Decided to order pizza here because a friend recommended it. Boy was she right, the pizza we tried was tasty! We tried a couple of their stuff too. The garlic knots are something we would not order again. It didn't come with any dipping sauce and it lacked garlic. It was basically soft bread. The pizza was delicious! We ordered a thick and chewy with garlic sauce, broccoli, garlic, basil, and sun dried tomatoes. The crust had nice crunch to it while still being thick and chewy. The amount of cheese and sauce was perfect. We also ordered the banana foster pie. Sadly we forgot to say with all three ingredients and they didn't ask us either. Staff is always nice and normally pretty helpful, pretty good considering most of the people working when I've been in have been teens or young adults. Love going to support a local business that doesn't over-charge and is super customizable. Plus, they're active in the Broomfield community with their food truck, which is just as good! My family and I had just gotten into town after an 8+ hour road trip for a vacation to CO. We found this place on Yelp and figured why not. The have a lot of options house pies, build your own, vegan etc. We all went with the build your own option. We got 2 thin crispy and 3 pan style crusts. They had a special of 4 pies and you get a dessert pizza or bread sticks we opted for the banana foster dessert pizza. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place has indoor and outdoor dining available. The table and the restaurant in general was clean and neat. Our pizzas came out in about 10 minutes and all were correct. We all really liked the pizzas including the dessert pizza. The only draw back was the dessert pizza was a bit messy and I wished they had small plates for that. Overall good price and great food. I would definitely recommend this place if your are looking for build your own pizza place. Side note: While there I heard a customer call in an order. This customer had celiac disease and the staff talked how to insure this person's order was correct and appropriately made. read more

By a simple accident I found Infinitus Pie in Broomfield. Glad it happened! The young woman who explained the menu and all the options was professional, ye warm and hospitable; great combination. When it came out of the oven, there was a dent in one slice, maybe two inches deep. NBD. Because of the dent, they made me a special small pizza to make up for the dent. Amazing! I really enjoyed the pizza we came up with. First time with the Infinitus green chili sauce base. Just a tad warm for me, but it was really good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and it was nice to be able to carry on a conversation with them. More like 4 inches. maybe the box is 8 inches but that is the smallest individual pizza I have seen since elementary school. Speaking of elementary school, it tasted as much like cardboard and canned tomato sauce as that of a first grade lunch if you can't afford to bring a lunchable. My boyfriend of course gave me his wings and let me at his pizza if I wanted. One bite was too awful to bear. Wings were meh with the simple deep fry and frank's/butter mix. You'd find better and more in a dive bar. I work in restaurants and find both the quality of food and lack of refunding my boyfriend, both unprofessional and worse than Dominos before they changed their crust. I-pie is great! Last night my family and I picked up a build your own with a bunch of veggies and the Neapolitan sauce (garlic white mixed with red) and a cheese pizza for the little one. My wife and I loved our custom and our little gave her pie two thumbs up and said it was her favorite pizza. She said she like it better than Marcos and Abos. We love those as well. Anyway, I-pie has always been high quality and generous. Locals even occasionally get mailers for smoking deals, but even without those they're a great value and good people. Sorry, I don't get the 4.5 stars. Yelpers have disappointed me yet again. I tried the classic knotties. They were simply very bland. I tried the Jalapeño ranch dip but it was more sour than spicy or ranchy. Did not go well with the knotties or even taste good. The thin and crispy was actually thin and soggy. Food is great value for the money, way better than a chain and super customizable. Something for everyone to eat. Takes as long as real pizza takes. Not hotnready like some garbage chains, but even during high volume times like Friday evening I haven't waited more than 30 min. Salads are very well portioned with a good ratio of toppings to lettuce. Desert pizzas are great too but I have had old bananas on the bananas foster. I know they're trying to make it more of a hangout. They are right on the cusp of it being a spot to drink beer and eat pizza. Broomfield needs a pizza bar.
