Rico and his partner (so sorry I forgot his name!) did an amazing job for me! I have an anxiety disorder so moving had me in a very bad head space but the minute Rico showed up I was instantly at ease. He's extremely nice and funny and just made me feel like everything was going to go super smoothly, and it did! Him and his partner were so fast and they took a lot of care wrapping things in blankets. I was very impressed with how they worked, they have moving down to a SCIENCE. I've moved dozens of times in my life and this was by far the best experience I've had. We used infinity moving for our move from oak hill to Lakeway and this company was amazing. This was the first time we have used a moving company so we were nervous about all the horror stories that come along with moving companies, but this move was an absolute breeze. Not even a single ikea item was broken or scratched. I was so impressed with them. We moved on June 21st and it just happened to also be the hottest day we had had in Austin yet, so Rachel called and asked if we could add an extra mover to keep their crew from burning themselves out. I was more than happy to do that even if it was a little more money an hour because it was going to reduce the amount of hours we would need them for. Also, I love that this company took that into consideration because happy employees means a better company. We had a crazy heavy dresser that needed to get moved down the stairs that were angled really awkwardly (I can't even remember how exactly we got it up the stairs to begin with) but there was some damage to the wall and the movers told me to contact the owners of the company and they would come out to fix it. The owner messaged me right away to schedule a time to come fix the wall and he made it look like nothing ever happened. Rico, Jamal, and xavier were my movers and they were absolutely amazing to have help us. We will definitely use this company for moving again. read more

These guys moved us at the beginning of the month. Though they were on time and quick and we were thankful for their help I cannot recommend them. I chatted with the girl who scheduled us regarding Covid precautions and she confirmed the movers would have masks over their nose and mouth while inside either home. One guy had his nose out within 30 minutes and my husband asked him to pull his mask up. After about an hour they seemingly just stopped caring. My husband and I wore our masks properly all day. The guys wore their masks incorrectly or not at all the majority of the day. I also heard the white man using really inappropriate, racist language. read more

This is the best moving service I have used ever! They were one time, friendly, enthusiastic, and quick. I moved from a downstairs apt to an upstairs unit and they did it all without any complaints. They were especially helpful with suggesting where to put furniture and even offered to mount my TV if I would like for a fee. We still had fences up and it was in the dark by the end, but they were swift, kind, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Update: not sure why on the response to yelpers they mention that I was already not happy I couldn't use my old movers? I did the exact same thing as to how I found Einstein -- good reviews, I called to use them and they have had consistent professionalism and work with me through 4 moves. I look up for other movers through yelp and this company has good review same thing I set up a move just the same as I did with Einstein so not sure how that reflects anything? I expected the same type of work that Einstein offered I guess that was my mistake. Yep, trash can was fixed. The bed why get anything pilled off my mattress when it was already dragged 3 flights. Defeats the purpose honestly. And again yep, the option for if I was on what floor I put 4th but mentioned elevator was an option. I did same thing with Einstein when I had moved into the property, and they thought for my time/money it was an inconvenience to share with other movers so they took it upon them selves to use the stairs to be fair to my time. And regarding the masks, wow that's kinda petty. Sorry I wasn't wearing a mask in MY home? When I'm at work I consistently wear a mask my whole shift even where there wasn't a mandate, I'm a PA at a hospital and get tested almost daily for COVID not sure what was different that these people were working and they didn't wear a mask? Eh. Keeping it at one star, the reply shows what attitude they truly have, which they don't want to own up to what they've done to the full extent and my bad for my expectations being so high for a service I'm paying for. I couldn't be more pleased with Infinity. Rachel communicated promptly and clearly, giving us an instruction sheet on how to best prepare for our move. Mark and Martin should up early and ready to work. They've been moving houses together since 2001, and their experience showed. Fast yet careful. In 6 hours (8-2), they moved all of our belongings out of our 1300 sqft Austin house, drove up to Waco, and unloaded some items into storage, and everything else into our 2 story condo. They showed no signs of slowing down even though it was 104 degrees that day. Mark and Martin were also friendly and engaging, and went above and beyond to get our furniture in the right spots. They reflect well on the company! I will save all our friends who are moving plenty of search time by giving Infinity my full throated recommendation. read more

