Mike & Martin showed up friendly and ready to move my stuff. They split up and took each room individually, I found that to be a bit odd that they weren't working as a team to move the heavier items but I figured they knew what they were doing. I was disappointed to see that they did not wrap any of my furniture in plastic to make sure that drawers weren't opening and spilling or cabinet doors on pieces that couldn't be taped or taken off wouldn't open. I tried to tell them about specific pieces of furniture and how the items came apart but they quickly had the "we know it all attitude because they've been doing this for 15+ years". Well that know-it all attitude, didn't work in their favor. I found spilled clothing left scattered on a floor from a piece of furniture I tried to explain came apart, but was told "we will move it just like that". Well that same piece of furniture which was only a couple of months old now has a broken drawer, which Mike never even told me about or apologized for. He told my friend "she just needs an L bracket to fix it" and I found the drawer set aside in a closet. Martin took SOOO many phone calls that his ear bud never left his ear. At one time I had to tell my friend/helpers that he was talking on the phone and not to us. EVERYTHING was thrown onto a dolly sideways or on it's top. Things were squeezed and banged thru doors. A "foot" broke off my wooden dresser, Martin didn't apologize as he was trying to get his dolly out from under it, all he said was "do you want me to put it back down underneath there?". I told him no I would take care of it because it would probably require wood glue or something. My desk side panel is now cracked and the table part was disconnected. Their excuse, "particle comes apart after several moves", I said "this was it's first move", they turned their backs and walked away. Bottom on an entry table is shredded, children's furniture is scratched with paint from a door frame embedded into it, broken dresser, cracked desk, scratched floor at new house, nicked up door... that is just the beginning. I was their 3rd and last move of the day and it was very obvious that they wanted out of there as quickly as possible. They should have worked better as a team, not individually, slowed the heck down, and taken pride in their work, because there was none. read more

This is my second move with Infinity. My first was fall of 2016. The apartment was a ROUGH load in then, but the guys (Mark and someone whose name I can't recall) were fantastic. I didn't hesitate to call Infinity again for my move 3 years later, and had a stellar experience when I moved middle of last month. Chris and Allen were amazing. They arrived a few minutes after the beginning of the arrival window and were so respectful and courteous. I KNEW this was going to be just as rough of a load out as when I was moved in, but the guys didn't let the rough haul hinder them one bit. Chris even commented when I said they were doing great that he felt they were going too slow, but I told him that it's just a rough location and that I expected it to take a while. The move was rough for many reasons for me emotionally, although a very positive thing, and their hard work ethic, respect, and pure fun attitude and chemistry working together made this a really easy, fun, and stress-fee move since they took all of the stress and they made it fun, treating me like a queen. Chris even packed up a very large glass-framed art piece of mine that I didn't have a box big enough to hold and treated it like a precious treasure. Allen helped me get out a couple of pieces I wasn't taking with me. They arrived at the new location, which was a different part of town, before I even got there! And Chris was kind enough to ask me if I was okay. They loaded in super quickly and efficiciently. I didn't want them to worry about putting boxes where they needed to go in this small apartment, so Chris took so much care to stack all of the boxes neatly in a way that would give me room to move around. He also took care to make sure I had everything where I wanted it to go, and set up my bed frame for me. Chris even recommended his co-worker Mark if I ever decided to have my TV wall mounted. Aaaand, they came in just under the timeframe I had budgeted for the move. I can't recommended Infiinity enough, especially Chris, Allen, and Mark. I'm truly a grateful forever fan. Moving is a nerve-wracking experience to say the least. With your whole life in a complete state of disarray, you're then additionally tasked with finding the right company to trust all your worldly belongings to. Like I assume most people do, I hopped on the interwebs and, among other resources, frequently checked Yelp for reviews. And like I assume most people do, I started reading the lowest-ratings first. Now there's an adventure. Horror story after horror story greeted me: broken items, no-shows, scary movers, the list goes on and on. My main concern, outside of just getting a job well done, was cost. I had written up a detailed document describing our move and sent it maybe eight different movers. I didn't want to spend too little (Moving Company X: "Yeah, we could do all that for $600." Me: "Really? Even including all the stuff on page 2?" Moving Company X: "There's a page 2?" Me: *click*) and of course I didn't want to spend too much (Moving Company Y: "We charge $300/hr and this should take thirteen hours." Me: *click*). While comparing companies, Infinity Moving just felt like the quintessential third option: not too hot, not too cold, but "just right." They were open the day