Let me start by saying this is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Infiniti of Mobile! The first time was easy, simple, and fast! It truly was an amazing experience for me and my wife from past car dealers. Then this past week we just had another Fantastic experience getting my wife a QX80! We brought my wife's 2017 Infiniti Q50 to Infiniti of Mobile on January 26 for the ESM recall. The car has only been serviced at Infiniti dealerships. After the recall, the service advisor said the Check Engine Light might appear because an additional harness part had been ordered and recommended a thermostat replacement for code P0597. Less than ten miles after leaving, the Check Engine Light came on. The paperwork included a $2,006.11 estimate stating the issue was "unrelated to the recall." When I contacted the service manager, I explained the car had no warning lights beforehand, had recently been serviced, and is garage kept and lightly driven. The next day, we noticed a gasoline smell in our garage that disappeared when the car was outside and returned when it was parked inside. No fuel or equipment is stored there, and the only recent service was Infiniti of Mobile. We arrived with no issues and left with a Check Engine Light and a $2,006 estimate. I am asking Infiniti of Mobile and Infiniti corporate to review whether the recall service contributed to these problems and clarify responsibility. read more

Worst dealership in the area! Run far away from here. Don't buy anything or get service work done here. They over tightened the oil filter housing on my wife's car and the mechanic broke the housing trying to get it off. Had to buy a replacement which left my wife stranded and without a car. I can understand under no circumstances recommend Infiniti of Mobile. They had a Infiniti QX50 I was interested in. Chan Nickerson was sales person I dealt with. They had vehicle listed for 37,000. I ask her what's the best deal out the door ( including tax) I get proposal adding $795 delivery fee - (in which I never said I wouldn't come get vehicle), plus another $2,000 adding on for some ceramic to be added to Car. When we spoke again I offered her based on the original price. She said and I quote "she could not help me but was nice talking to me today." She kept going by proposal on my offer. The manager David Ammons emails me and ask did I have any questions. I emailed back that I had never had experience with the rude, no respect, nor courtesy to a customer that Chan showed to work with me. Not once did David call me! I then get a real unprofessional email from Chan stating that she knows i emailed David and being combative - didn't I call you back, etc. Also adding they cannot discount vehicle $10,000- she's using the proposal with add ons. I offered $5,000, to be exact. I was in sales a long time, and regardless of what a prospect offers, no one should be treated like I was. read more

Should have purchased a Lexus! I had several friends that had warned me about the customer service they had received in the past. I regret that I bought a vehicle at Infiniti of Mobile. It's been a huge mistake. My good girlfriend dated a sales man there. They even spoke down on the service dept and spoke about how many problems people have. I will definitely speak of my misfortune to others, if the opportunity arises. Moral of my story, when a good friend that is also a renowned physician that frequently purchases vehicles, strongly suggests several other dealerships based on his own history, I should have listened! We were very lucky to buy our Infinidti QX 60 from Joe Bullard Infiniti in Mobile, AL. The team there was very accommodating and did everything to make our purchase easy and pain free. Purchase a set of Michelin mxm4 tires for my Infiniti Q70. Picked up car at the end of business day, and traveled home only to find that two of the tires (which are "directional" tires, were placed on in reverse. Directional tires have written indication (I.e. "outside" or "inside") on each tire sidewall for proper installation and proper tread/traction, and water displacement in wet conditions, wear of the tire, etc. Contacted the dealership and made the issue known to them. Drove back and had them properly installed. All of the researched I've done has suggested this is not a major safety issue. Sooooo...honest mistake? ...Or plot to prematurely wear and sell tires? As it turned out that was not the car for me so he searched and found one in Georgia which they picked up and brought back to their dealership. It was ready when they said, the paperwork was minimal and it was generally a very positive experience. I would suggest talking with them before purchase as Coty was certainly not aggressive. Good vehicles. When I am in the market for an Infiniti, I would go to this dealership. Pleasant staff. My purpose there was to take my father's car in for service. Everyone I talked to and dealt with was pleasant, polite, friendly, and seemed to know what they're doing. Negatives: One was that I thought they were a little slow. I brought the vehicle in early for my appointment, but still had to wait longer than I thought I should have to get it checked in and get my loaner car. The other negative was that they needed my insurance information to put me in the loaner. I was able to get it, but that situation could have gone either way. The other negative was that if I had been an identity thief, I could have stolen several people's personal information. They need some help in this area. Of course, a lot of businesses do. read more

Since Pensacola is lacking an Infiniti dealer, my wife and I had to drive over to Mobile to deal with some mechanical issues that we have been experiencing with in my wife's QX50. We had made a long road trip to NYC over the Thanksgiving Break, and the dealer there**cough, cough Infiniti of Brooklyn cough** failed to help us. So, when we got back to the Gulf Coast, we decided to try the dealer closest to us, which was Infiniti of Mobile. We were treated with the best service and our car was ready within the same day so we wouldn't have to make the trip back to Mobile. AWFUL experience with my 2019 QX30. For starters, customer service was NOT representative of the Infiniti brand ( no service advisor greeting, status updates etc). I was visiting from out of town and needed a SIMPLE oil change and tire rotation. Somehow, THEY broke my wheel lock key and were unable to remove the tires. Initially, they blamed my hometown dealership and wanted to send me on my way. After persistence, they finally agreed to have outside venders attempt to get the tires off to no avail. Aren't ALL INFINITI dealers supposed to be equipped with ALL of the tools necessary to fix ALL of THEIR own makes/ models? In my opinion, if THEY broke the lock, THEY should assume responsibility for the repair. After repeated inquiry, they finally agreed to provide 1/2 off the oil change service. A normally 2-hour service took 4+ hours of my day. I'm unsure of the mileage; however, the drive to Montgomery/ Mississippi might be worthwhile! read more

Having owned three previous Infiniti's, we've developed a great appreciation for total ownership experience. Our latest purchase was no exception. Brandon and the entire Infinity team made purchasing our latest Infinity so easy. To his credit, Brandon met us at the dealership on his day off. When we arrived after driving for two hours from our home in Florida, Brandon had already received a pre-approval for a loan, determined the trade-in value of our Q60, prepared the paperwork, and was prepared to show us comparable cars on the lot. Unlike previous car purchases from non-Infinity dealers, there was no pressure to purchase a car and we didn't have to spend the entire day negotiating a deal.
