All I have to say is whew the GHETTO! I will NEVER and when I say never, I mean I will NEVER go there again! All of the women barely have any clothes on and what they did have on was tacky and a whole mess! I was very disappointed because my man and I had just come from a VERY nice spot in the same area so we thought we would smoke a little hookah before we went home. We definitely could've passed! The plastic on the hookah was cracked to the point where I barely wanted my fingers anywhere near it because I thought it might've broken. This is not a "date" venue, I'll tell you that. That said, I did enjoy my drink (W.A.P.) and sliders (which don't come with cheese, but it's available on request). This was our 2nd Friday coming and leaving a little disappointed. Last week was our bad; we came after the live music would've ended at 9. We walked in to a mid to late 20/, maaaayyybe early 30s crowd, with extra loud hip hop music playing, and hookah smoke in the air. The latter two wouldn't have been a problem for me but it was a bit much for my husband. Tonight we arrived around 7:40 but still no live music. Supposedly, the keyboardist has not been there in 3 weeks. Great! We came specifically to hear some live music. ‍ We sat at the bar. They have some Friday drink specials and a couple of food items on the happy hour menu from 5-9 p.m. I ordered the $6 chicken wings and fries happy hr special and the spinach dip, not on the happy hour menu. The lemon pepper wings were good. The fries could've been crispier. The spinach dip came with fried pita chips, not tortilla chips, as noted in the menu. It wasn't really a problem for me though. There was just waaaayyyy too much spinach dip and it was ok; maybe a little less than ok. There was a private party upstairs and our bartender/server jet creeping upstairs for long periods at a time. The website states that this restaurant has friendly courteous staff. That's a lie, my husband and I attempted to have dinner and drinks at this restaurant tonight but we ended up leaving because one of the staff members was extremely rude. We walked in and wanted to sit at the bar but there was only one chair in two separate areas, so we were going to move one chair so we could sit together. The wait staff who looked ghetto as hell and was smoking a hookah yelled out "you can't move the chair". She was rude and nasty, so we left. I enjoyed the DJ and Ms Cha-Cha but definitely not the atmosphere I normally am accustomed to. This is not a grown and sexy spot or maybe it's because it was Friday night? Baseball caps and tennis shoes all over the place. I didn't get to check out the rooftop, as I was afraid of the steepness of having to climb so many stairs after having some drinks. Don't think I'll return, I would prefer a place with somewhat of a dress code, especially on a weekend night. I went on a Friday (Black Friday) to celebrate my birthday. I reserved a section on the stage for a party of 8. We had a great time. DJ played some good hip hop and r&b but nothing really up to date. I think he was catering to a woman (and her party) celebrating her 60th bday. I was hoping to hear some Meg Thee Stallion , Da Baby , Drake , Chris Brown at least a few times. The service was okay. This is a casual dresses placed with a chill environment. They have a great rooftop and wish they would start having a weekend brunch. I went for the first time on a Friday and got 2 glasses of Pinot Grigio and it was pretty strong. They have hookah, a DJ. They have a lot of food items on the menu. Good venue, not a lot of parking. I think they could promote more on Instagram to the local people in their 20/30s. When I went there on a Friday after work the place was pretty dead. Ill give this place 4 stars because the food was great, the music was bangin, drinks kept coming, and the atmosphere was great. The only issue was the waitress kept disappearing to go sit and smoke hookah. The food was EXCELLENT. The tenders and fries and shrimps was fried to perfection. This was a terrible experience I should have listened to the reviewer before me! Because it was a accurate review! I ordered this salmon dinner that came out burnt. We came to watch the hawks game however once we send it back the second time it came out it was under cooked and raw in the middle. Before I could take a picture, the bartender noticed it and took the food away instantly once we got to the middle part and cut it open. So my boyfriend which never complains allowed her to take the food and she never said anything to him after that I had a friend pull up order drinks as well and I ordered a second drink. Soooo here's the kicker when it was time to pay the tab the bartender brings out a tab that is half the price for the salmon. I tell her we're not paying for rare salmon that yall took back away which had full order of mashed potatoes and spinach in it. She proceeds to get the manager that comes over and say y'all ate half of it. I said we ate the ends until we seen it was raw in the inside. She said we still have to pay. I kindly said we will not and we will not return and left the bill in cash and took out the salmon portion and walk out the door. I NEVER PLAN On RETURNING. Before the pandemic this use