waive this as well. When he came back, he introduced me to Kazi, another salesman there, who politely explained their warranty policy (that you must buy one from them), he offered that he would ask the company for permission and give me a response the following day. At that point, I explained that enough was enough, and that I did not agree with their style of operation, and would be looking elsewhere for a vehicle. So I left. About 45 minutes later, I received a call from Kazi requesting the opportunity to make everything right. He promised to have the vehicle ready for test drive the next morning. I agreed to discuss it the next day and see. Kazi called me the next day as he said he would. I explained that I felt that since I was fortunate enough to be approved with warranty already, that I did not appreciate such of what i felt was a run around. He was very apologetic, and courteous. I asked him for the no-nonsense price, and he told me 18,500 plus tax and tags. I took a day to think about it, and agreed to test drive and if all well, purchase. Kazi was off on the day that I went in to test drive and purchase. But he made all accommodations for me, so that I had a pleasant experience when I went back. I did. David had the vehicle ready to test, I did, and agreed to purchase. From that point on, I worked with David and John, the owner, whom were both professional, and courteous for the entire transaction. In the end, I purchased a fine vehicle at a decent price, from professional and courteous people. My only qualm is with the process, the added fees, hidden down payment, and the required finance and warranty, but at the same time, if I was not preapproved with a warranty, I would have had no issue with the latter. All is well that ends well!! I recommend this dealership, just be ready for the parameters stated. What cannot be understated is the professionalism of all three gentlemen, and especially Kazi for reaching out to make it happen. Thanks to David, Kazi and John.

Missing/stripped screws on the cover plate and wrong torque spec on the oil drain bolt and filter (they wouldn't come off). They likely have underpaid and inexperienced technicians who do quick and sloppy jobs so they can just get to the next person. Which is a problem directly created by their service advisors because they are booking way too many people for their given time slots. To my surprise, she came across calm, not pushy/sales-y and with these good initial vibes, I made an appointment to visit the dealership. Came in on January 31 and upon walking in, was greeted by Casey. He sat with me, gathered initial information on what I was looking for, and set me up for a test drive. Casey is extremely knowledgeable, not just about Honda, but about many other makes and models. He answered each question thoroughly and was calm, patient, and kind. Adolfo was a character, as a sales manager he certainly gets the job done. He gave me all the details, was very transparent, and allowed me the time to process the information and numbers instead of trying to pressure me into buying a car (which most dealerships I've dealt with do). I moved forward and sat with Martin, Director of Finance. He spent a good amount of time talking through additional warranty options and explaining the finance options I was looking at. While I spent the majority of my Saturday with these gentlemen, I did not mind one bit because I walked out with a 2026 Honda HR-V Sport with an awesome finance plan and all types of Titan Motor Group services and add-ons. I absolutely recommend Honda of Manhasset for anyone looking into a reliable car at a competitive price and with excellent customer service. Thank you Casey, Adolfo, and Martin!
