Initially we made an appointment online to test drive the 1972 Chevelle . I put all my information online prior to coming to the dealership and the test drive was set/approved. I drove an hour in a half to get to the dealer which initially Spencer showed us the vehicle and took basic information so we can speed up the approval process after the test drive. Spencer was very friendly and helped us out until the OWNER MARCUS came out with an attitude and the first thing that came out of his mouth was, "do you have the cash ready" to which I replied saying that I'm going to finance the vehicle. He then says, "we need to get you approved before you test drive the car and that I have many f'ing people who wanted to test drive the car and never bought it" to which I replied saying I would appreciate you do not using profanity when my wife is next to me. He says he respects that and won't do business with me. My advice to anybody trying to go to this dealer is plain and simple... DONT DO IT. I explained to Spencer that this isint a brand new car and that it's an old used car and how the two cannot be compared. Therefore I need to drive a vehicle before running my credit to make sure the vehicles running properly especially if I'm going to finance the car. This was a total waste of time. Stay away from this shady dealer! $6,000 loss I have to pay over time. They are very smart at their games and taken advantage of me. I bought a 2013 Prius advertised $8,695 to get me in the door and they over charged me $2,600. They will not disclose the real price and had me sign for over $11,300. They put a fine print buried in the ad to get around legal trouble. The dealer did not promise to clean and restore the interior that I asked for before signing. They just say whatever to get my down payment and signature. Later I found out the car is really worth $5,000 because I found expensive repairs the next day all over the car. I keep complaining and they will say anything to get rid of you. I got a call a few days before my first payment is due and this is what I think went down... The owner Marcus called me pretending to care about my financial trouble and offered first payment only for me to realize later his motive was to get rid of the car and make the lender take it when the first payment went through which is opening me up to repo by the bank and not the dealership which is a lot worse. I was already skeptical of why would such a shady dealership reach out to help me. Don't let them rip you off. This car and the lack of transparency has put me in debt slavery for an extra 1-2 years. read more

Buyer Beware. I purchased a car and was told it was in good condition. They handed me a CarFax. Everything look good. Little did I know they car was received into the Car Guys with a check engine light. They thought they repaired the vehicle but that was not the case. Their mechanic didn't report the repairs that would have shown on the CarFax. Since I have had the car I have spent my money to have it fixed. I spoke with one of the owners. He explained to me he doesn't need to report any repairs to anyone. He spends over $50k a month on repairs. Him or his staff does not have time to reply to emails, but they have time to set up a golfball hitting net, ping ping table. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. For starters the entire process was vague without timelines, paperwork or any clear expectations of what they would provide. I called them on multiple occasions and was never able to obtain clarification; only reassurance that all would be fine if I trusted them with the process.I was ask for my drivers license and credit card and then urgently asked fora $1500 deposit for a car, sight unseen, without any type of written contract in place. In the end I asked for my initial fee back and have not yet been able to obtain it I am partly to blame for putting my trust in them, but they are either scammers or very bad business people read more

My son purchased a car in November 2023. The salesmen were very nice while he was purchasing the car. He specifically said he was a full-time student and had no more than $4000 for a car. He agreed to pay $3000 in cash and finance the balance. He "signed" the paperwork on line, but their printer wasn't working properly so he was unable to get a copy of what he signed at that time. The paperwork was emailed to him that evening, showing that he had financed $3808.57 - not $1000 - making the total price for the 2001 Honda with 219,000 miles almost $7000; way beyond Blue Book. When I drove the car home from the lot, the battery had to be charged, the radio didn't work, the key only unlocked the driver's side door, and the hood switch broke. Conveniently for Inside, none of this was covered in the "warranty". Even though they verbally offered $100 if the battery did not work when we got the car home, that offer was reneged as it was not part of the "written warranty". Since, Inside has been very unprofessional and left us no alternative but to file a lawsuit. They have since called my son and when he refused to take down his HONEST negative review, told him to "f" off. Despite saying they offered to fix the "small" issues with the car, they never did so. Now they are threatening to "charge" my son $2200; $700 to remove his review plus $1500 in legal fees. read more
