I just got new tires put on yesterday. I left the dealership around 12:15 p.m. I remember as i drove away that the advisor didn't say anything about the warranty on the tires. I immediately called back ask for him and got no answer. I figured that he may have gobe to lunch. I called back a couple of hours later and got his voice mail. Both times i left messages and to this point i have still got no return call. I called twice and the phone hung up immediately. I made a 3rd call to thhe service manager and left a message. So far no response. After closer inspection i noticed that the tires don't really look new and that all of the Infiniti caps are missing from the tires. The invoice tells you that the warranty and disclaimer is on the reverse side of it. It is blank. The total of my bill was $1397.24. It includes 125 for mount and balance Wheel alignment $199.99. Wouldn't a warranty be included with a tire that cost $320 ea. Special was buy 3 and get 1 for $1. 3/5/2024 Pictures won't post.

    Advertised as Certified on Autotrader.

BUYER BEWARE. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They advertised a car on Autotrader as Certified Pre-Owned. I contacted them, they confirmed it was certified and we agreed on a price. I then drove TWO HOURS to buy the car. Upon arrival the car was waiting out front with a "Certified Pre-Owned" sticker across the windshield and smaller "Certified Pre-Owned" program stickers on the windows which you can see in the pictures posted with this review. We test drove the car and talked about the benefits of the "Certified Pre-Owned" extended warranty with salesman. We went inside to talk about a few more details and I was shown a folder with the checklist of everything that was inspected as part of the certification process. Then we went over to the "finance manager" to close the deal. He starts aggressively pushing for me to purchase extended warranties which I told him I was not interested in. He told me to not interrupt him while he finished his sales pitch. Not a good sign. At the end of his speech I again repeated that I was not interested so he puts a paper in front of me and asks me to sign to confirm that I'm buying the car "as-is" without any warranty. I told him that wasn't true because it was certified. He said "No it's not, it's only Certified Ready." Just like you're thinking after reading that last sentence my response was "What the hell is that?" He proceeded to explain that it meant that the car was ready to be certified but that it wasn't ACTUALLY certified yet because that would cost another almost $1,000.00. I replied that this had never been disclosed before that moment so he said he would "talk to his manager." After waiting a few minutes I decided I wasn't in the mood for "wear you down tactics" so I walked over to where the Manager and the finance guy were and asked if the car was going to be certified or not. The Manager said it was not because I had to pay another $1000 for actual certification and that it had always been advertised as "Certified Ready." I pulled out my phone and showed him the Autotrader ad (which you can see attached) and asked him to show me where it said "Certified Ready" in the ad. He fumbled around the ad in silence. I then pointed out that all of the stickers on the car said "certified pre-owned" and not "certified ready." His only response was that the car was not certified for the price I had agreed to. The salesman then tells me that he had always said the car was "certified ready" and never "certified." Yeah right. I told them to keep the car and walked out. Good riddance. Thanks for wasting my time and confirming this dealership can't be trusted. I'm sure their bet was that if someone drives a long distance to get a car from them they'll cave in if they change the deal on the buyer. Good luck with that. P. S. Yelp really needs to make it possible to leave ZERO stars as part a review because that is what Infiniti Stuart really deserves.

Then they only know "As Is". They described this rare, show quality, totally restored, 1956 Chev. Cameo pickup truck as top quality, totally roadworthy and that they had driven it to a local car show. They did not say that it would self-destruct in the first ten miles I drove it. They told me that prior to shipment the battery had gone dead a couple times and they thought it was the air conditioning switch. They informed me it was the starter, so they installed a new starter just prior to shipment. What we know now but didn't know then is that it is necessary to loosen the exhaust manifold bolts to move the exhaust pipe away from the starter to remove and replace the starter. JLD mechanics did not re-tighten the exhaust manifold bolts which caused the side of the engine block to scorch and burn, badly burned 3 spark plug wires causing one to arch-weld to the block, burned the starter and solenoid cables and burned the side of the valve cover. All of this happened in the first ten miles I drove the truck. JLD Auto has told me 3 times that I bought it "As Is" and I say "As was described" before their mechanics destroyed it. They are not even willing to pay $1,000 for paint and parts if I pay for the mechanical labor. I have now restored the truck to original condition. JLD Auto has photos of the destruction and still refuses to pay anything. I have more photos and a complete step by step story to support this complaint. Len

Yesterday I went to trade in my lease for a new lease. Details of the negotiating are not important but long story short the deal fell through and left without a car. Why? Because at the last minute, i was informed that to make the deal, i had to take a dirty, hard driven demo car with 5k miles on it! Quoted price didnt apply to a new car. But the Managers Special was a filthy used one. After so many years of loyal service, I am very surprised that an exception was not made and allowed to take the newer model. So after all these years I will buy my next car somewhere else.

