I really enjoyed my stay here! The rooms were nice - I recommend a pool view. The staff was beyond kind and remembered my name every time I came down to the lobby. They offered great options for dinner and things to do around the city. This hotel is in a prime location on fifth! I look forward to staying here again.

I had a 90% good stay. I came in for a vacation from the west coast. The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. The pool area is much larger than it appears on Hotel photos. All the employees I encountered were pleasant and welcoming. I did not eat here, so can't comment. On my last morning, I was most unpleasantly startled awake by a housecleaner loudly knocking with something hard on my door! In spite of having had my Do Not Disturb sign up since I had arrived 48 hours earlier! She apparently decided I needed to get up and out so she could go about her job! It was 8:45am, 5:45 am to my body from my time zone! Check out was Noon. This was absurd! I hope she is dismissed!

Hidden gem! This is the perfect location for a night on the town. The rooms are gorgeous and the pool and hot tub is a hidden hideaway. They also have coffee outside for breakfast. Great time

Nice accommodations and pool area. We had a wonderful room near the pool. The valet service is super mediocre and could have been more friendly or offered guests a water since it is literally dangerously hot. The coffees were out in morning and had a hard time getting room serviced. Over all great locations near fun activities. Pool is pretty! Keeps getting worst here on service! Just avoid this place. Basically terrible service all around. Go somewhere else!

Really nice hotel. It's clean, well-decorated, modern, and right in heart of the action in Naples. It's right next to stores, and restaurants and is a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and gave me a lot of good suggestions. The is clean and well-equipped. I liked the marble floors as opposed to carpet. The gym is well equipped relative to other hotels. Note that they are still recovering from Ian and you can see some signs of that.

The greatest spot to stay in Naples, without a doubt! Located on the best street in downtown and just a few blocks from the beach. The Inn on Fifth is strategically placed and, more or less, the hotspot in downtown Naples. The hotel is a modest upscale boutique with excellent service and amazing amenities. The pool and patio area are beautiful with a charming front. I stayed in the adjoining Club building, which has a separate check-in area and a lobby with complimentary breakfast, snacks, and wine/cocktails every day. The rooms/suites are spacious and equipped with everything you need. Extremely clean. Very comfy beds for a great night's sleep. The suite balcony was huge with an amazing view of 5th avenue. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend The Inn on Fifth in Naples.

The Inn on Fifth exceeded all our expectations. The staff are very helpful and kind giving us many restaurant and shop recommendations. I appreciate how clean this hotel and amenities are kept. We will definitely be staying here very soon.

We struck up a conversation, and she thanked me for my patience while waiting in line. Since I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, I asked if there happened to be any upgrades available. She smiled and said she had found one for me. I thanked her, headed upstairs, and opened the doors to what I can only describe as the most incredible hotel suite I have ever seen. I knew something was different the moment I saw the double entry doors. Inside was an immaculate, magnificent suite featuring a spacious living room, a luxurious master bedroom, a second bedroom, spacious living room and **three bathrooms**, with breathtaking views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, and the pool from multiple balconies. The master bathroom alone was larger than many standard hotel rooms and even featured its own Toto toilet. Every detail reflected luxury, from the remote-controlled drapes and sheers to every toiletry imaginable, and even a thoughtfully stocked minibar featuring Macallan 12. I was so stunned that I immediately Face Timed my wife to show her the suite. Her reaction? *"You have to come get me."* I had driven two hours from home to attend a conference and had expected nothing more than a beautiful room with a king-size bed. Instead, I found myself in what felt like a private luxury residence. So, I got back in my car, drove the two hours home, picked up my wife and daughter, and then drove the two hours back to Naples--all so they could experience this extraordinary suite with me. It was absolutely worth every mile. I've been staying in hotels for more than 50 years, and without question, this is the finest hotel room I have ever experienced. What makes the experience even more remarkable is that it all came from a complimentary upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. That one thoughtful gesture transformed a business trip into an unforgettable family memory. The Ritz-Carlton, Naples delivered an experience I'll never forget. Thank you to the wonderful woman at the front desk for her kindness and generosity and thank you to everyone at the Ritz-Carlton for making this one of the most memorable hotel stays of my life.

