PC Heaven is excellent! Brian is very knowledgeable, dependable and responsive. He says what he is going to do and follows through. I came across PC Heaven after dealing with another PC service where the guy wouldn't return my phone calls and basically flaked out on me. Brian called same day, got appointment for next day. He stated he would call before coming over. He did that and started working on my computer to log in to I Tunes after I updated to Windows 10. After a few clicks and within one hour I was logged in and my phone could sync with computer. Brian is quick and I am happy I called him. He had an IPhone 6+ like I do and saw some items he was doing with Siri while working on my computer. I need to start using all my phones abilities. I encountered the dreaded "blue screen of death" on my laptop on Christmas Day. The next day, I called and left a voice mail message for Brian, expecting to hear from him after the New Year. I was amazed that he returned my call in less than 15 minutes! He checked out the model of my Lenovo laptop before giving me an estimate, and explained his pricing policy in full, so I was completely clear about it. We arranged for Brian to arrive at my house the following Tuesday, and he arrived promptly. He purchased the hard drive for me from the local Best Buy with a discount and presented the receipt to me. He was personable yet no-nonsense, and very honest. The time to replace the hard drive was on point with his estimate. It did take a little more time than I anticipated because of the speed of my computer loading the six recovery discs, but that was not through any fault of his. He also loaded free word processing and spreadsheet programs and Windows Defender, so I didn't have to replace lost software. I was very pleased with Brian and his service and wholeheartedly recommend him for computer repairs. My dog absolutely loved him - and my dog is a very good judge of character! read more

Professional, super-friendly, and truly an expert in his field. I hired Brian Whyte to repair my computer on a Monday after I had hired someone here on Yelp (with 5-Stars) who thought he had fixed it on Thursday the week before. Brian spent 90 minutes working on my laptop which ended with "Bad News & Good News" as he put it. The bad news was after trying everything he knew, he said he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. The good news, NO CHARGE! He said he suspected that my virus protection software, Bitdefender 2013, had become corrupt and was causing my laptop to hang and freeze and respond incredibly slow. In a last-ditch effort, he said he would uninstall Bitdefender and of course he installed a free alternative so that I had protection. We were 90 minutes in at this point so I understood he had to head out. As he was leaving, he said, "see if that does the trick and if I fixed your laptop, feel free to mail me a check for my time!" Are you kidding me? I felt like I was doing business in the 1950's on a handshake. Brian Whyte is ROCK SOLID! The guy I hired on Thursday came in for 90 minutes, charged me for an hour and no sooner than he walked out the front door my computer was displaying the same issues. After Brian left, I used my laptop for 12 hours straight at screaming speeds with the performance and responsiveness I was accustomed to. I called Brian the next morning and said "Thank you for fixing my computer, I owe you money!" If you value your time and you want things done right the first time around, PC Heaven is the way to go. Doing business with Brian was an awesome experience. I actually called him the week prior but he was so busy (duh, he knows his stuff) he couldn't get to me until Monday. That didn't keep him from following up with me the week before. Brian called me on Friday to follow up and ask if they tech I hired on Thursday was able to get me all squared away. Again, Brian is very professional if that matters to you. He's a friendly, local guy that really cares about his clients and customers. It' s so nice to deal with someone who knows their craft and business. Having had other computer "experts" try, unsuccessfully, to solve a problem that we have been having on an office computer Brian came out to our office this morning and identified the problem then proceeded to fix it. I called Brian about my computer which had a rare problem with it and left him a voicemail and within the hour he returned my call and set up an appt to fix it! I called Best Buy to compare prices and time. Best Buy wanted to charge me 100 more than Brian and he finished the job in less than an hour and Best Buy would have had to keep my computer for 3 days! But what I want to mention now is that yesterday he took the time to answer my email question online without coming out or charging me. And with his answer I was able to solve the problem I was having with my printer right away. That is good service. You will not find a better PC Repair company than PC Heaven. Why? Because Brian, the owner and only technician, is honest, is an expert, charges less than market rate, and always leaves your home with your PC fixed in less time than other PC repair companies I used. As a former Marine Corps officer, I have very high standards. He really does return your call during working hours within 5 minutes! The longest I had to wait for him to come to my home was 24 hours (and he always comes to where you are). And, he answers all of my PC related questions while he's working. Do not waste your money with Geek Squad or any other PC repair company as I did. Once I found PC Heaven 4 years ago (in the Yellow Pages), I haven't used anybody else. read more

Brain is outstanding.....he shows up exactly when he says he will....he lets you know cost of fixing the problem and how long it will take....he fixed all problems with my computer and took the time and make sure I understood how to do certain things. He is calm, patient and is a master at all things computer. He is proficient in PC's, and Mac's as well as all Smart Phones. You will not be disappointed with him.
