I have been going for several years now and I have never booked a group or party until last Friday as a "graduation party" for my 5th grader. We had such a lonely promotion the year before and I wanted to recognize the huge accomplishments my son has made.. I really took a chance, called to see if just us 4, me, my son & two other kids would even count as a group, or if there was any availability. The lady on the phone was wonderful and welcoming. We were fine as a tiny party. She was ok with cupcakes, snacks. She said we'd have a table reserved with balloons! I was shocked. We got there, one kid was not in the mood at first. The manager Vincent greeted us with waters, we had a nice price for all the ages to get in. We had a colorful bunch of balloons, table cloth. More drinks came out as the afternoon blossomed. He graciously checked in with us thru the afternoon. All kids began to have a blast. Great music. We were all so happy. This is a story of simply picking up the phone. I love this place but I'm only so disappointed right now because I got a Groupon that expired the 28th of August 2017. Well I went on the 27th and they where already closed for the season. Now I'm having problem with Groupon because they need evidence they where already closed that day but they can't get a hold of inflatable world. If I end up getting my refund I will change this post and give it more stars since it's I have never had an issue with than before. New update post. I finally got my refund so with that said I will rate on just my past experiences. Place is clean and staff is friendly. However, the staff last time I was there is July of 2017 was a bunch of younger kids who where playing more on the jumpers than watching the children. The inflatable world in mission valley has more of a responsible staff compared to the plaza Bonita location. Other than that I love it. It's just I have two soft spoken girls so when kids are pushing them aside in line and being way to crazy usually there is staff there to tell them to chill out. read more

This place is pretty cool in that it's got a good variety of jumpers and a little baby area. It's great that it's outside but the jumpers do get incredibly hot so I definitely recommend putting your little one in pants! It's $17 for one visit which is crazy to me but if you buy a 5 pack for $50 it takes it down to $10 a visit. They have 3 port-o-potty's with a hand washing station. I also understand that parents want to let their kids run around 99% of parents sit on their phone and their is zero supervision... so if you have a little one, be prepared to have to tell bigger kids to be careful and aware of littler ones. read more

Okay, so we looked up fun places for kids and came across this place. Let me say, this place is cool, fun, and a great way o burn energy. However, it is not worth $15 per child and $20 per adult that wants to "ride". This place should cost no more than $5-7 to get in and adults should be free. I mean really, most of the time you're going to accompany your child on jumpers especially if your kid is small and the jumper is big enough for you. This is a perfect place to take the kids for the day and really perfect for birthday parties. It's located on the East end of the Mission Valley Mall parking lot next to Broken Yolk. They feature 13 really cool inflatables with slides, obstacle courses, bounce houses, water slides (weather permitting) and water balloon fights. For adults with the stamina to keep up with the kids you can purchase a wristband and join in the fun, if not they have covered picnic tables (outside food is allowed) and cool chairs situated all around the park. For parties there are tent areas or they will reserve picnic tables for your use. Socks are required for play and on sale on site for $2. They even sale snacks and towels for those not ready for a wet bum in the car. read more

1st timer. My 7 year old enjoyed himself. Very clean. Feels very secure with all the staff they have. Only recommendation is to get longer cushions for the landing portion of the jumpies. I saw some kiddos shooting out and missing the cushion provided. This could be a safety issue. read more

I took my 8 year old son here on Sunday, and he had a great time. We've been to a lot of inflatable places before, but this is the largest assortment we have ever seen in one place. All of them appeared to be in excellent condition as well. We got there just a few minutes after opening and at the time there were more inflatables then kids. He was worn out within forty minutes, so we walked across the street to the In N Out, had lunch, and then came back and played for another forty minutes. I think people's experience with this place is going to ultimately depend on when they go. If you go later in the day when it is more crowded and hotter, odds are your kids are not going to have as much fun. That would be true though of just about any outdoor kids play area, so you just have to plan accordingly. read more

I can't complain too much because I got a groupon for this. It was Saturday and we had no plans so I figured what the heck. Pros: - Good parking. This place is located between the mall and Broken Yolk so there is parking in the mall parking lot. - Turf grass - Cheap (thanks to groupon). Cons: - Only three free water slides - Not enough port a potties or changing rooms - Staff doesn't pay as much attention. One example was the staff noticed a child who wasn't in line and didn't make the kid get in line. The same kid waited for four kids to go then went cutting off 10 other kids. I wish they would have a better policy regarding children running around without being unsupervised. Older children obviously know better not to cut but the youngers ones don't. I understand that they are little but when my son was younger, he stood in line in his place just like everyone else. They sell junk type food. They also have a game where you sling water balloons between two people but you have to pay $3 for 10 balloons. I would go again only if I had a groupon. read more

