He emailed me back the same day, assuring me he would be able to take a look at it and repair it. The next day he showed up and found that my coin mechanism was not working properly, the first of two problems with the machine. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He showed up just two days later with a new coin mechanism, then found out the coin mech wasn't getting power. So, he continued to pull multiple electrical pieces out to make sure they were all working- despite how complicated it was-until he finally found the second problem, a switch that was stuck in one of two positions. He fixed it, put everything back together, and now I finally have a working machine! And his pricing was reasonable. If you have a problem with a vending machine, Sam is the guy to go to! Very happy customer!
