I had a very uncomfortable experience at Store #546 today (March 6, 2026)…read more After leaving the store and walking to my car, an employee followed me into the parking lot and took photos of my license plate. No explanation was given for why they were doing this. Being followed outside by an employee and having photos taken of my vehicle felt intimidating and unnecessary. I had already left the store and the interaction inside had ended. Customers should not feel like they are being monitored or followed when leaving a business. This kind of behavior is very concerning from a customer service and safety standpoint. I have filed a formal complaint and hope management addresses this situation so other customers do not experience the same thing. I have filed a BBB COMPLAINT
