They where so pretty that i took the 30 min drive to them. sure enough they didn't disappoint tony did my coffin shape nails and let me tell you he was amazing they are beyond pretty and i absolutely love them .he took the time to make sure they were perfect i Couldn't be happier lucy did my toes she was awesome too i showed her a color i wanted and she knew exactly which one it was and she made sure my toes where perfect as well she cleaned my toes very well and made sure i didn't have an ingrown over all a great experience. read more

I had a cracked nail, and she was very helpful with fixing it- can't even tell and it's strong as if there was never a crack! They also have quality products- I used Perfect Match gel polish. Feeling robbed. They told me it will be $25 for mani/pedi. But when they gave me the bill, they charged me a additional $15?! They said it cost more for a certain lotion used. But I never asked for it and they never warned me of any additional cost, until after I got the bill. Not cool. read more

After years of searching and even giving my last manicurist a year to get it together, I left her really frustrated by her inability to be really interested in her business OR her clients and found John at Infinity Nails. He is friendly, communicative, dresses beautifully and is a real pro. My gels went from lasting 9 days to lasting 3 weeks! Infinity never smells like you're breathing in acrylic dust and acetone fumes and they play soft classical music. And the giant TV is NEVER on which is a plus in my book. I go to relax, not be inundated by noise. Bring John any photo of a nail design and he can do it. He gives a complete manicure first, which no one else ever did and then fastidiously does my gels. My nails underneath are strong and my cuticles look clean. Just a note: I have had pedicures by 2 of the ladies there and they were alright, not great (lackadaisical massage and the polish seemed to stay wet for hours), so improvement can be made in that area but the chairs are clean, new and comfortable. read more

He didn't get angry when I didn't like the color and wanted to change it, and he gave me time while he was doing my nails to examine them and tell him if I wanted anything fixed. I'm not a big reviewer but after the service I got today by John, I'm gonna leave my first Yelp review! It was a bit crowded at first considering it's the day before thanksgiving, but they were able to seat me pretty quickly because I called in ahead. I've gone to plenty of other places and gotten a full set, but never has it been done so precisely and perfectly and in a timely manner. John suggested that the color powder acrylic lasted longer than gel and he also recommended the seashell powder too. I'm so happy with the results. It's the best I've ever had my nails done. I will definitely be coming back here and asking for John. Just make sure to call at least a day ahead to make an appointment. read more

I have been taking my 93 year old mother here for her manicures (in a wheelchair) for over a year. It has never been anything but outstanding. From scheduling an appointment with Anne to the manicure by Tina to Tina helping mom back into the car, we receive friendly and excellent service. And the the manicure really lasts. I don't really know that much about the pricing, but we definitely feel that it is worth the price. Today was another wonderful experience! read more

I give it a 5 stars because it's always clean, never had a problem with my appointment and the nail technicians are always very friendly. I have gotten my nail done here plenty of times and I could say I have always been satisfied with their service. The only thing I could complain about is their polish selection, they plenty for gel colors but not enough on the regular polish :/ so I always take my color. read more

Customer service wasn't great, but I don't expect the best from a salon as long they do their job well. I recently moved to California so this was my first experience at a salon out here. I just wanted an acrylic fill for my French tips. I worked with one of the ladies there and seemed to do them well until I looked harder at them after I already left. White polish was missing slightly in some spots and she didn't paint the edge of my nails evenly so some had spots of white polish on them whereas others had none at all. I know the edge of the nails wear off from every day activity, but I expected consistency. She could have painted none of them or all of them but the fact that they weren't done consistently bothered me. She also left some nail polish on my actual fingers under my nails. I went back the next day because the top already started chipping which was very strange because the salon I used to go to did my French tips and they did not chip for at least 2 weeks. Anyway, I let her know the issue and she fixed it; however she told me the edges are going to chip because of typing and stuff, basically taking the blame away from her. I explained to her that she was right, but it wasn't just the edges and I don't expect the paint to come off of the top of my nail less than 24 hours later, especially after not even doing heavy activity. While she was finishing up, I asked if she could put an extra coat of the clear gel color so it would not chip again and she just straight up told me "no" because it would peel off. The salon I used to go to added another layer automatically and it never peeled off like what she said it would do, so I knew that to be false. Basically they did not treat me like they wanted me to be a regular customer and basically just did my nails quickly to get me out of the door. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here. read more

I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's been a hard time finding anyone that does gel builder nails, much less someone that does them well. John is an artist - every time the result is impeccable. The prices are surprisingly low, and the entire staff is professional and friendly. From the time you walk in, you get a sincere greeting (when was the last time someone looked you in the eye when they asked how you were, and actually waited for a response?) and a fresh bottle of water (nice touch!). The salon itself is very clean, and as others have pointed out the pedicure bowls have a disposable liner so you know it's fresh for you each time. Infinity nails is the best spot I know of. I live in Los Angeles and there's lots and lots of nail places around here, however I choose to go to infinity because they are great with customer service. They are always super nice and courteous. Best of all they do an awesome job. I have had gel manicure done here before and let me tell you they do a great job and it will last over 2 weeks!!!
