I found Infinity on yelp and called Moti the night we moved in to our new house to get it all re-keyed and asked if he could come over after we finished dinner. He showed up ON time (may have even been 5min early) and got the job done. It was a big job. Lots of different locks and some even needed to be replaced all together. And of course key copies. He had all the tools in his van and took such great care doing the work. Moti gave advice and helped me decide what type of lock to use and the whole 9 yards. He went so out of his way to color-match the metal with our door knob even though the lock was giving him trouble. This man is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and diligent with his work. Had them repair a door. It was late, and I was desperate, and didn't have access to yelp at the time to guide my search for a locksmith. Took forever to arrive. Installed a crappy lock that ended up breaking shortly after the 90 day warranty expired, and price gouged for the service. Lesson learned. read more

Called Green Locksmith in Arcadia last Saturday afternoon and wound up with Infinity Locksmith -- located in West Hollywood. They apparently have a bunch of "stringers." Installed a $9.61 keyless (we wanted keyed, but he said he did not have any) doorknob. Also unjammed the door. The doorknob installed was for an interior hallway or closet. Where it was installed on the outside door of a storage shed. (I replaced it the next day with a better knob with a key for outside use.) It was and is still "raining." $49 for the office visit. And $70 "lock out & new door knob." Had us write the $119.00 check to RAZ -- told my wife "it's a joke." We didn't get it, but we sure got something else. Would not recommend. read more

Unorthodox to say the least. The reason I called them to fix my mailbox lock is because according to Google, they are located within walking distance from my apartment. When I called and asked how much it would cost, they replied $15 (off the usual $30 since I live so close). Then the guy said he'll send a technician, who'll be there in 25 min. The technician took a little longer (50 min) to get here from another job but I didn't mind. When he got here, he told me it would cost $55 for the mailbox lock (!), $95 for labor (!), besides the $15 "service fee"! OMG, I told him forget it, I don't have $165 to spend on fixing a mailbox lock. Then the technician offered me a discount if I pay in cash. I said I would have to drive down to an ATM and he agreed. He was nice enough to try to find the broken parts of my lock. Then I remembered that I had purchased another lock a while back in a failed attempt to replace. So he replaced the broken mailbox lock with a lock that I fortunately found. It took maybe 30min altogether at the most. When time came to pay, I begged him to please take a check. He said the company doesn't allow personal checks and his credit card machine was broken. Argh. So I had him follow me to my bank to take out $80. I asked for a receipt, which he gave me, but when I asked for his locksmith bond/insurance/registration/license/whatever card, he said he didn't have it on him. How in the world does a locksmith not carry the license of his trade, then ask me to pay in cash?! Is it just me who find that kind of shady? He said he doesn't have to show it to me unless he had to break into my house. I just find it weird... Also, why wouldn't they give me a quote before sending a technician?? That's seriously messed up. What's the point of a service fee if there's labor cost on top of that?? All in all I guess having someone fix my mailbox at 7pm could have been worse but this was a strange experience. read more

I lost my keys to my car and needed them to be replaced ASAP. I did my research before just choosing any locksmith and called around (even through my insurance) to compare prices. Infinity Locksmith in West Hollywood had the most resonable price range and they are actually 24 hours. 2 out of the 6 companies that said they were available 24/7 were supposedly closed of Saturdays. When I called Infinity back they told me they just needed me to send them some specific info and they would be on their way. They came with the key ALREADY READY for use- unlocked the door and started my car- all under an hour!!!!! This place is ON TOP of their GAME!!! I def reccomend them! read more

Called them in a bind, and was quoted $75 to unlock my door. The guy fiddled around for about 20 mins, and busted out the "magic" key that unlocked the door in a second. I'm convinced all the other stuff was an act since it was clear this should have been the first step. On top of that, I got charged $20 extra ($95 total) when all was said and done. I found them on Google. They provided an estimate and required $33 trip charge minimum. When he got here, he told me that they could not rekey my locks. That they required a code. Then he said they could, but it would take four days to order the keys and the keys would be $100 each. Of course, he could install a new lock and provided a quote of $250. Something smelled fishy. So I called the number on my key (duh, I never saw it until then) and had the original locksmith provide an estimate. He quoted under $100. He arrived in 20 minutes and provided me with great service. But I felt ripped by Infinity. read more

I was so happy and grateful to have found Infinity!!! I locked my keys in my house and didn't realize till coming home after a long day at work. I called at 6:40am about my broken front door lock, Moti answered in a very cheerful and helpful tone and was at my house by 8:40. My broken handle/lock is an antique so I thought that might be a problem especially because it was having a few different issues, but no! Lost my only key to my 2010 ford fusion. Had to leave my car in Hollywood overnight, hoping to not get towed. Called AAA for new key, estimate was $350! These guys are great. My friend Helen a real Estate agent turned me on to them about 7 years ago, when I was in a pinch and money was a little tight for the moment. I went to their location by car on a busy Friday at 5 pm showed them my friends card, they gave a warm smile and compliment about my friend and made my keys on the spot and charged a fair price. Their guy arrived in 20 minutes, was fast, efficient, and nice! Good price for good service! I saved their card in case I need locksmith service again. Could not really imagine a much better experience except not getting locked out. Came home in the pouring rain after a mega marathon week at work, looking forward to a few hours of sleep. Then my nightmare- I had locked myself out. I'm new in town and don't have anyone I can call at 2am to crash with. These guys were the only locksmith that responded right away, and despite it apparently being a busy night for lock-outs, they got someone to me in about an hour. He worked on the locks for only a few minutes and got me into my house without having to change the lock, asked for some proof that I am the resident, and I thought the fee was very reasonable. My name is Kevin I called Infinity locksmith to come and replace some two locks and make 12 keys and charge me $500.00 dollars and I was out of town and the property manager was not on property . I felt he too advantage of the situation which I called when I got back express my feeling and he got irriated and interrupted through the conversation.. So I ask do you have work orders, his answer was no. I dont do work orders. I ask him what he could do to fix this problem he handed me off to lock guy and I asked can you fix this problem he said sure no problem.. Oh the best part NEVER SHOWED ....