This place is a good place to come, and let the kids get all their energy out. The price is a lil bit high ($15) for a kid, but then again that's all day admission. You can leave and come back as long as you keep your wrist band on. They have snacks and drinks at a decent price. Overall good place you can bring the kids to on a moments notice and not pay an arm and a leg. Age range is really for 3-11 any smaller and they won't be able to do much and any older they will be bored. Lots of tables with umbrellas for the Parents to sit and watch the kids play. read more

There's nothing really wrong about this place, but there's nothing really great about this place either. There's about 10 inflated play stations, so they're isn't too much to do. My son did them all in not even 10 minutes. It does provide a quick place to burn off some energy and have a little fun. I guess I'm trying to figure out the $20 admission and how it's justifiable. Oh well.... my kid had fun, so ultimately that's all that matters. The staff are constantly roving the premises, so it did look like they were making sure the kids were safe. The staff were on point. They also have food available that isn't super overpriced. It consists of the standard selection of burger, hot dog, chips, etc. This place was fine, but I would suggest more stations for the kids. read more

I made a reservation for my daughter's Birthday party at this location. To begin, the bokking process was simple and easy to do. It was very straight forward. Once we arrived at the party we were greeted by the very helpful and friendly staff. The manager made it a point to come and introduce himself and asked if he could do anything to assist us. We came before the water side was available, but it was still an amazing time for the kids. My kids aged 4 and 7 could have stayed all day! I thought they would have gotten bored of doing the same slides over and over again, but surprisingly enough, they never did. While they enjoyed all activities, the big hit was the HUGE slide. It's a long drop down and my kids (and all the other kids) seemed to get off of it and get right back in line to go down it again. *There were plenty of tables with umbrellas for parents to sit down in the shade. *You can't bring in your own water bottles, but they do have them for sale. *They provide the elbow bands for free so you don't get "slide burn". read more

This place is amazing! My daughter ALWAYS has a blast when she comes here. She especially has fun on the water slides that operate all throughout the summer. The best part about inflatable world that it's always kept clean, I never have to worry about trash or objects left on the floor. This is very important to me because my little girl runs around barefoot. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. Took my grandson and his friend to Inflatable World. The upside is that it was just big enough for them to run around freely and still be able to see them. The down side is the lack of supervision. There were signs posted "Do not enter without an attendant present". I did not see many attendants, especially at the bounce enclosures. This is where signs are posted no tumbling, etc. When I peaked inside, that's exactly what kids were doing, tumbling, flips and somersaults, from very large kids to quite small. I had to yell at the kids to stop. Then I pulled my 7yr. old grandson and his friend out. I also recommend long sleeves and pants to prevent burns. read more

WOW! Just had my 7 year olds birthday party here!! He loved it and so did our guest! We got in the car and he passed out! It takes a lot to get him to that point! I took my camp group here and they had a blast! Vincente the manager was very helpful and professional. He got all the kids checked in quickly allowing them to have the maximum amount of jumping time. There was such a great variety of jumpers and water slides. Park was well run and we were given a nice rented area to store our backpacks etc. Kids had a great time and I felt bad telling them it was time to load up the bus! Hope to be back real soon. I've got 3 girls (ages 4-6 yrs) and they LOVED it!!! After 3 hours of going non stop, I had to convince them it was time to go home. There's a new manager who is SUPER friendly with excellent customer service! Suggestions to make it the best experience: 1. Best if kids wear pants and long sleeve shirts (common sense but some may not know that jumpy houses can give rug burns). 2. Bring a picnic because there is plenty of covered seating area. Loved the cabana-like set up around the park for your kids to stop, refuel, rehydrate and keep going. 3. The whole place is fenced all around so it's definitely safe for kids to be on their own. HOWEVER, this isn't a babysitting club. You will still need to keep your eyes on your kids like a regular playground. All in all we had the best day and will definitely be back on a regular basis!!!! read more

Great place to bring kids, they offer a small snack bar and port potties that are CLEAN! The one thing of concern is that many many of the jumpers are shower major age and concern of safety issue. Many of the jumpers are falling apart. read more

This place deserves a 1 star just for the sole purpose that the kids enjoy it but that's about it. Customer service here sucks, there isn't an employee at least monitoring the jumpers and kids. If they have the water jumper available and if your kids are not using it make sure you go home since all the little brats that are wet go to the other jumpers making those wet and stinky and kids that are wearing their regular clothing are now also wet and complaining. Complained to whoever is upfront and obviously didn't care. Place is also expensive to boot $17 per kid and you get treated like crap. Most likely will take my 3 kids to somewhere more deserving of our business. read more

just had my sons 6th birthday party here! first of all the staff was very welcoming and friendly, easy access to get in and out of play area to parking lot. place is not too big or too small, for kids to run around in a gated area making it feel safe for roaming. the tall water slide was a hit, the kids couldn't stop going on it. they provide plates napkins silverware and table covers. you can bring in the food you want! water balloons, bubbles, overall a sunny successful day and my son was asking to go back the next day. haha. read more

