He smiles. Generally speaking, he is a big teddy bear. He never makes anyone feel dumb for locking themselves out. I deal with people who get locked out of their abodes all the time. He doesn't charge them exorbitant "after hours" fees and his rate for a lock out is around $80 bucks. Oren's price is a bargain compared to the $250 or so I have heard other companies charge. Dang outer lock would not twist and return my key! Called Oren at about 1 in the afternoon and he was working on my lock an hour later. Fixed my jammed lock in 15 minutes.