Our rooms were ready upon checking in and it was an easy process. When first walking in the lobby I loved the chandeliers and luxury feel of the hotel. They have valet service which they're all extremely nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was equipped with a kitchen/sink/fridge/and dishwasher which was nice on nights we wanted to eat in. The beds were my favorite as the sheets are very comfy. The view is stellar over looking the marina with boats docked. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. I also think the highlight of this hotel is the service. Our rooms were cleaned every day, even when we were in our rooms late afternoon and needed the room cleaned later on in the day without having to ask to come back later for cleaning. Also, the pools, hot tub, and lazy river are so fun and beautifully kept. There is also an adult only section of the pool with a lap pool , regular pool, and hot tub which was nice. However, the club where the pools are are a little far and the hotel staff transport you to and from the pools back to the hotel. Some times it takes five minutes but when they're busy you might wait 10-20 minutes for a shuttle which can sometimes be hard to wait with small children. Also, if you want a shuttle to the beach it's great because they give you towels, umbrellas, and chairs. The downside is we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the shuttle back to the hotel. The same gentlemen that valet the cars are the ones that shuttle guests around. When they're busy valeting, shuttle services get backed up. I do think they should have more shuttles, but other than that it was a wonderful experience. Lastly, Larry was one of the best shuttle staff. He was personable, helpful, and always had a smile. Overall, we enjoyed our time here.

I understand prices go up in season, but this seems excessive in my opinion. Because I am vegan and eat a healthier diet, I continuously request bananas at the complimentary breakfast buffet. They seem to be offered sporadically. This morning, the bananas offered should NOT have been. they were over ripe, rotten on some and gross. when i asked if there were any other bananas, I was met by an unfriendly "they're all the same". I took the one that looked the least rotten, peeled it and it was all brown on the inside, Went back to the bowl and one was really rotted at the stem, and another was split open. I took them out of the bowl and let the woman know that they were bad and should probably be thrown away. I went to get coffee, and she put them back in the bowl. Are fresh bananas too much to ask when I'm paying $315/night for an average hotel??

As a titanium elite, we were bonvoying and I have to say, the continental breakfast that comes with titanium is plenty. And don't forget to have the orange juice, it's heavenly and included. Service was excellent each morning we were there. The servers can't do enough for you. Maia also has a very nice peaceful ambiance and the windows look out at the pool/ocean. If you want more than a continental breakfast with your status, you can pay an additional $15 and get all the hot food as well. And if you don't have status, you can pay for à la carte breakfast too or the buffet how you like. We also enjoyed Tesoro and Quinn restaurants as well. Our room was on the 9th floor and while it was very nice, it could definitely use some updating. But honestly, with all the great amenities, you can hardly think about needing a fresh coat of paint or new bathroom furnishings or more modern lighting. The room was still very nice. And I loved the bracelet they gave us that was our room key too! The bed was very comfy! The weather was super cold while we were there, however we found some time to enjoy the beach and pool. There are more than half a dozen activities throughout each day to keep them busy when they are not on the beach or in the pool. There are even activities for teenagers. Our room is spacious and comfortable. We don't have ocean front but we can sit on the balcony and see the pool and beach. The beds are comfortable. The shower is a bit smaller than usual but still usable. Two downsides to the bathroom. There are no hooks to hang clothes or towels. The shower is not a walk in. It is a step up into the bathtub and then step down. There is a hand rail but the step up and down is significant. Could be a safety issue for older people. They offer valet parking at $45 a day or self-park at $38 a day. it's the same lot, both across the street. The Valet is a few feet closer. Both have in and out privileges.
