We have been coming to this water park the whole summer and it has been an amazing experience. If you come early, there are plenty of umbrellas and chairs to choose from. The water is usually warm and we usually battle with our kids cause they never want to go home. Our favorite part is the wave pool where you get to enjoy and relax on a wavy pool while laughing at your kids getting slapped by the wave near the shore. They're the ones who like being tossed around by the wave. We also like the water pad where the water squirts or creates multiple water arcs, and kids just run around and get wet. This is the place where parents can just sit or lay under umbrellas while watching their kids. We rented a cabana once when we had family guests from Texas. There was a breastfeeding baby so we thought, a cabana would be great, and it was. the server took us to our cabana and explained everything. You really do not need to go anywhere to get food. You just text your server what you want and the server will get the food for you. We also got two free Legoland towels and a huge Legoland bag. We'll be going back as soon as it opens again for the next summer. Totally worth it.

Despite by the time we're on the trip in April, it was going to be a cold - 60-70s and maybe rainy day. Tried to convince him otherwise but he made up his mind months ago, haha. Well it turned out that the son came out on our day but it was still cold, mid-60's. Unfortunately Chime park side was closed. Forgot when I sold this park initially to him that LEGOLAND is geared towards the younger age. As is the water park, the slides and rides are on the smaller kid age. So it should be perfect for son sons age of 5, but he has been to larger water parks and rode the big thrilling rides. So he had fun there, but he said it's bay ride slides haha. Then add on to that the wind chills and temperature. Our waterpark adventure ended pretty quickly. We did however make the rest of the day in the theme park end. By the way to go to the water park you need to also have tickets for the theme park as it's inside the theme park.

The hotel is very kid friendly with many pools, water slides, splash pad, and fun kids activities. My toddler was always busy and doing something without complaining!! They also offer free kids activities such as necklace making, ice cream scoops, and much more. The staff is very hospitable and makes sure you have everything you need from the moment you arrive. They are very attentive, respectful, and welcoming. They truly make you feel like you're at home. Our room was located in the newly remodeled villas section, which had its own private pool and jacuzzi. It is away from the main pool area, which was much more quiet and more relaxing. They also have an adult pool in the main pool area, which had a view overlooking the breathtaking golf course. Breakfast at The Vue was pretty solid. The food at the main pool was OK, but the food at the adult pool was even better. Overall, I really recommend this resort if you have kids. It has everything you need and you don't really need to leave the property. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. We will be back!

Something big for me when being at a hotel or a resort is feeling comfortable AND welcomed. We went during 4th of July where just for breakfast one morning, they had 600 guests! Although the resort was packed, never once did it feel over crowded. Every place we went, I felt like our presence was appreciated. We also never had to wait to be seated even without reservations. This place really nailed their hospitality. every detail was well thought out! So why would I recommend this for families? For many reasons. Kids are welcomed almost everywhere! They hosted events from morning to sunset during the 4th of July weekend we went. Kids eat FREE all summer for breakfast and lunch (meals before 5) at a few of their restaurants. Then I believe it's half off for dinner! Food was great everywhere we went. Our daughter was too little for most of the events and their bigger kid pools + splash pad, but we did see they have a kids slide! She did love all the places she could run around and their complimentary tote bag! And for the staff- absolutely everyone was so kind, helpful & very welcoming. Most staff members went above and beyond for us. Servers- Jenna was fantastic. Sandra as well! I believe we had an Emma too. We did stay in the Villas by the front entrance. Our rooms were excellent. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Next time, we want to go with friends and family! Lastly- I hear it's near Legoland! We went to the Safari Park and that was a 30 minute, easy drive away. Can't wait to be back. I don't golf so I can't say much about that except for the views being absolutely stunning.