I'm giving this review 2 stars based on the definition of 2 stars given by Yelp which is "Meh. I've experienced better." I felt very judged by the movers. When they arrived to the destination I was moving to, they made the comment "Second floor again, why even move?" It felt as though they didn't appreciate my business and would rather be doing anything else. They also told me they were going to take 15 minutes off of my time because they stopped to get lunch. I had left early to pick up the keys to my new place and it took them a very long time to arrive at my new place. Given the amount of time it took, I doubt that they only took 15 minutes to grab food. Also, I was hungry myself but knowing I was being charged based on time I wanted to do my best to help and make the move go as fast as possible. I live alone and do not have that much stuff. In fact, I left some things at my old apartment for me to go back and get myself and it still took them 5 hours. I will never hire another moving company based on time. read more

Disclaimer-- I added a star because the owner called and attempted to fix things. But the move was unpleasant, from start to finish. Called two days ahead to confirm, and was greeted with ice. Efficient, but unfriendly. Movers arrived on time, the lead guy (over the top alpha) came in like he was in charge. I like someone who knows what they're doing, but this guy has serious ego issues. His helper had earbuds in during the entire load in, and I watched him hit at least one wall with a dolly. Distracted much? They get to stop one, and let my partner know they prefer cash for their tips (please tell your wife). Really? Wow. They get to the last stop and lead guy walks in like he owns the place, proceeds to wash his greasy hands at my kitchen sink (using our hand lotion, which no, he didn't wash after leaving grease behind). Meanwhile, earbud guy is bringing 4 boxes at a time, on a dolly, asking "where do these go?" I'm wondering, why did I bother marking them. He literally DUMPED my boxes in the middle of everywhere. Couldn't be bothered to stack them neatly, out of walkways. I will credit alpha guy, who did better with the boxes. Unfortunately, he was mostly on larger items. We had numerous nicks and dings from the speed move, and one nightstand drawer no longer glides properly. Sadly, I cannot recommend this group, any longer. read more

Needed someone within the week and found Infinity here on Yelp. Requested a quote and they emailed and called within 20 minutes. Mark and Martin called when they were on their way and were quick, efficient, and careful. Took them just under two hours to move our 1st floor 1-bedroom to a 2nd floor 2-bedroom in the same complex. They were friendly and very easy to work with, no-nonsense and ready to get to business when they arrived. We just stayed out of their way and let them bust it out, then telling them what boxes went where. I did a whole house move with tons of heavy items going up the stairs and these guys were blazing fast. They also disassembled beds and sofas with great expertise and had blankets ready to go for a safe delivery. They were also willing to deal with my unique theater screen which could not be disassembled and took great care not to scratch it. I would definitely use them again. My last move was a disaster. I have a 2 bedroom apartment, and hired a company (Sq Cow) to move me from one end of the complex to the next. It took them 11 hours. I was so angry, because they charged me by the hour. I refused to pay them the entire amount when they told me it would take no more than 6. I digress.. I messaged multiple movers with great reviews on Yelp. Most would not itemize the move. I was so put off by the last move, that I refused to pay by the hour. Infinity was the only company would give me a quote that was based by item moved, instead of how long it took. I set up my move about 3 months prior to moving, and it was nearly flawless. Not only were my movers more efficient than I expected, they were very kind. They finished my move, with probably more stuff in about half of the time the other company did, and I moved 3 towns over, to Wimberely. I can not tell you how relaxing this move was compared to other ones. Everything went smoothly, and I could sit back without having to help, like in the past. We used infinity moving this past weekend. Firstly, the movers smelled of marijuana smoke when they arrived. Not sure if that had anything to do with their moving skills. But during the move, they damaged my hardwood and cement floors with their dollies and damaged my front door with my refrigerator as they were trying to move it out my home. To say that I am dissatisfied is putting it mildly. I'm submitting a claim for the damages, but I have a feeling they will be less than cooperative with the process. read more

We used Infinity after getting quotes from several different companies to move our growing family of six from Austin to Georgetown. Paul and Chris were assigned to our case and they were awesome! They called on their way that morning to let us know they should be about 15 minutes early. When they arrived, they did a quick walk around and then began working. Both Paul and Chris worked really hard and didn't waste any time - in fact, several rooms were completely loaded before we even noticed! They had great senses of humor (including the patience to deal with our 6 and 4 year old sons) and hustled to make sure our move was as quick and painless as possible.
