The installation work is excellent, the windows are superb, and the work was done faster than expected. They are beautifully installed - really nice from the outside and inside. Multiple neighbors congratulated us when they saw, which was unexpected and kind of funny. The ambient difference is amazing. Our previous windows let in so much heat and the new ones are cool to the touch on the hottest days. Granted the old windows were failing, but still. It's a great feeling. Would recommend these folks to anyone who wants a smooth, fast, quality experience getting new windows for their home.

It took longer than expected. lifetime was communicative. We had such a good experience we called them to add a window but they didn't seem interested. Did not come out to provide estimate. Said the "engineering" and permitting would be expensive. Instead, we worked with city building inspection/permitting. Wrote our own permit application, drew diagram, and paid the cheap fee of $30. All approved; no issues. Window was not of the quality we could have purchased from lifetime but at least I have a window in what was a previously dark cave of a bathroom! We will try to use them again in future if need arises. Don't confuse this company with Lifetime exteriors (I don't believe it's same company).

Da Bella Sales reps came to my 93-year-old Korean War veteran fathers' home for quote on roof replacement. they invoiced him over $32,000. and got a check for $7,000 down payment. Fortunately, i found out 2nd day of 3-day cancellation period in contract and cancelled. Sales reps showed up at house after cancellation to inquire why. They were rude, telling me as far as they were concerned, I did not exist. They had a signature on a iPad device which was clearly not his signature. I kicked them out of the house. All the way out to the street they continued to tell me i had no authority and I did not exist as far as they were concerned. Incredibly rude. Like i would let the job proceed after this????? Apparently, this is a new business model that some roofers are adopting. Da Bella is a sales company that acquires contracts and then subcontracts with local roofers for the work and then the homeowner cannot rectify any problems later on. This has all been documented in other reviews. I even contacted the Dept of Revenue about a business license and was told that no license existed in the Da Bella name. The DOR also emphatically recommended that I stop payment on the check IMMEDIATELY. I did. I hired a local Roofer called Valiant Roofing at a cost of $13,000 to re-roof dads ranch style house. How is DaBella allowed to do business like this?????

Although some reviews say he was cranky because he was not paid on time or by VISA I found him to be courteous and obviously knowledgeable and competent. I was transparent with him and communicated daily as we tried to resolve it. Steve repeatedly replied "no worries" when I mentioned the bank was taking longer than anticipated and I kept him up to speed on my attempts to solve the issue on check delivery. When we were two days past the date the bank said Steve should have been paid, we agreed I would call the bank. On the day we agreed I'd call the bank, Steve lost it - multiple text messages and then he started another text chain with other folks in our network to defame us. All while I had done everything as promised. If he wasn't willing to wait for me to call the bank he could have said so. Instead, it was "thumbs up" to texts and "no worries" replies. You're probably thinking the payment was months late. Nope. 11 business days. He also doesn't provide an ability to pay the invoice other than a check - which in this day and age means an online billpay. I can't comment on quality of work (some reviews say his window fixes don't last long - as mentioned by L C. on 7/22/2023) time will tell. I hope his work product is better than his demeanor and customer service.

Their bid was far and away the best price of all the quotes we received for the same product, and they offered a nice discount for payment in cash. Their employees were hard-working, respectful, and fun - we enjoyed interacting with each of them while they were doing their work, from the design consultant to the installers, and the new windows look wonderful. We have a front door that needs replacement soon, and I definitely know who I will call when we're ready for that project!

We painted the window trim ourselves as agreed in the contract. We had to wait for the order to ship to them before scheduling the job but that was ok with us since we were not in any rush. This company cares about their customers. They followed through with getting us a promotional gift card through Milgard Windows and also sent Clark Public Utilities the information to get us a rebate. We will definitely use this company again in the future. Wish we would have used them sooner.