Most car salesmen I feel like they are like sharks and very pushy so glad I didn't get that here. I left the dealership knowing what car I wanted when the time was right. Fast forward a few weeks and my car decided to stop working... now was the time for Captain Mike Mo Ashley to work his magic! We called he had 1 telluride left and that baby was mine. We went in the following day and leased it. It was a effortless process and loved getting to know Mike during this time. Very personable i highly recommend him to anyone who needs a car! September 2024- My lease was up and the decision was to turn in my car, buy my car or buy another. We went back to Captain Mo he let me test drive a few cars of my choice. We ended up buying my trusty 2022 telluride! The whole process was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I am a mom of 3 littles under 5 and my car needed to be certified but the day we bought the service department didn't have time. Captain Mo picked up my car and took it for the day while the service department did what was needed. I truly appreciated that, NO way would I have been able to sit at the dealership with all 3 kids during the certification. He then delivered it to me! Talk about FANTASTIC service. Cannot recommend him enough. He's so personable and truly looks out for your best interests.

However, after this experience, I feel it's important to share what happened so others can make an informed decision. I have been a customer of this dealership for more than seven years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I initially brought my vehicle in after receiving a transmission-related error code while driving. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told the next available appointment was about four weeks away. While that was disappointing, I understood. I was advised to leave the vehicle as an "emergency" drop-off so that if they finished other vehicles early, they could work mine into the schedule. I left my vehicle there from Thursday until Tuesday without receiving any updates. I called several times, but my service advisor never returned my calls. I eventually drove to the dealership in person, only to be told they hadn't looked at the vehicle yet. I understand that schedules change, but a simple phone call explaining there was no update would have been appreciated. A few days later, I was told they had test-driven the vehicle but could not duplicate the transmission error, so they couldn't determine the cause. I accepted that explanation and picked up my vehicle. Less than 30 miles later, the exact same transmission error appeared again. I immediately returned to the dealership and specifically asked that the vehicle be driven long enough to recreate the issue. The service manager assured me that he would personally take it on an extended test drive because he didn't want to pull a technician away from the shop for that long. He also told me my vehicle would be moved to the top of the list since this was my second visit for the same unresolved problem. After another five days with almost no communication despite my repeated calls, I finally received a call explaining that they still could not duplicate the transmission problem but had identified other repairs. After discussing those findings, I authorized approximately $2,000 in repairs. The next day I was told the vehicle was ready. Once again, I drove less than 30 miles before the exact same transmission error returned. I immediately brought the vehicle back and asked the service manager whether he had personally performed the extended test drive he had promised. His response was that he "didn't have time." At that point, he offered me a courtesy vehicle, which I appreciated. Since I had access to another vehicle for a few days, I chose not to take it because I didn't want to use dealership resources unless absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, the communication problems continued. After several more days with little to no updates, I returned to the dealership and requested my keys. Rather than working toward a solution, the interaction became confrontational and filled with excuses. In total, the dealership had my vehicle for more than three weeks. Throughout that time, communication was consistently poor, phone calls were rarely returned, promises were not kept, and the original transmission problem was never resolved. Despite spending approximately $4,000 on repairs during this process, I left with the same issue that brought me in. I recognize that intermittent problems can be difficult to diagnose, and I don't expect miracles. What I do expect is honest communication, follow-through on commitments, and respect for a customer's time. Those are the areas where this experience fell well short. After more than seven years as a loyal customer, this experience has unfortunately caused me to lose confidence in this dealership. I sincerely hope they improve their communication and customer service because no customer should have to invest this much time, money, and patience only to leave with the same unresolved problem.
