When I expressed how unhappy I was with the service she said "okay only pay me $5" I told her I didn't feel like I should pay at all and then she THREATENED to call the cops. I ended up paying her the full amount $10 because that wasn't the point , I just want to make it very clear I was not trying to get a discount or anything I was truly UNSATISFIED with her work. She didn't even apologize throughout our interaction all she offered was for me to go back next week so she can fix it.. WITH WHAT BROWS am I supposed to come back !!!?!!?!?! They're literally all gone. The reason it makes me so upset is because my brows typically take MONTHS to grow out and I have a wedding to go to next week. I am going to speak to the manger Tika when she comes back to let her know what's going on and to make sure the girls she's hiring to work there actually know how to thread eyebrows because this was really unacceptable she cannot afford to keep losing customers

Pauline is great! I'm fortunate enough to have known her for quite some time, as I was a regular longtime customer at the salon she worked at previously, before that place closed. She always cuts my hair perfectly, and her scalp massage during the shampoo / conditioning process is absolute heaven! I always walk out of there looking and feeling like a million bucks. Basically we were camped out from about 3:30-5:30. I only got a manicure but it was great that we could come to Beaushae for a one stop shop experience (get your hair done, nails beautified...and some hair removed all at the same time!). The nail part of the salon is run by a very sweet couple who were patient and detailed in their work. They can do a basic mani as well as the more complicated designs, gels, etc. Included in their service were keratin gloves and a light arm massage. The only negative is they only have two hand stations and 2 pedicure stations which means if you have a big group and you all want to be in and out at the same time and get the same service...well, that's not going to happen. It worked out for us that some girls wanted pedis and some wanted just manis - two girls could get pedis and 2 manis while a 5th did her hair. But be aware of this as your make your reservations / plans. Overall though I'll definitely be back! Great location too by an Acai cafe, Starbucks, JJ Bakery and Lee's Sandwiches!!

I had told her i thought my hair would be lighter since it didn't look even to me. She proceeded to bleach the front of my hair only and told me it wouldn't be the same as the rest of the color? She re-added bleach to the front for an additional 30 minutes. My hair is actually damaged from this entire process. I did get the courage to text her and told her that I wasn't happy with my front hair and how it didn't match the rest of my hair. That it's very chunky yellow highlights. I knew she wouldn't fix the rest so my main focus was getting the ugly yellow fixed. Which she answered her next available appointment was until she is back from vacation. I don't think any hairstylist thinks someone would truly like the color she left my hair. I decided to cancel the appointment for her to try to match my hair and go to another salon. I finally got my hair fixed and it's blended good and no more chunky yellow bangs. I spent over $400 to fix it somewhere else's however now I actually love my hair. They had to trim more of my hair because of the damaged done. My review is just for Anali. I seen the other ladies here doing their clients hair and no one else walked one with yellow hair. I truly don't think my hair matches the inspo picture in any way.