I needed them and the friendly and helpful Rachel Ragland got me set up. They showed up at 9:00 am the day of the move, right on time. They took a quick walk around the house, sized things up, and then immediately set to work. Now another common Yelp horror story is that hourly movers with open-ended schedules will take their sweet time, milking it for everything it's worth. While I can't speak for every move Infinity does (I'm not sure how many movers they subcontract) the crew we got was fast. And I mean fast. I felt like I had climbed into a time machine. Before I knew it, they had packed everything up. Unloading at the new home went just as quickly. I am absolutely satisfied with the exceptional service that I got from Infinity moving and would recommend them to anyone looking for a 5 star-plus company. I looked into many other moving companies and found that Infinity had the best reviews, rates and customer service. My husband and I had a terrible experience on our last move and were extremely concerned about moving again. However, Rachel, the co-owner of Infinity Moving, was such a pleasure to talk to and handled our trepidation with patience and sincerity. She thoroughly explained our options and pricing, answered all of my questions and called a day before to confirm our move, which was thoughtful. The crew showed up on time, were a delight to meet, and went straight to work. We own a lot of high end large, delicate furniture which required extra cushion and forethought. The crew disassembled and assembled everything and made sure to pack the truck strategically and cautiously. I appreciated the communication they kept with me during the entire process. Since a lot of our furniture was delicate and couldn't be stacked, the crew suggested making 3 trips to ensure the safety of my furniture rather than shove it all into 2 trips for the sake of time. The men handled all of our belongings, both large and small, with care and absolutely made the right decision. I appreciated their effort to talk over the options with me, which proved that they are honest workers with translucent prices, no hidden fees, and had my best interest in mind. They worked extremely hard until the job was done and paid special attention to the labeling on each box of how to handle it and which room it was to be delivered. The team of Mark, Rico and Jay is amazing in Austin, simply the best at moving furniture and all belongings, whatever needs to be moved. As someone who has moved multiple times with different moving companies, I can tell you in all honesty that Infinity Moving Company is the best moving company in Austin. Period. The debate is over. Before I used Infinity this month, I used another moving company in Austin that is ranked higher on Yelp, but they were terrible. But I read the reviews of Infinity Moving and I noticed that, even though they weren't ranked as high on Yelp, their clients were more passionately positive about them. After I saw what kind of professional movers Mark, Rico and Jay are, I now know why customers of Infinity Moving are so happy with Infinity. Mark, as the leader of the team, immediately sets a strategy for the move. I appreciated it so much. Mark is a true professional and he runs a first-rate operation. In addition, Mark, Rico and Jay kept communication open and positive at all time. (Rico is one of the funniest people you will ever meet.) These guys took such good care in moving my furniture. Infinity Movers are my new heroes!! I am here to tell you that from the lady, Rachel, we originally talked to and made an appointment with to the two gentlemen, Martin and Ryan, assigned to our job, this company is amazing!! They are professional, they are courteous, and best of all - they get it done!! they work and I mean work!! Ours was not a typical move - we were not moving from one place to another. Ours was a big fat mess that started developing a few years ago and thru family health problems, the passing of two parents and all that follows, personal health problems that have physically disabled our working abilities and the shutting down of a home business that involved gathering up stuff from three different locations and storing it "temporarily" at home - in other words, we had two rooms overflowing with boxed, binned and loose belongings. We haven't had a living or dining room for a couple of years now!! Not only did they get it all moved to our garage and storage area in back - they did it neatly and in an organized manner!! We can now start working on the mess one box at a time AND get our living area back! And - to top it all off? What I thought would take at least 2 days - Martin and Ryan accomplished in two and a half hours!! Plus - they were still polite and smiling when they left - LOL!! I'm an old broad in my sixties with an old fashioned work ethic - this business and those two young men are the first I've given a big seal of approval to in a long time! Let me just preface this by saying I have never written a Yelp review. Ever. This is the fifth time I've moved since coming to Austin in 2010 and I have found my go to movers. That's how awesome these guys are! I prefer to move most of my items on my own and hire movers for all of the furniture and really heavy boxes I can't take on my own. I moved from a 2nd floor 700sqft place to a 3rd floor just under 700sqft. I received a quote for both an itemized rate and an hourly rate and was given the option of which I wanted (which is rare in my past moving experience). I even got a reminder text two days before the move to confirm the date and arrival