I found out today (July 2024) when I received a notice from the Franchise Board Tax stating that I owe $1600 for this mistake. Save your money and go elsewhere with a firm that has more knowledge, experience and transparency. Joseph claims he has 25+ years in this field but he was not even the one that worked on my file. One of his associates - Rachel, who worked on my file she sent the filing for to me for review I noticed a few errors. When I asked to her to correct this mistake, she complied but afterwards billed me for "extra work". I had to escalate this issue to Joseph who he also agreed with Rachel that I should be billed for "extra work". The extra work was adjusting 1-3 lines on a single form. That was it. I am warning you - this firm is NOT transparent at how they operate. What is more unprofessional is that I agreed to pay Joseph a certain amount for my first tax filing with them BEFORE we started any work as good faith. Both sides agreed and I have email proof of that agreement. After we have finished our transaction, Joseph emailed me a month later and stated that I paid my previous tax firm more than I paid him and he demanded me for additional payment. He even sent me an invoice and threatened to sue me and my partners in a small claims court. I stood my ground and responded via email and that is how our last interaction ended. Be sure to get all your communication in writing if you do decide to work with this firm. They do not hold to their promises and there is a lot of miscommunication.

Worst.Service.Ever…read more I wish that I never switched service providers. I called the 800 number because my WiFi coverage at home was bad. The CSR said that I can go to any store to pick up a range extender for free. So, I go to this store to pick it up, but the employee told me that I was "misinformed" and that I had to call the 800# to order one. On top of that, the Xfinity Stream app is the worst app in the world.