The condo was HUGE, super clean, and had everything we could possibly need -- honestly, I think we could've hosted a small party in there! The location is insane -- walking distance to LEGOLAND, and there's even a secret pathway that leads straight to the parking entrance. Talk about convenience! No "are we there yet?!" from the kids because it was just a hop, skip, and a jump away. The resort itself is amazing -- our suite was right by the playground, so the kids were entertained while we got a tiny breather. And the best part? We could watch LEGOLAND fireworks right from our room at night. Ping pong, games, and laughter galore -- this place is basically a kid paradise... and a slight adult paradise too because the beds were comfy. And the staff? Absolutely the sweetest ever! They were so friendly and helpful, and one of the ladies even went out of her way and bought a cake for my daughter's birthday -- I mean, can you even?! That was the sweetest thing ever and really made our trip extra special. and not to mention smore packages and u can have smore night!! Price-wise, the 2‑bedroom, 2‑bathroom suite for a Friday/Saturday night is typically around $400-$500+, depending on the season -- but honestly, with everything you get, it's worth every penny for a stress-free, fun-packed family getaway. Bottom line: If you're heading to LEGOLAND, stop looking -- this is your spot. Amazing location, amazing suite, amazing staff, and unforgettable family memories!

Every single team member we encountered went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, and it truly made our visit unforgettable. A huge thank you to the amazing hotel staff--Fabi, Elizabeth, Caroline, Renate, and Jeff. They each provided exceptional customer service, greeted us with genuine kindness, answered every question with a smile, and made us feel like valued guests. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help turned a great trip into an extraordinary one. The same outstanding service continued throughout the park. Every interaction was friendly, helpful, and full of enthusiasm. It's clear that LEGOLAND hires people who genuinely care about creating magical experiences for families. As parents, we notice when employees go the extra mile, and this team absolutely did. Fabi, Elizabeth, Caroline, Renate, and Jeff deserve special recognition for representing LEGOLAND with excellence. They are true all-stars and are a big reason we'll be returning and recommending LEGOLAND to all of our family and friends. Thank you, LEGOLAND, for creating such wonderful memories. Of all child based attractions in Southern California, Legoland has to be among the worst…read more Parking It took us 35 minutes just to wait in line to be let into the parking lot. As you are driving, the main line turns into two lanes, and then three, and then multiple, with nobody directing traffic--so of course you have a-holes speeding from the back of the line to cut in front when a new lane opens. Actual parking was surprisingly open for the shitshow line you have deal with to get there. Food Absolutely disgusting. I ordered "summer special" BBQ burger for $22 and had to choke down every bite(burgers are typically the one safe menu item I can order if I'm unsure of quality--not here!). Luckily I was able to at least wash that down with a $15 12 oz beer--which took me a good 20 minutes to figure out how/where to buy. My gf order Udon noodles that was served in so much sauce that it looked like ramen soup. They topped it with steamed shredded chicken that looked like cat food. She also ordered a water bottle for $7 that they failed to bring out to her, and when she went to go get it, they gave her a warm one that had been sitting out when she specifically asked for a cold one--mind you it's an 81 degree day and the air conditioning isn't working inside the cafe area. Rides If I had to do it again, I'd get the fast pass, but the day was already half over after two rides. We were halfway through the first line when we downloaded the app and looked at the wait time, which was 65 minutes, so we waited it out for this ride that lasted two minutes. Not wanting to face the same fate, we went to a ride that the app said only had a 15 minute wait--we ended up waiting another hour. Water Park Feeling majorly let down by everything else so far, we figured we'd try to make the best of the day and spend the afternoon at the water park. So we waited in line, just to be told it's an extra $30 per person to get in. At this point I started laughing to myself in disbelief, unsure of how this place remains open. There is a smaller splash pad by Lego Movie World, that we went to instead, and kids were running and slipping and falling everywhere. They need to add some sort of traction to the ground--I can believe they haven't had a lawsuit from a kid cracking their head open yet. Direction Staffing is rude and clearly inadequate. Nobody seemed to want to be bothered with questions, and nobody had answers anyways. There are not enough directional signs, I had to track down an employee to ask where a restroom was, and had to download the app/map for everything else. Final Verdict I will never come back here. I'd rather spend my time and money at the Zoo or go the extra mile for Disney. I actually look forward to this place going out of business. I thought robbery was illegal.

There are a variety of mini parks within Legoland that will have rides, food, and of course Lego figures. I think two days is ample time to really explore Legoland. Of course, the stores have so much Lego sets and products available for you. Be prepared to exercise patience when shopping towards the end of the business day. He was friendly and kind and took his time to listen and understand my situation. Lots of paid parking. Suggest you pre pay on the app for convenience. Be prepared to walk.