to be me and my boyfriend spot but now we will never return. The salmon was nee to the menu. The fact that you could have gave use salmonella poisoning and tired to make us pay for it is beyond me. On top of that my tab was $105 that I paid as I walked out the door. After soft launching for what seemed to be months, we finally caught this lounge open on a normal night (Saturday). We've been to the three former establishments that were in this location previously and while not much has been done cosmetically, you can see that they're keeping this business model much simpler - bar food and bar entertainment. The DJ was pretty decent and a promoter seems to be being used this go round, which could be a positive or a negative. The crowd was mixed - a bit of over 30 plus some younger folks (likely due to the promoter). We sat at the bar and the service was pretty good - very fast! It was refreshing to see that they offered drink specials on the weekend. We went with the $5 margaritas and they were much stronger than we gave them credit for. :-) By the time we left, the place was pretty packed and had many more people than we were used to seeing at the previous establishments. Came here with my friends and the only good thing here were the chicken fingers. The service is terrible. We ordered bottles and the servers didn't even open them. Literally brought the bucket, sparkler and left. Being someone that worked in the club scene, if you workin for tips, then making sure your customers are satisfied especially when the place is not packed should be a priority. Then when it came to ordering hookah, those girls had no clue how to make a proper hookah. I asked for new coals 3 times and no one changed it until it was time for me to pay. Let's see where do I start! Living in the area, residents get excited about new local businesses that open in the area. In this one location there have been several restaurants and lounges that seemed to be do ok business wise, but end up closing. So I'm hoping this spot can break the cycle. My wife and I happen to stumble upon this lounge Cinco De Mayo weekend and had a fairly good time. We were hoping to make this spot our version on Cheers, but that slowly change. Fast Forward 3 weekends later, it's know Memorial Day weekend, we thought we would step out Friday Night to kick off the weekend here at this spot to find out it was CLOSED. How are you closed on a Friday night during the holiday weekend? So, continuing with the theme of wanting to be out and about during the holiday weekend we decided to go back on Saturday. Some friends of ours were already there and we were going to meet them. My wife and I get to the door of a Restaurant/Lounge and find out it's a cover for Men ( All of a sudden). When we asked management about this- Management responded with " We are busy now, so this will be the new norm". So when you aren't busy it's no cover, pleas support my business, but when you are busy we are charging Men to come in to enjoy our Restaurant/Lounge. That's a bad business model. Ordered appetizer sampler, she came and said they were out of the chicken tenders can they substitute chicken bites I said sure no problem. 15 mins later she came back and said they're out of cheese sticks do you want something else. I asked is it going to come with the food she said no it will still come first. 15 mins later, My husbands wings came and then the spinach dip came but my chicken Alfredo didn't come. 10 more mins and she comes back and says we don't have any Alfredo sauce do you want something else. I ordered fried shrimp asked for tarter sauce it had some pink stuff on top and tasted spoiled. Finally we asked for the check. Then I asked the waitress is your manager aware of everything that has happened tonight. She said yes she is. I said did she not think it was important to come and apologize and offer some sort of discount for our horrible evening. She said I'll ask her. She went over to a lady using a hukka and then came back and said she said no she's not given you anything. I told her I didn't come here for free food and I'm fine with paying for our food but from a customer service aspect it would have been nice for the manager to come and acknowledge that we had a bad experience and she's sorry for our bad visit and hopes we come back but Jean didn't feel that was necessary. My first time ever going here was this weekend. My husband and I live in the area and he decided to throw me a surprise birthday party there. When I arrived, they had our party in a VIP area that was too small to accommodate us all. They quickly seated us in another (larger) area to accommodate our party. I was pleasantly surprised that our event planner was able to bring in decorations and desserts which helped make the experience even better. We received bottle service and the owner threw in a 50 piece wings for free for us and our guests. The DJ shouted me and all of the rest of the birthday girls out all night. It was an amazing place to celebrate my birthday and I would recommend having a birthday party to anyone! They are obviously new and working out some kinks, but the overall experience and service was great and amazing. I loved celebrating my birthday there.