window. Gerard and Oliver called me the morning of to tell me they were on the way. They actually arrived about 20mins early which worked out great for my schedule! After pointing out everything that needed to be loaded, they asked if I had any special order I wanted things packed into the truck or if I had any questions or concerns. The time started when they began grabbing items and ended when I checked the trailer for any remaining items after unload. They transferred everything in a quick, but careful manner. The entire move actually only took about an hour and a half with maybe a 20-25min travel time. I was really impressed with their work and they were super friendly the entire time. No complaining, all smiles and polite conversation shared throughout the move. I will definitely be using them again when the time comes for another move. This is the second time I've used Infinity Moving to move me a short distance. The first time I had a pretty good experience. Unfortunately some of my stuff was damaged including my leather couch and loveseat (see my previous review). As an update on that, Infinity Moving made good on those repairs. They didn't complain one bit. I sent them photos of the damage and they had someone come out and fix it. No problem. Because of the amazing customer service, I decided to give them another shot on this move. Mark and Martin showed up about an hour and a half late, which wasn't a huge deal. Stuff happens. However after they got started I realized a potential reason why. Whereas the previous crew had tried to rush through everything as quickly as possible to get my stuff out the door, Mark and Martin went fast, but also took their time when it was necessary. Comparing their process for moving my couch and loveseat with the last experience was comparing apples to oranges. They not only covered both of them in blankets, but also mummified them in plastic so that none of the leather was able to get scuffed. When we got to the new place, they didn't just throw all the boxes in the corner, they politely asked me where things needed to go and put them in the general area. There is much more I could say, but I'm going to stop there. Great experience and will definitely use Infinity again and ask for Mark and Martin by name. read more

Have to share my experience today with Mark and Martin from Infinity because they blew me away with their service and on a Sunday to boot! Had a 2 guy/2 hour booking for 9-11am this morning with what I considered a pretty much impossible job (I just kept hoping I was wrong!). Rachael booked my packing for me and confirmed yesterday that Martin and Mark would be here this morning which I seriously appreciated ( because moving is just so stressful anyway). Mark and Martin showed up with a can do attitude and a smile this morning. My husband had become ill last night so I was on my own to make this happen. We have a 3/2 house we had whittled down to pack and fit into a 12' enclosed trailer to haul to NC tomorrow but my house was all boxes and piles and it did not look like it could fit in a 20' trailer to me by this morning. Those two guys tackled this job with gusto, speed, agility, and a smile! They jumped on this challenge with such a positive attitude even I believed it might all fit. Sure enough by 10:30 we were totally loaded tight as a sardine can, beautifully balanced, and not only did everything fit but at the last minute they somehow magically squeezed in my 5' lime tree who I had already kissed goodbye and had a good cry over!!! Short version: Infinity Moving (Ryan and Martin) are great! I would _definitely_ recommend them to friends and family. Long version: Last Sunday, Ryan and Martin moved me from my 2-story townhome floorplan condo into my single-story house. I was very impressed with their speed and attention to detail. They were prepared for everything, including my washer and dryer, which had to be carried downstairs from the 2nd floor of the condo. As a result of their preparedness and attention to detail, the entire move (loading and unloading) was done in only ~2.5 hours! Now that's what I'm calling fast! Also, their morning move had cancelled, so they called me to see if I would like to be done early, to which I said, "Absolutely!". Since I needed a few more minutes to wrap things up, they went and had a quick meal, then showed up right on time, exactly when they said they would. I was very happy with the hourly rate as it kept me from having to remember whether I had mentioned any/everything that I wanted moved. The guys themselves were very polite, courteous, and personable. I should also mention that Rachel, who typically answers the phones, is also very nice and easy to work with when scheduling the move. I used Yelp to find this moving company when I was ready to move out of my apartment in Austin. I had never hired movers before, so I was a little skeptical that it would be worth the money. Compared to the other companies I requested a quote from, this company was the first to respond and offered me multiple different times and date options. I was able to reserve a date/time the same week I had initially requested a quote. Rachel in the office was quick to respond to my questions and help me get scheduled. The day of my move, Martin and Mark called earlier in the day to see if I was willing to move out my stuff earlier. Because I was flexible with my time that day, they were actually able to start moving everything out two hours earlier than I had thought. Not only were both men polite and respectful, they were also incredibly fast! I was impressed by their