I just left this place & they did a terrible job!!!!!! When I first arrived I said I would like a Gel x & they assumed I said Gel x manicure. So when the manicurist started with my nails I didn't mind the clean up but once I told them I actually liked the Gel x nail they switched me to a new manicurist who came off so fucking rude & just seemed super annoyed that I had them do a semi manicure like bitch I'm paying for the work you set out to do so if you don't like it then maybe you shouldn't be doing what your doing. Had an appointment yesterday for a gel mani pedi... I was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes!!!! They had me sit and wait, despite having an appointment, then did my pedicure. Then when she was done, someone else started my nails. Even that might have been ok had my GEL NAILS lasted more than 24 hours!!! This review is solemnly based on the spa pedicure service. First of all this place replaced Kimberly Nails by Nancy. Fortunately, Lee is still there. She is by far the best pedicurist I have ever come across. She gets everything out and leaves my feet smooth and clean and is a perfectionist with polish. If she is not there I will not get any service done. I always get a pedicure spa. The spa chairs offer back massage which makes me feel so relaxed. In addition, I also add sugar scrub to my service for extra smooth legs and feet. Another reason why I think Lee is the best pedicurist is because her massages are AMAZING and longer then most places. The facility also gifts you a small water bottle. Its something small but it makes it better than other places. As long as Lee is working there I will keep going to Infinity Nails and Spa. Only thing I can complain about is that they only accept cash tips. read more

The place I used to go to went up in price and now charges $35 for spa pedicure and callus treatment which is a lot for a quick 1 hour pedicure. I remember going to this place once and decided to go back and give them a try again. The price was reasonable at $26 for the pedi and callus treatment. That said it was just okay. They wouldn't put on the AC and it was hot as hell so the experience wasn't relaxing. The people working there weren't particularly friendly and the massage sucked (in fairness they are wearing gloves due to Covid so maybe that's why it was bad). The callus treatment was decent. I'll look somewhere else because it just wasn't that great when there's nail salons everywhere. read more

The only real reason why I am giving this place 3 stars is because when I sat on the spa chair and dipped my feet in the water I did not see not 1 lady put anything else in the water. Usually, nail salons put in some type of antibacterial powder or soap but nope nothing. Just warm/hot water (my fav) and thats it. It felt pretty weird for me and then thats when I found out when looking at their foot spa menu that stuff like what I mentioned is at additional cost . UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE: Icame to this nail shop, for the first time after my sister had told me about this place, on January 26th expecting to get my dip power nails removed so I can get my regular manicure done after. Well, I came in for my mani and pedi appointment and once I sat on the chair and the manicure lady started my nails, I knew something was wrong. She first started to file my nails, which seemed to be the wrong process to remove dip powder nails, so I stopped her and said "I have dip powder nails, not regular nails" she then stopped and proceeded to give me a confused look and looked at my nails and started to make a comment in her language to her other colleagues. She then looked at me and said "dip nails?" Then I said "yes, like gel nails but dip powder?" she continued to look a bit confused. That is when I knew she might had never worked with dip nails. But she proceeded to use the file machine to remove the top later of the nail. It still seemed a bit odd. She then said something in her language to another colleague and few minutes later she ended up switching with another colleague to continue to work on me. It just seemed odd that nobody knew how to remove dip powder nails properly. Well, the second lady came back and continue to work on my nails. She placed my nails in remover but not for too long and continued to file my nails again. She seems to be in some sort of rush and was not very happy having to go through the process of my nails. After filing my nails with the machine she proceeded to paint my nails the color I had choosen, as I was going back to regular manicure (no dip or gel). I knew something seemed off because I could tell she didnt remove all the dip powder nail residue. Well, two weeks later I removed my nail polish after it starting to chip and the pictures show how I found my nails below the polish. That is DISGUSTING! she left so much residue and just painted over my dip powder nails. That is UNACCEPTABLE. If they do not know how to properly remove dip or gel nails they need to allow someone else who does! I'M NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE OR WILL EVER RECOMMEND!!! read more

The lady (older w/ glasses) started rushing my manicure once another customer stepped in and then asked me the oddest question "can you pay BEFORE I color your nails", mind you my pedicure is still in the process.. how odd. The pedicure lady was nice but I can't say it was a 5 star experience at all; she cut my nails very crooked LOL. The plus is that the place is clean though. I'm not blaming the nail techs my problem is with management. My last couple of appts the gel polish has been awful. Ive had chips within days or most recently my pastel purple turned streaky almost like a white/purple tie-dye in less than 24 hours. It's not the nail techs problem it's the gel polish itself, it's managements responsibility to check their polish. I will not be returning. read more
