I've been going here for 3 years now and for the most part I've been really pleased. But recently my experience has been very disappointing. I'm not blaming the nail techs my problem is with management. My last couple of appts the gel polish has been awful. Ive had chips within days or most recently my pastel purple turned streaky almost like a white/purple tie-dye in less than 24 hours. It's not the nail techs problem it's the gel polish itself, it's managements responsibility to check their polish. I will not be returning. read more

Worst owner I have ever dealt with. She has the biggest attitude problem. Susan is great at nails, but the owner is mean and not welcoming. The owner made my appointment at 6:00pm and I wasn't taken for my nail appointment until 6:25pm. I walked up to her and said the next time you make an appointment please give me the correct appointment time, I could be working. She didn't apologize or say sorry. I am a horrible nail biter. It's a ridiculous habit that has plagued me for years. For about the past month I've worn acrylics which were applied at Titop Nails in Lincoln heights (probably my favorite nail place in terms of designs and longevity of their work) - however I live in Chatsworth, so they aren't exactly the most convenient nail salon for me. After removing my acrylics I decided that my nails deserved a manicure so I can keep them in tip-top shape. I used the Yelp app to locate a salon that was closer to me & that lead me to Infinity. I walked in with no appointment on Sunday and signed in to their waiting list. I wasn't immediately greeted or anything so I set out looking at their nail colours (they had a mixture of Opi, Essie, China Glaze, & lesser known brands). It was a weird setup; another girl was told they had no time for her (I'm not sure what services she was requesting) but when she asked if she could wait they basically told her "don't bother". No one addressed me directly so I chose to wait and was seated within about 20 minutes. When I was seated the male working there gave me the complementary bottle of water that other Yelpers have mentioned. That was a nice touch (and very welcoming on such a hot day!). I was soon seen by a worker, who didn't give me her name, and she showed me the nail wheel and asked me if I wanted to do one of those colours which were marketed as soak off gel colours. I chose a pink and silver (DND flaming pink and shooting star- which is a silver glitter). After carefully soaking my hands and cutting, filing, and prepping my nails she applied several coats of each. I was reading the case that both bottles were kept in and it mentioned that the gels should be cured under a gel lamp after each layer - this was never done to my nails. Instead they were dried with a regular fan. When I went to pay however they only charged me $12, which is the cost of the standard manicure, so I decided not to bring it up (I most definitely would have if I was charged the gel up charge). The problems started later that night when after some light typing (about 2 pages of a word document) I noticed that my thumb nails had begun to chip. At first it was a small chip but now about 2 and a half days later half of my thumb nail on my right thumb is off. I had also noticed that on certain nails the polish had different thickness. Overall I would say I'm disappointed - while my nails looked cute when I left I wish for the money the manicure would have lasted a few more days. At this point over half my nails have chips on them. The silver polish is holding up pretty good, so maybe the pink polish was just bad/older, but honestly I don't think I'll be back to find out. read more

Had an excellent pedicure at Infinity Nails & Spa recently! This nail shop plays soothing music, creating a very relaxing environment ready for anyone to be pampered! Adding to the environment, the staff are all super friendly and the place is extremely clean! For a spa pedicure, each machine is lined with a plastic bag to ensure each client has a safe and clean experience. Each client is also given a water bottle upon entering-- very accommodating! I would make an appointment ahead of time, since you never know when they could get busy. In case they do, just be patient because the wait is never too long. first few experiences were great, but today I left very disappointed. talia didnt ask me if I wanted anything to drink, she didnt give me a choice of pedicures to choose from, and assumed I only wanted classic. another worker comes up and whispers in her ear, and immediately she starts rushing the pedicure. she then takes me to my manicure and rushes that as well, all to find out there's some rich white lady waiting on her, sorry she has more money than me and you wanted a bigger check. thank you for making me feel insignificant and ruining my experience. read more

I was intrigued to come visit this salon after I've been trying to find a good Nail Powder set for my nails that's close by my home...well i left the salon thinking it was great and really liked my nails! Not even a week later and my nails were chipping and didn't feel my nails were made thick enough. This isn't the first time i do nail powder so Im fully aware on how they can be done well. I also recommended my mother to visit their shop for a spa manicure & pedicure, well she wasn't very happy with the work she got done and nails chips within 3 days......i would hope they work on having better quality nail polish and maybe train their workers better on dealing with different style nails and cuticle care. read more

If you're getting a French tip gel mani, go somewhere else. I decided to give this place a try after knowing that it's $28 for a French gel mani.. But I guess there's a reason why it's cheap. Almost all my nail tips are chipping, and it's the 6th day since I got them done.. And my right hand thumb nail is already cracking and the white tip is turning yellow.. I have always gotten my nail done with gel for many many months now, and this place just isn't worth my time and money. Try Chic nails on reseda and Nordhoff or, if you go to Valencia often, go try Malibu nails (Malibu is probably the best I've been to).. This place is so close to my house so I started coming here a year ago and to my surprise, it turned out to be my go to place after that. The salon is very clean and almost every artist does a good job. They are priced fairly and the staff is friendly. They ask you everytime for extra treatment you can get for extra charge and you can pass if you don't wanna get them. They charge a dollar for card transactions. The only reason I knocked off one star is that almost every artist here is so fast on putting nail polish on, and sometimes they don't pay attention to details very closely so bubbles occur when they put the top coat on which drives me crazy but other than that they do a good job taking care of your nails. read more

Once my nails were done they billed me $25 more than what they initially told me; They couldn't even provide me a reason for the price increase. Infinity is a great nail spot near my work for when I don't have time to go to my usual place in Silver Lake! It was my first time getting any type of nail treatment during a lunch break so I wasn't sure what to expect. Luckily it wasn't busy and I was seated right away. They have a good collection of OPI and Essie (along with other less popular brand) polishes. The salon is very clean, the staff is very friendly; they sent me home with a bottle of water and let me wear those super light and silly flip-flops since I forgot to bring my own. My pedi cost $17 - she did a great job in about 40 minutes! I always get apprehensive when I read about infections other patrons have experienced from lack of care on the aesthetician's part. My girl was a little rough on my big toe cuticles, but fortunately nothing bad came out of it. Highly recommended for your nail needs! read more