My kids had a great time here! I probably wouldn't pay full price (got a Groupon deal) for it though. It wasn't as big as I was expecting. The website advertises 'bumper boats' and a 'bubble roller' which did not exist. Neither did some 40 foot 'action slide' that is advertised. There were really only 3 water slides, a small one, medium sized and then the huge one which my kids loved. Other than that, there was the slingshot which required paying $3 for a bucket of 10 balloons. The dry zone was fun but BRING SOCKS! I didn't know and had to pay $2 a pair, boo. My only dry zone complaint is too many similar bouncers (mostly slides). I know there are some great obstacle courses out there that would have been nice to see. Didn't care much for the 'Titanic' bouncer, very poor taste. The staff was friendly and helpful, seemed to be managing the kids pretty well. It's nice when kids are given some freedom at these places and aren't being yelled at by staff all the time, that I definitely appreciated. Overall, a nice afternoon out for the kids. It's my kids birthday today, I tried calling literally like 5 times before going because I never been there and I wanted information. Anyways, i went online and I saw their hours and what the price was. I showed up an hour before closing (which is all I need for my 3 year old) for them to stop me telling me, that they are closed. I told the lady at the door that their website says different,it's my sons birthday and that I tried calling, all she said was sorry. I was furious and left. My kids were both crazy crying. It was my first time coming and my last. I work as a manager, phone calls are important, specially if something is different happening. Really cool place. Came here for a birthday party. So they have a section with three kind of small jumpers for the little kids I think 4 and under to jump in and the rest is for bigger kids they two water slides I wouldn't recommend for little ones because it's a huge water slide that is really high up . And the rest and huge jumper with slides it's really fun. But when the sun is out it gets really hot and jumpers are hot. Make sure ur kids wear pants or long sleeves on hot days maybe a hat too. Can of coke was 2.50 and a Gatorade was 3 dollars. Snacks are over priced. Birthday area have a special tent with tables and chairs and little couch. I brought two little one and it Was a little stressful because they only had 3 jumpers for them to share with a lot of kids. I can say this place is cool but could be much better. With the sun hitting this place so much I would recommend to come when it starts going down because there bearly was any shade spots. I have never been compelled to leave a review like this, and I hope it leads to some changes at what should be a fun place. It's a pretty dangerous park. My daughter hurt herself a couple of times today, though not seriously. They just don't supervise at all, and the bouncys are clearly marked with things like weight capacities and occupancy limits. But nobody cares - the kids just roam free and do as they please unless a parent steps in. Who's going to listen to a random parent they don't know telling them that a bouncy is full so they will have to wait until someone exits? No kid will do that. So if your kid is in there and a rush of other kids pile in so that it's way past capacity then what do you do? Cross your fingers and hope, I guess. Ever try to get your kid out of one of these when they're having fun? Nearly impossible. I think it's only a matter of time until something really bad happens there, God forbid. I just don't see any way it can be avoided in the long run unless some changes are made. Let me be clear: when I say no supervision, I mean NO supervision - they don't even have a roaming attendant moving thru the place making figure 8's to make sure kids aren't beating the crap out of each other! There were 4 employees I saw: a ticket booth vendor, a snack bar vendor, an attendant at the turnstiles to be sure the kids coming in had paid and gotten their wristbands, and one slide attendant for the giant 50-foot slide at the southernmost part of the park. There is no first aid station and if any of the employees are trained in CPR I'd be shocked. Meanwhile, there were well over 100 kids there today, and if I had to guess I'd say probably close to 200. There's more supervision at PlayTown, which has very little in it that's inherently dangerous! I saw kids jumping over the walls of bouncys to exit them, going the wrong way inside the maze-oriented units, and running around without looking where they're going at all. There were lots of kids crying throughout the day, including a lost little girl screaming at the top of her lungs for her mommy. It took other patrons to corral her and bring her to the front to alert an attendant. It seems like a total cash-grab, and a very dangerous one at that. We won't be back, and I would urge parents who care what happens to their kid(s) to stay away. Negligence barely begins to describe the staff's lack of attention to pretty much anything safety-related. read more

Went all the way down to Mission Valley to use the Wet Zone today (8/18) and it's CLOSED. The entire park is CLOSED! There was no mention of this on the website or on the recorded phone message. Very disappointing. We've been there before, however, (not the wet zone) and kids had fun. read more
