The culinary execution and service matched the environment perfectly. Our server was highly attentive, pacing the meal flawlessly. The Food & Wine Pairing: The Main: Ordered the warm, buttered lobster roll and added the optional 15 grams of Kaluga caviar. The execution was superb; the lobster was sweet and perfectly cooked. The briny brightness of the caviar provided a precise counterpoint to the rich, warm butter. The Sides: Served with excellent, well-salted french fries accompanied by ketchup and a high-quality aioli. The Wine: Paired the dish with a Grüner Veltliner, which had the exact acidity needed to cut through the richness of the butter and complement the seafood. The Dessert: Finished with the strawberries and chantilly cream. The inclusion of fresh vanilla bean flecks in the cream elevated a simple classic, making it a light, refreshing palate cleanser to end the meal. An exquisite experience from start to finish.