speed and willingness to get the job done. They worked with in the initial two-hour time frame, so it kept the cost of moving very affordable for me. When it comes to movers I always feel that you get what you pay for and since they are handling everything you own -In the past, I went with the "big guys" (United, Atlas) in moving to have a peace-of-mind..I was told through a trusted friend to use Infinity..I was a little nervous at first....These guys were not only friendly but fast. Not once did they say no or even an eye roll (which most movers do) to special request (extra wrap for the TV or if you can break down a certain piece of furniture before moving it) --Not one piece of furniture had so much of a nick on it. I never write reviews--but this company was awesome and will recommend them to everyone. At the end of the move they even gave ME a care-package (snacks, Gatorade) knowing during a moving day this really hits the spot--Every mover I had in the past asked ME for water or something to drink...these guys are great! Oh, I forgot to mention--there rates are awesome (they are low so I was hesitate to use them because of the pay for what you get attitude I have..) After working with a different company for my previous move (which had been very rough), I was very anxious about how things would go this time around. I was grateful for the multiple messages I received from Rachel leading up to our moving day to confirm the date, time, and addresses of our move. And when I met our movers -- Gerard and Jamal -- I immediately knew we were in GREAT hands. They wrapped and handled our heavy furniture with care and got everything moved into and out of the truck with speed and efficiency. They were very warm and personable as well! I have never written a review before, but these guys were so good, I had to. From getting a quote and setting up the appointment with Ben, to the speed and handling of our possessions I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend these guys to anyone. Mark and Mo showed up as promised and had my 2 bedroom, 2nd floor apartment emptied in no time. Not only were they professional, fast and efficient, but they were polite and friendly as well. Felt like having 2 friends helping me move. And when Mark carried my couch down the stairs BY HIMSELF I was blown away! He said he had been doing this for 20 years, and he certainly proved it! Got the truck emptied out even quicker and had everything done in less than 3 hours. And that includes travel time from south to north Austin. We just moved on Thursday and Infinity movers were awesome. Like everything I do, I researched and got bids from lots of places. Infinity's bid arrived first and turned out to be the best. They offered two different kinds of bids - itemized or all-inclusive. We chose the itemized because we could move some of the stuff ourselves. Once I booked the move, Rachel was so nice to deal with over the phone. They gave a 2-hour window of time of arrival, called once they could be more specific about the time and then again about 15 minutes from arrival. The movers were polite, friendly and strong. Shout out to Chris who moved this huuuuuuge dresser by himself. Still impressed by that. Even if you have never used a mover before, it would be worth it to get a bid from Infinity. It may surprise you how affordable and hassle-free a move can be. This was just a temporary move from Austin to San Marcos, but we will be moving back to Austin in August and I won't even bother getting bids from anyone else. read more

They called when they were about 20 minutes away and arrived 10 minutes early. They had my stuff loaded up in half an hour. It was mind-boggling how efficient they were. They also offered to take my husband's heavy tool cabinet and tool cart, full of tools, because they had room. They finished unloading the truck at the new house in about an hour, and that was contending with a flight of stairs. They also set up the furniture exactly how I had planned, without my input. I can't express how much more convenient these guys made the moving process for us!!!! Mark and Martin showed up on time (a little early in fact) to help us move stuff into a uhaul and were ready to get to work from the moment they arrived. They were a huge help in wrapping the big furniture that we needed to put into a storage unit (we purchased the shrink wrap on our own)and were very strategic about how they loaded the moving truck. Once we identified what needed to go where they were extremely efficient in dividing up the workload and the were amazingly fast at getting everything downstairs (very shocking time for 2 bedroom 2nd story move). These gentlemen were very approachable and professional throughout the entire process. They accomplished what would've taken us practically all day in about an hour which saved us from a huge headache-- well worth the money in my opinion. From the outset, the communication with Rachel at the office was exceptional and highly informative. The move was conveniently scheduled online, eliminating the need for a phone call. On the day of the move, Gerard sent me a text message 30 minutes before their arrival. The three-man crew, including Gerard, Miguel, and Jamal, arrived promptly. They demonstrated exceptional care and attention to detail while handling the furniture, applying shrink-wrap and padding as needed. The entire move process was remarkably smooth, and within a few hours, my new home was already set up. They even went above and beyond by lifting and moving a heavy power recliner to the second floor without any issues.
